3. PREAMBLE TO THE DESCRIPTION
The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed : -
FLASH VALVE SLIDER
The invention relates to flash valve slider used in the commode system.
More particularly the invention relates to single piece slider made from brass which is having a to and flow movement within the sleeve bracket said sleeve is provided with a longitudinal serration/sleeve type groove thereby developing air and water pressure which causes the slider to retract. This principle is used for on and off connection of the water supply.
Prior art float valve system which works on the siphoning principle for off and on of the water flow in the commode which was not adequate to mitigate the problems associated with commode system due to the deposition of soil in water which clock the grooves and therefore starts malfunctions.
Other type of flash valve with a slider pin is round and no guide given to release air pressure for discharge of water due to this push operation working is hard. The slider is provided a small hole on the plunger which sometimes get clock due to the dirty running water and therefore in grace of water and air is prevented and therefore development of pressure is also prevented and therefore the plunger will not push back therefore there is a need to develop some device to overcome the problem of the prior art.
The object of this invention is to provide a full proof flash valve slider device which mitigates the above problem.
The further object of this invention is to make the slider plunger single piece made from brass material.
2
Still further object of this invention is to provide a slider pin having greater play by means of a biasing means with an arrester thereby providing air release in a guided way with more efficiency.
Still further object of this invention is to provide a sleeve groove on the periphery of the slider housing so as to mitigate the accumulation of dirt and thereby providing full proof working.
Still further object of this invention is to provide a unscrewing device of the housing to advance it so that in case of repair to the slider the water flow will be closed thereby working as a stop coke the screwing device is away from the centre therefore not in direct contact with water pressure thereby providing easy manual of on and off screwing and unscrewing device.
Accordingly there is provided flash valve slider of single piece (1) with a slider pin (2) which reciprocate in the sleeve (3), said sleeve closeable by a unscrewing against the housing (4) thereby the sleeve works as a stop cock; said housing (4) is provided with circular sleeve (3) having atleast one slit groove (5) on the inner surface of the sleeve wherein in grace of water into the slit slowly develop air and water pressure to stop the flow of water in its close position; said housing is also provided with plastic circular bush (6) to fit into the rear side of the slider pin to prevent leakage of water as well as the pin is guided through a biasing means (7) having slight play (8) and a flat conture (9) to release air a pressure for smooth push movement; in the open position the slider is manually pushed inside to release the water.
The invention will now be clear frame the following description and the Fig. 1 & 2 in the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is the Perspective View of "FLASH VALVE SLIDER" Fig. 2 is the Sectional View of "FLASH VALVE SLIDER"
3
Referring to Fig. 1 & 2 flash valve slider of single piece (1) with a slider pin (2) which reciprocate in the sleeve (3), said sleeve closeable by a unscrewing against the housing (4) thereby the sleeve works as a stop cock; said housing (4) is provided
With circular sleeve (3) having atleast one slit groove (5) on the inner surface of the sleeve wherein in grace of water into the slit slowly develop air and water pressure to stop the flow of water in its close position; said housing is also provided with plastic circular bush (6) to fit into the rear side of the slider pin to prevent leakage of water as well as the pin is guided through a biasing means (7) having slight play (8) and a flat conture (9) to release air a pressure for smooth push movement; in the open position the slider is manually pushed inside to release the water.
This is an embodiment of the invention. Several modifications are possible may be considered within the ambit and spirit of this invention. Since many modifications, variations and changes in detail may be made to the above-described embodiments, it is intended that all matters described in the foregoing description as described in the accompanying specification.

WE CLAIM:
1. Flash valve slider of single piece (1) with a slider pin (2) which reciprocate in the sleeve (3), said sleeve closeable by a unscrewing against the housing (4) thereby the sleeve works as a stop cock; said housing (4) is provided with circular sleeve (3) having atleast one slit groove (5) on the inner surface of the sleeve wherein in grace of water into the slit slowly develop air and water pressure to stop the flow of water in its close position; said housing is also provided with plastic circular bush (6) to fit into the rear side of the slider pin to prevent leakage of water as well as the pin is guided through a biasing means (7) having slight play (8) and a flat conture (9) to release air a pressure for smooth push movement; in the open position the slider is manually pushed inside to release the water.
