Abstract: The present specification describes a fluid heating apparatus and use thereof. The fluid heating apparatus can solve problems of a conventional fluid heating apparatus. For example, the fluid heating apparatus can effectively respond to carbon neutrality, and can transfer, to fluid, heat precisely controlled in a short time even if a large amount of fluid is heated. In addition, the present specification describes is a fluid heating method using the fluid heating apparatus.
