Present invention is a fixture to assemble mother board by holding and providing easy
rotation at any angle (360 degree).
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Working of any electronic/ electric unit depends upon the reliability of mother board PCB
assembly of the unit. We may say mother board PCB assembly is the base of any
electronic/ electric unit. Thus, its assembly should be reliable.
Present invention is particularly concerned with to increase the reliability of any electronic/
electric unit by increasing the reliability of mother board PCB assembly. Present invention
makes the mother board assembly easier and faster.
SUMMARY OF PRESENT INVENTION
One aspect of Present invention is light weight, handy and rigid fixture.
Second aspect of present invention is to provide necessary support to hold multilayer
electronic card/Mother board
Third aspect of present invention is to provide necessary rotation to the multilayer
electronic card/Mother board up to 360 degree.
Another aspect of the present invention is to provide mechanism such that assembly can
be done on top and bottom layer of multi layer electronic card/Mother board at the same
time.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Referring Fig-1 & Fig-2, the present invention is an improved fixture for plate mother
board 11 for assembly of multi-layer mother board PCB.
Fixture for plate mother board 11 comprises a base plate 1 of Aluminum alloy, which have
surfaces A & B, parallel to each other. Surface B rest on the assembly table 12 and other
items are fixed on surface A.
Fixture for plate mother board 11 comprises two L.H.& R.H. support angle plates 2 of
Aluminum Alloy which are fixed on surface A of base plate 1 with Allen screw 3 which
provide proper height and proper position to the holding block 5 ,which holds the work
piece.
Fixture for plate motherboard 11 comprises two Bushes 4 of EN8, HRD&GRD 40 to 45
RC, which are fixed with support angle plate 2 and Guide the axle 8 to provide the 360
degree rotation to the work piece.
Fixture for plate mother board 11 comprises holding block 5 of quantity two of mild steel
which are fixed with Axle 8 with Allen screw 9. Work piece rests on the surface C of
holding Block 5.
Fixture for plate mother board 11 comprises a Clamp 6 of SRBF of quantity two, clamp
the holding block 5 by the Allen screw 7.
Fixture for plate mother board 11 Comprises a Axel 8 of quantity two of EN8, HRD&GRD
40 TO 45 RC which holds the holding block 5 & Guided with bush 4 which provide the
360 degree rotation to work piece.
Fixture for plate mother board 11 Comprises special nut 10 of EN-8 of quantity Two which
are used to lock the work piece at required angle.

1. The fixture for plate mother board is asupporting device to assemble the multi layer mother board PCB with easy rotations of PCB (360° rotation) and parallel working on top and bottom layer of PCB.

2. The fixture for plate mother board of claim 1 wherein, support angle plates provide proper height and proper position to the holding block. Work piece rests on the holding Block surface.

3. The fixture for plate mother board of claim 1 wherein, bushes are used to Guide the axle to provide the 360 degree rotation to the work piece.

4. The fixture for plate mother board of claim 2 further clamped with clamp using Allen screw.
