Flow Guide, Steam Turbine, Inside Member, And Method For Manufacturing Flow Guide
Abstract: A flow guide (27) is provided with a flange (41), a guide plate (42), an an inside member (43). A ring groove (44) which is recessed to the radially outer side from an inner circumferential surface (45) and which extends in a circumferential direction, based on an axis, is formed in the flange (41). The inside member (43) includes a fitted portion (61) which enters the ring groove (44), and a cover portion (62) which faces the inner circumferential surface (45) of the flange (41) in the radial direction. The cover portion (62) covers at least parts of the inner circumferential surface (45) of the flange (41) and an inner circumferential surface (42a) of the guide plate (42) that face a tip end of a moving blade in the radial direction. The cover portion (62) is formed from a material having a higher erosion resistance with respect to steam and steam drain than the flange (41).
