Flow Rate Control Valve

Abstract: [Problem] To provide a flow rate control valve that is capable of displaying the opening degree of a needle valve in a flow path and has achieved a reduction in size. [Solution] A flow rate control valve (10) comprises: a handle (32) rotatably provided to a first body (12) having a second flow path (16b); a needle valve (27) for adjusting the opening degree of the second flow path (16b) in accordance with the rotation of the handle (32); a scale division body (70) rotatably provided in the handle (32) and having scale divisions for displaying a change of the opening degree of the second flow path (16b); a scale division indicating portion (34) formed in the handle (32) and indicating the scale divisions; a shaft portion (40) provided inside the handle (32) and configured to rotate integrally with the handle (32) and the needle valve (27) to allow the needle valve (27) to move in the axial direction; a clutch mechanism capable of transmitting the rotation of the shaft portion (40) to the scale division body (70) and cutting off the transmission; a needle guide (31) for causing the needle valve (27) to perform a linear motion; and a cam mechanism portion for causing the shaft portion (40) to perform a linear motion. The clutch mechanism transmits the rotation of the shaft portion (40) to the scale division body (70) and cuts off the transmission depending on the operation of the cam mechanism portion.
