Abstract: The fast growing world is not leaving our any industries; the additive manufacturing industry is not the exception for this. The industries are growing using the way of reducing product developing time with good quality. This is conveying to develop the additive manufacturing printer to print in faster way to develop the component. The fast printing can be achieved by the flexible tip method. The faster product development leads to economical benefits.
FLEXIBLE PRINTER HEAD TIP FOR ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
TITLE:
Flexible printer head tip for Additive manufacturing FIELD OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention relates to the field of Additive manufacturing particularly about the printer head tip, which is flexible.
PRIOR ART:
1. US 8827684 Bl, US patent titled "3D printer and print head unit with multiple filaments" is used individual stepper motor which drives filaments through the heating block.
2. US 20140134334 Al, US patent titled "Multicolour extrusion based 3D print process" is used for multicoloured 3D objects with good colour definition using single head.
Where in the present invention works invariable to the above said process and works in other way to achieve the better printing technology.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION:
The main objects of the present invention are to reduce the time to print the component. The further objects are, it's flexible enough to incorporate in the existing printers.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:
The additive manufacturing printers should work in faster manner, for that the modification is required in the way it works. The fast can be improved by several ways. The method adopted in this invention address it, by providing head movement alone in ail 360 degree to achieve it. In general, the printer head totally has to move and achieve this output. The invention is avoiding the enter movement by moving only the printer tip alone to move flexibly around the product to be printed.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING:
Figure -1: - is the schematic view of flexible printer head tip for additive manufacturing
DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
The additive manufacturing printer efficiency should be increased in the way of printing speed. Generally the process is slower because of product should be high definition so that the printer has to be print the products as very small layers. Another issue associate with this is printer head (2) has to move completely in and around the work piece to print it.
This process is being time consuming, this process is being simplified by moving only the printer flexible tip(l) throughout the work piece to achieve the same. So, in this process time taken to print the component is much lesser.
The controlling unit (3) to achieve is also the pre existing method that is the slicer(STL orany new format) Instead of moving the enter printer head(2) for the printing only the flexible tip (1) is directly controlled and achieve the component printing. In this way the printing time can be considerable reduced.
CLAIMS:
We Claim;
1) A flexi bile printer head tip for additive manufacturing comprises of
A flexible tip (1)
A printer head (2) and
A control unit (3)
Where in the control unit (3) gives input to the flexible tip (1) directly through printer head (2) electrical and mechanical unit.
2) The flexible tip as claimed in claim (1), wherein print the component in faster manner in turn reduces the cost.
3) The flexible tip as claimed in preceding claims, wherein this can be easily incorporated to the existing system.
4) The flexible tip as claimed in preceding claims, wherein the existing control unit (3) gives input to the flexible tip (1) directly through printer head (2) ,without any additional control units to achieve this process.
