Fluid Pressure Cylinder

Abstract: In a fluid pressure cylinder (10) a first positioning ring (26) is provided detachably on a first annular projection (34) of a head cover (14) and a second positioning ring (28) is provided detachably on a second annular projection (48) of a rod cover (16). Further a structure is provided in which opposite ends of a cylinder tube (12) are inserted over and capable of being retained on outer circumferential sides of the first and second positioning rings (26 28). As a result by preparing a new cylinder tube (12a) having a different diameter and new first and second positioning rings (26a 28a) and mounting the new cylinder tube (12a) through the new first and second positioning rings (26a 28a) which are installed on the first and second annular projections (34 48) a fluid pressure cylinder (10) having a different bore diameter can be obtained.
