DESC:Enclosed ,CLAIMS:We Claim:
1. A float valve 102 for adjusting flow of water in a tank comprising:
a float capsule 201;
a plunger washer 221;
a plunger 223;
a threaded brass pipe 217;
a lock nut 213 mounted on the said brass pipe 217;
a cap 211 situated adjacent to the said lock nut 213;
wherein flow of water is controlled by controlling the distance between the said brass pipe 217 and the said plunger washer 221 and restricting the movement of said brass pipe 217 using the said lock nut 213.
2. A float valve as claimed in claim 1 wherein, the said pipe 217 is partly covered by a polyamide housing 215 and partly by a brass housing 219 which houses the said plunger 223 and said plunger washer 221.
3. A float valve as claimed in claims 1 and 3 wherein, the said brass housing 219 has an opening 212 at the bottom to allow water entering the pipe 217 to enter the tank through a flexible pipe 207.
4. A float valve as claimed in claims 1, 2 and 3 wherein, when the water level is low, the said float capsule 201 rotates about the hinge pin 225 causing the plunger 223 and plunger washer 221 to slide away from the said pipe 217 thereby allowing the water to enter into the tank.
5. A float valve as claimed in claims 1, 2 and 3 wherein, when the water level in the tank increases the said float capsule 201 rotates about the hinge pin 225 and slide the plunger 223 connected to the plunger washer 221 towards the said pipe 217 thereby restricting the water entering the tank.
6. A float valve 702 assembly integrated in inner dome of a tank 800 for adjusting flow of the said tank 800 comprising:
a float capsule 701;
an adapter plug 722 connected to a polyamide pipe body 713 having a conical shape on the inside and cylindrical shape from the outside thereby forming an annulus space;
a diaphragm gasket 721 connected to a farther end away from the said adapter plug 722 and held by a lock nut 717;
a plunger 723 connected to the said diaphragm gasket 721;
wherein flow of water is controlled by controlling the distance between the centre portion of the diaphragm gasket 721 and the polyamide pipe body 713.
7. A float valve 702 assembly as claimed in claim 6 wherein, when the level of the water in the said tank 800 is low, the said plunger 723 causes the said diaphragm gasket 721 to move away from the said polyamide pipe body 713 thereby opening the opening 712 of the said polyamide pipe body 713 allowing the water to enter into the tank.
8. A float valve 702 assembly as claimed in claim 6 wherein when the level of the water in the said tank 800 is at a predetermined level, the said plunger 723 causes the said diaphragm gasket 721 to move towards the said polyamide pipe body 713 thereby closing the opening 712 of the said polyamide pipe body 713 restricting the flow of water to enter into the tank.
9. A float valve 702 assembly as claimed in claims 6, 7 and 8 wherein, a pipe 707 connects the said opening 712 with a inlet/drain pipe 803.
10. A float valve 702 assembly as claimed in claims 6, 7, 8 and 9 wherein, the said pipe 707 is protected by an outer cover 826 which can be easily detached from the outer dome 831.
