Abstract: Foldable box (Two wheeler/ bike Dikki) is a bike side luggage box can be fold or convert into laptop size (Width) when the driver/rider not required side luggage box or when the driver/Rider required space to keep its luggage into bike side luggage box than this foldable bike dikki open and locked with locking plate and provide space for luggage. This innovative foldable box(bike dikki) provide space for luggage when it required otherwise it can be fold give beautiful/Decent look after fold the bike/Two wheeler foldable box (bike dikki) and its width takes maximum (.5" to .75" inches) only. This side luggage box also covered rear right side bike tyre area and give additional protection to rear passenger (leady specially) too meshed his/her leg or cloths into rear wheel or also to protect tyre (Dirt or sludge) into the cloths of rider or passenger.
Specifications and Description
Plate no 6 (Shown in figure number 1) is the base of whole foldable (Moveable) arrangement of foldable dikki and all other movable arrangement fitted on it. It is fixed with bike through nut/bolt /strip arrangement. The length of plat no 6 is approx 12.5" inch and height (width) is approx 11" inch and width depend upon the material used (if metal plate is used than 20, 22, 24 gauge) is mostly used. Upper end of plate no 6 is bend approximate 90 degree (on respect to base plate 6 and toward the plate number 1) and up-to % inches width (height) and the right and left side of this plate no 6 are also bend approximate 90 degree (on respect with base plate 6 and toward the plate number 1) and up-to y% inches width (height) shown in figure number two (2). 3 holed thick metal plates pieces are weld with top left and top right and bottom right side of the plate no 6. These holes plates are used to fixed foldable dikki with the bike/two wheeler through Nut& Bolt arrangement.
Plate no 3 attached with plate no 6 with hinge no 6 shown in figure number 3(property of hinge is to provide motion inward/outward of two flat plate (surface) which are fitted with its two plates of hinge). Lower end of Plate number 3 is bend approximate 90 degree (on respect to base plate 3 and toward the plate number 5 and 4) and up-to 6mm width. This bend help to cover gap in between the plate number 7 and plate number 3 at below side (Shown in figure number 4).
(Shown in figure number 3) Hinge no 6 is fitted in between plate no 6 and plate no 3. 1st end of this hinge 6 is connecting with plate no 6 (1st end (left side Vi inch bend plate)).1st end of hinge 6 is connected with outer side of Yi inch left side bend plate 6 and 2nd end of hinge 6 is connect with plate 3rd (1st end) and the height of hinge is approx 11" inch same as plate no 6 and plate no 3(hinges can be fitted with plates with the help of any of them welding/rivets/screw etc). After properly fitted plate no 3 with plate no 6 through hinge number 6 than plate number 3 moves inward/outward with plate number 6 with the help of moveable hinge 6. Dimensions of plate no 3 is 2.5" inch length and 11" inch height. Length and height can be changes according to the requirements. Plate no 6 and plate no 3 connect with hinge 6 at outer side of the hinge plate and the height of hinge 6 is same as plate no 6 and 3. Thickness of metal plates depends upon.the requirements and load carrying capacity. We can select the thickness or Gauge of Sheet according to required load carrying capacity.

(Shown in figure number 7) 1 hole is provided at the centre of plate no 1 and the diameter of this centre hole is approx 8cm and one metal plate sheet of length approximate 7.5 cm and width approximate 34 inch is fixed near the centre of this hole of plate 1 .The main feature of this hole is to insert the lock of upper plate number 8 after folded the foldable dikki (and give the permission to fully touch the upper plate number 8 lower side plate with plate number 1 upper side) and this hole also used to locked upper plate number 8 with plate number 1 with the help of metal plate piece of centre hole and inserted lock of plate number 8 after turn the lock lever outward and locked by locking arrangement of plat no 1 which is placed near the centre of plate no 1. (Shown in figure number 4) Lower end of plate no 1 is bend approximate 90 degree (on respect to front plate 1) and up-to % inches width (height) and the upper end (back side of plate no 1) at centre of plate 1 is connect with the L-shape bracket(Shown in figure number 8). The function of this L-shape bracket is used to lock/unlock the upper plate-number 8 with the help of lock of upper plate number 8.
(Shown in figure number 9) Back side at centre of the front plate number 1 is fitted with the rectangular box which length and width are 4 inches and 1.5cm depth. This rectangular box is covered by 5 sides and opened from front side. This rectangular box is fitted just behind the circular hole of plate 1 and closed all the entry of front plate 1 into inside of the foldable box.
(Shown in figure number 9) And 1 latch whose dimensions are length 1.25 inches and width .5 inch are fixed behind the Plate number 1 and placed near the centre below of plate number 1. The main function of this latch is to lock/unlock the lower plate 7 When this latch is active than it can't give permission of lower plate 1 to move upward and rigidly locked the open foldable box(dikki) and provided locking facility of lower plate and When this latch is de-active than it give permission of lower plate 7 to move upward and help to fold the foldable box(dkki).After when this latch activate or open and the lower plate 7 below the latch than No-body can open or move the foldable plat 7 upward by pushing the plate 7 upward by below side or bottom.
(Shown in figure number 6) Hinge no 4 is fitted in between plate no 2(2nd end) and plate no l(lst end). 1st end of this hinge connect with plate no l(lst end) and 2nd end of this hinge connect with plate 2 (2nd end) and the height of hinge 4 is approx 11" inch same as plate no 6, 3, 2,1 and hinge no 6, 5,4(hinges can be fitted with plates with the help of any of them welding/rivets/screw etc). properly fitted plate no 1 with plate no 2 than plate no 1 and 2 moves inward/outward with the help of moveable hinge 4. Length and height can be changes according to the requirements. Plate no 1 and plate no 2 connect with hinge 4 at outer side of the hinge plate.

After properly fitted plate no 5 with plate no 6 through hinge number 3 than plate number 5 moves inward/outward with plate number 6 with the help of moveable hinge 3. Dimensions of plate no 5 is 2.5" inch length and 11" inch height. Length and height can be changes according to the requirements. Plate no 6 and plate no 5 connect with hinge 3 at outer side of the hinge plate and the height of hinge 3 is same as plate no 6 and 5. Thickness of metal plates depends upon the requirements and load carrying capacity. We can select the thickness or Gauge of Sheet accord to required load carrying capacity.

Hinge no 1 Is fitted in between plate number 4{2nd end) and plate number l(2nd end). 1st end of this hinge 1 connect with plate number l(2nd end) and 2nd end of this hinge 1 connect with plate 4 (2nd end) and the height of hinge 1 is approx 11" inch same as plate number 6, 5,4,1 and hinge number 3, 2, l(hinges can be fitted with plates with the help of any of them welding/rivets/screw etc). After properly fitted plate number 1 with plate number 4 than plate number 1 and 4 moves inward/outward with the help of moveable hinge 1. Length and height can be changes according to the requirements. Plate number 1 and plate number 4 connect with hinge 1 at outer side of the hinge plate.
(Shown in figure number 11) Hinge no 7 is fitted in between plate number 6 and plate number 7.1st end of this hinge connect with plate no 6 (1st end) and 2nd end of this hinge connect with plate 7 (1st end) and the length of hinge is approx 12.5" inch same as plate number 6 and plat number 7(hinges can be fitted with plates with the help of any of them welding/rivets/screw etc). After properly fitted plate number 7 with plate number 6 through hinge than plate number moves upward/downward with plate number 6 with the help of moveable hinge 7. Dimensions of plate number 7 is 15.5cm width and 12.5" inch Length and. Plate number 6 connect with hinge 7 at outer side of the hinge plate and plate number 7 connect with hinge 7 at inner side of the hinge. A rectangular shape piece is cut in to 2nd end of the plate 7 whose width is 34 inch and length is 5cm. This piece is cut near the centre of 2nd end of plate 7. With this help of this rectangular cut the plate number 7 moves upward/downward easily over the latch of the plate number l.The width of the plate increase approx .5 to .75 inches due to the length of the hinge 7. Now the total width of the plate 7 \s approximate 16 to 16.5 cm and it's slightly tight due to fitting. And when the foldable box (Dikki) is open and the plate no 7 moves downward over latch of plate number 1 than after that the 2nd end of plate number 7 put on the Lower end of plate no 1 which is bend toward plate number 6 and approximate 90 degree (on respect to front plate 1) and fixed (support) 2nd end of the plate number 7 over plate number 1 bend portion. The bend surface (Approximate % inch) of 1st plate can't give permission of 2nd portion of plate number 7 to move further downward at lowest end of the plate number 1.
(Shown in figure number 12) Hinge no 7 is fitted with plate number 6 above 15 mm from bottom of the plate number 6. Now when the 1st end of plate number 7 is above and 2nd end of the plate number 7 is below than this inclination help to make this foldable box( dikki) rigid and this inclination also not give permission of hinge 5 and hinge 2 to move inward of the foldable box(dikki) and the plates number 5 and 4 of hinge pair 2 and plate number 3 and 2 of hinge pair 5 makes a straight boundaries and makes right and left side of the foldable box and the box is opened and ready to use.
(Shown in figure number 11) One chain is attached with upper portion of the plate number 7 near at the centre and close to the 2nd edge of the plate number 7. With the help of this attached chain we can pull the plate number 7 upward during folding of the foldable box (dikki).
2 rectangular shape pieces is cut (left and right side corners) in to 2nd end of the plate 7 whose width is 5mm and length is 5mm. These cuts into corners provide more smoothness to moves plate number 7 upward and downward. These make a gap in between plate number 7 and centre rod of hinge4andhingel.
Plate no 8 attached with hinge 8 (property of hinge is to provide motion inward/outward of two flat plate (surface) which are fitted with its two plates of hinge).
(Shown in figure number 13) Hinge no 8 is fitted with Upper % inches width bend plate 6. 1st end of this hinge 8 connect with plate no 6 and 2nd end of this hinge connect with plate 8 (1st end) and the length of hinge 8 is approx 12.5" inch same as plate no 6 (hinges can be fitted with plates with the help of any of them welding/rivets/screw etc). After properly fitted plate number 8 with plate number 6 through hinges 8 than plate 8 moves upward/downward with the help of moveable hinge 8. Dimensions of plate number 8 are 17.5 cm width and 33.5cm Length and Plate number 6 connect with hinge 8 at outer side and plate number 8 connect hinge 8 with inner side. 1.5 cm of either side(right and left) of plat number 8 length are bend due to safety feature and removes sharp edges and the front side remain straight. The bended 1.5 cm of either side (right and left) of plat number 8 are also used to support/locked and not give permission of hinge 5 and hinge 2 to move outward of the foldable box(dikki) and the plates number 5 and 4 of hinge pair 2 and plate number 3 and 2 of hinge pair 5 makes a straight boundaries and makes right and left side of the foldable box and the box is rigidly closed and ready to locked and the front side of plat number 8 is fixed with lock (below side of front end of plate 8) and make a hole of 18mm front or 2nd end for inserting key into lock(hole position is just above the lock hole). Lock fixed in such a way when we insert key into it and rotates than the lever of lock (plat no 8) insert below L-shape bracket of plate number 1 and locked properly and cant permission to open the upper cover plate number 8. L-shape bracket 2 is fixed with the centre of 2nd end of plate number 8. This L-shaped bracket 2 is used to support the proper locking of the foldable box (dikki) and this L-shaped bracket 2 is inserted into the centre hole of the plate 1 during folding of the foldable box (dikki).
Installation process (Shown in figure number 14):- Plate no 6 is the base of whole foldable (Moveable) arrangement of foldable dikki .It is fixed with bike through nut/bolt /strip arrangement. 3 holed thick metal plates' pieces are weld with top left and top right and bottom right side of the plate no 6. These holes plates are used to fixed foldable dikki with the bike/two wheeler through Nut& Bolt arrangement.lst end of every 3 Holed thick metal plates are bolted with bike available hole (through metal plate and nut &bolt arrangement) at rear right side of the bike and 2nd end of holed thick metal plates are welded with top left and top right and bottom right side of the plate no 6. After that the foldable box (dikki) rigidly fixed with bike/two wheeler than its ready to use.
Process 1st (open the foldable box (dikki)):—After installation foldable box (dikki) with bike/two wheeler and when the driver/Rider required space to keep its luggage into bike side luggage box than first of all unlocked upper plate number 8 with plate number 1 after turn the lock lever inward and unlocked by locking arrangement of plat no 1 which is placed near the centre of plate no 1. After unlock pull the metal plate piece by centre hole outward up to extreme forward position (Pair of plates 3,2 with hinge 5 or pair of plates 5,4 with hinge 2 become straight and makes right and left sides of the foldable box(dikki)). After that push plate number 7 downward over latch of plate number 1 up-to 2nd end of plate number 7 put on the Lower end of plate no 1 which is bend toward plate number 6 and fixed (support) 2nd end of the plate number 7 over plate number 1 bend portion and can't give permission of 2nd portion of plate number 7 to move further downward at lowest end of the plate number 1 and locked the latch of lower plate 7 When this latch is active than it can't give permission of lower plate 7 to move upward and rigidly locked the open foldable box(dikki) and the foldable box fully open and ready to use. Process 2nd (Close the foldable box (dikki)):-- Foldable box (laptop Dikki) is a bike side luggage box can be fold or convert into laptop size (Width) when the driver/rider not required side luggage box For this first of all insert key into lock and rotates in opposite direction(process 1st) than the lever of lock (plat no 8) return back in lock from below L-shape bracket of plate number 1 and unlocked properly give permission to open the upper cover plate number 8 and Finally unlocked the foldable box (dikki). After that latch is de-active than it give permission of lower plate 7 to move upward and With the help of attached chain we can pull the plate number 7 extreme upward during folding of the foldable box (dikki) until 2nd end of plate 7 touch with plate number 6.After that push the plate 1 inward up to extreme inward position toward plate number 6 (Pair of plates 3, 2 with hinge 5 or pair of plates 5, 4 with hinge 2 folded) and after that plate number 8 comes downward and attached lock insert in the centre hole of the plate number 1 and after that turn the lock lever outward and locked by locking arrangement of plat no 1 which is placed near the centre of plate no 1 and it can be fold give beautiful/Decent look after fold the foldable box (dikki) its width size become maximum (.5" to .75" inches) only (figure number 16A.16B.16C.show final views after close the foldable box(dikki) into different view).
Note:- Paste rubber beading all the edges of the foldable box(dikki).Due to beading cover all the sharp edges of the metal plates and also reduces the vibration noise between metals pieces.
II). (Shown in figure number 18)Two stoppers are also used to lock the plate number 3 and plate number 5 after 90 degree( with respect to base plate 6).1st ends of flexible bend/chain etc are connect with plate number 6 at extreme below side and close to the right and left corners of plate number 6.1st end of this flexible stopper is connect 1st side of plate number 6 and 2nd end of this stopper is connect with the plate number 3 at extreme bottom close to plate number 6 side. 2nd end of this flexible stopper is connect 2nd side of plate number 6 and 2nd end of this stopper is connect with the plate number 6 at extreme bottom close to plate number 6 side. Due to its flexibility property of stoppers it can be automatically open and closed without any additional efforts. It connected below the plate number 7. These stoppers open when the foldable box (dikki) open and closed when foldable box (dikki) close. This feature provides more rigidness to foldable box (dikki).

Alternate modified method to open the foldable box (dikki):— (Shown in figure number 17)After installation foldable box (dikki) with bike/two wheeler and when the driver/Rider required space to keep its luggage into bike side luggage box than:- In this alternative method all of mechanism are same rather than the movement of plate number 7. In this method plate number 7 moves outward from the foldable box (dikki).When the foldable box(dikki) required than plate number 7 make base and locked with front side of plate number 1 through rectangular bar of plate number 7 and hooks of plate number 1.

After that unlocked the rectangular metal bar of plate number 7 with centre locking hooks of plate 1. After that push the plate 1 inward up to extreme inward position toward plate number 6 (Pair of plates 3, 2 with hinge 5 or pair of plates 5, 4 with hinge 2 folded). And after that plate number 8 comes downward and plate number 7 folded in upward direction (lower side of plate number 8 and plate number 7 touch with front side of the plate number l)and attached lock insert in the centre hole of the plate number 1 and after that turn the lock lever outward and locked by locking arrangement of plat no 1 which is placed near the centre of plate no 1 after that plate number 8 and 7 are locked by locking arrangement of plate number 1 and it can be fold give beautiful/Decent look after fold the foldable box (dikki) its width size become maximum (.5" to .75" inches) only.
Claims 1st comprise: I) Foldable box (Two wheeler/bike Oikki) is a bike side luggage box can be fold or convert into laptop size (Width) when the driver/rider not required side luggage box and after fold its width takes maximum (.5" to .75" inches).
II) When the driver/Rider required space to keep its luggage into bike side luggage box than this foldable dikki open and locked internally with lower plate (plate number 7) and provides space for luggage.
III) Foldable box (Bike/two wheeler Dikki) fixed with bike/two wheeler rear right side with nut& bolt arrangements and give additional protection to rear passenger (leady specially) too meshed his/her leg or cloths into rear wheel or also to protect tyre (Dirt or sludge) into the cloths of rider or passenger.
IV) This foldable box can be used as a foldable box such as trunk and cupboard.

Upper end of plate no 6 is bend approximate 90 degree (on respect to base plate 6 and toward the plate number 1) and up-to % inches width (height) and the right and left side of this plate no 6 are also bend approximate 90 degree (on respect with base plate 6 and toward the plate number 1) and up-to 34 inches width (height) shown in figure number two (2). 3 holed thick metal plates pieces are weld with top left and top right and bottom right side of the plate no 6. These holes plates are used to fixed foldable dikki with the bike/two wheeler through Nut& Bolt arrangement.
II). Plate no 3 attached with plate no 6 with hinge no 6 shown in figure number 3(propertv of hinge ( number 6,5,4,3,2,1) is to provide motion inward/outward of two flat plate (surface) which are fitted with its two plates of hinge). Lower end of Plate number 3 is bend approximate 90 degree (on respect to base plate 3 and toward the plate number 5 and 4) and up-to 6mm width. This bend help to cover gap in between the plate number 7 and plate number 3 at below side (Shown in figure number 4).
(Shown in figure number 3) Hinge no 6 is fitted in between plate no 6 (with Vi inch left side bend) and plate no 3. Dimensions of plate no 3 is 2.5" inch length and 11" inch height. Length and height can be changes according to the requirements. Plate no 6 and plate no 3 connect with hinge 6 at outer side of the hinge plate and the height of hinge 6 is same as plate no 6 and 3. Thickness of metal plates depends upon the requirements and load carrying capacity. We can select the thickness or Gauge of Sheet according to required load carrying capacity.
III). Improving the rigidity of sheet metal by Embossing and Restoration technique. Embossing and restoration technique is conducted as a simple method to strengthen sheet metal. This technique can be used not only for increasing the rigidity of sheet metals but also for making decorative sheets
without any special forming tools. All of the sheets (1,23,4,5,6,7,7/8) strengthen by these technology.)
IV). (Shown in figure number 3) Plate no 3 attached with plate no 2 with hinge S.Lower end of Plate number 2 is also bend approximate 90 degree (on respect to base plate 2 and toward the plate number 4 and 5) andup-to6mm width. This bend help to cover gap in between the plate number 7 and plate number 2 at below side (Shown in figure number 4).
Lower end of Plate number (3, 2, 5,4) is bend approximate 90 degree inward to foldable box or dikki and up-to 6mm width. This bends help to cover gap in between the plate number 7 and plate number 3,2,5,4 at below side and all of dimensions of hinges (6,5,4,3,2,1) are same and all of the dimensions of plates(3,2,5,4) are same.
(Shown in figure number 3). Plate number 3 and plate number 2 connect with hinge 5 at outer side of the hinge plate.
V) (Shown in figure number 5) Plate no 1 is the front plate of whole foldable (Moveable)
arrangement of foldable dikki and all other movable arrangement fitted behind it. The length of plat
no 1 is approx 12.5/; inch and height (Width) is approx 11" inch. (Shown in figure number 6) Plate no
1 attached with plate no 2 with hinge no 4 outer side .(Shown in figure number 7) 1 hole is provided
at the centre of plate no 1 and the diameter of this centre hole is approx 8cm and one metal plate
sheet of length approximate 7.5 cm and width approximate % inch is fixed near the centre of this
hole of plate 1 The main feature of this hole is to insert the lock of upper plate number 8 after
folded the foldable dikki and this hole and lock arrangement also used to locked upper plate number
8 with plat no 1. (Shown in figure number 4) Lower end of plate no 1 is bend approximate 90 degree
(on respect to front plate 1) and up-to % inches width (height) and the upper end (back side of plate
no 1) at centre of plate 1 is connect with the L-shape bracket(Shown in figure number 8). The
function of this L-shape bracket is used to lock/unlock the upper plate-number 8 with the help of
lock of upper plate number 8.
(Shown in figure number 9) Back side at centre of the front plate number 1 is fitted with the rectangular box which length and width are 4 inches and 1.5cm depth. This rectangular box is covered by 5 sides and opened from front side. This rectangular box is fitted just behind the circular hole of plate 1 and closed all the entry of front plate 1 into inside of the foldable box.
(Shown in figure number 9) And 1 latch whose dimensions are length 1.25 inches and width .5 inch are fixed behind the Plate number 1 and placed near the centre below of plate number 1. The main function of this latch is to lock/unlock the lower plate 7.
VI) (Shown in figure number 10) Hinge no 3 is fitted in between plates no 6(with outer V*. inch bend
of plate 6) and plates no 5.
VII) (Shown in figure number 10) Hinge no 2 is fitted in between plates no 5 and plates no 4.
VIII) (Shown in figure number 10) Hinge no l(outer side) is fitted in between plate number 4 and plate number 1.
IX) (Shown in figure number 11) Hinge no 7 is fitted in between plate number 6 and plate number
7and the length of hinge is approx 12.5" inch same as plate number 6 and plat number 7 after that
plate number 7 moves upward/downward. Dimensions of plate number 7 is 15.5cm width and 12.5"
inch Length and. Plate number 6 connect with hinge 7 at outer side of the hinge plate and plate
number 7 connect with hinge 7 at inner side of the hinge. A rectangular shape piece is cut in to 2nd
end of the plate 7 whose width is Yi inch and length is 5cm. This piece is cut near the centre of 2nd
end of plate 7. Due to rectangular cut the plate number 7 moves upward/downward easily over the
latch of the plate number l.The width of the plate increase approx .5 to .75 inches due to the length
of the hinge 7. Now the total width of the plate 7 is approximate 16 to 16.5 cm and if s slightly tight
due to fitting. And when the foldable box (Dikki) is open and the plate no 7 moves downward over
latch of plate number 1 put on the Lower end bend of plate no 1 not to move further downward at
lowest end of the plate number 1.
(Shown in figure number 12) Hinge no 7 is fitted with plate number 6 above 15 mm from bottom of the plate number 6. Now when the 1st end of plate number 7 is above and 2nd end of the plate number 7 is beiow than this inclination help to make this foldable box( dikki) rigid and this inclination also not give permission of hinge 5 and hinge 2 to move inward of the foldable box(dikki) and the plates number 5 and 4 of hinge pair 2 and plate number 3 and 2 of hinge pair 5 makes a straight boundaries and makes right and left side of the foldable box and the box is opened and ready to use.
(Shown in figure number 11) One chain is attached with upper portion of the plate number 7. For to pull the plate number 7 upward during folding of the foldable box (dikki).
2 rectangular shape pieces is cut (left and right side corners). Its provide more smoothness to moves plate number 7 upward and downward.
X) (Shown in figure number 13) Hinge no 8 is fitted with Upper % inches width bends plate 6 and
plate 8. The length of hinge 8 is approx 12.5" inch and due to hinge plate 8 moves
upward/downward. Dimensions of plate number 8 are 17.5 cm width and 33.5cm Length and. Plate
number 6 connects with hinge 8 at outer side and plate number 8 connect hinge 8 with inner side.
1.5 cm of either side(right and left) of plat number 8 length are bend and provide safety or support
and not give permission of hinge 5 and hinge 2 to move outward of the foldable box(dikki) and the
plates number 5 and 4 of hinge pair 2 and plate number 3 and 2 of hinge pair 5 makes a straight
boundaries and makes right and left side of the foldable box and the box is rigidly closed and ready
to locked and the front side of plat number 8 is fixed with lock (below side of front end of plate 8)
and make a hole of 18mm front or 2nd end for inserting key into lock(hole position is just above the
lock hole). Lock fixed in such a way when we insert key into it and rotates than the lever of lock (plat
no 8) insert below L-shape bracket of plate number 1 and locked properly and cant permission to
open the upper cover plate number 8. L-shape bracket 2 is fixed with the centre of 2nd end of plate
number 8. This L-shaped bracket 2 is used to support the proper locking of the foldable box (dikki)
and this L-shaped bracket 2 is inserted into the centre hole of the plate 1 during folding of the
foldable box (dikki).
Note: - Paste rubber beading all the edges of the foldable box (dikki).Due to beading cover all the sharp edges of the metal plates and also reduces the vibration noise between metals pieces.
(Shown in figure number 18)Two stoppers are also used to lock the plate number 3 and plate number 5 after 90 degree (with respect to base plate 6).
XI). Installation process (Shown in figure number 14):- Plate no 6 of foldable dikki is fixed with bike through nut/boit /strip arrangement. 3 holed thick metal plates' pieces of the plate no 6 are used to fixed foldable dikki with the bike/two wheeler through Nut& Bolt arrangement. After that the foldable box (dikki) ready to use.
Claims 3rd compriser-Process 1st (open the foldable box (bike dikki)):—After installation foldable box (bike dikki) with bike/two wheeler and when the driver/Rider required space to keep its luggage into bike side luggage box than:-
I) first of all unlocked upper plate number 8 with plate number 1 after turn the lock lever inward and unlocked by locking arrangement of plat no 1 which is placed near the centre of plate no 1.
II) After unlock pull the metal plate piece by centre hole outward up to extreme forward position ( Pair of plates 3,2 with hinge 5 or pair of plates 5,4 with hinge 2 become straight and makes right and left sides of the foldable box(dikki)).
III) After that push plate number 7 downward over latch of plate number 1 up-to 2nd end of plate number 7 put on the Lower end of plate no 1 which is bend toward plate number 6 and fixed (support) 2nd end of the plate number 7 over plate number 1 bend portion and can't give permission of 2nd portion of plate number 7 to move further downward at lowest end of the plate number 1.
IV) And locked the latch of lower plate 7 When this latch is active than it can't give permission of lower plate 7 to move upward and rigidly locked the open foldable box(dikki) and the foldable box fully open and ready to use. We can put our luggage into this box after when the box is rigidly closed and ready to lock.
V) The front side of plat number 8 is fixed with lock (below side of front end of plate 8). Lock fixed in such a way when we insert key into it and rotates than the lever of lock (plat no 8) insert below L-shape bracket of plate number 1 and locked properly and cant permission to open the upper cover plate number 8 and Finally we make a space for luggage in a bike/two wheeler and locked the foldable box (dikki). (figure number 15A,15B,15C,15D show final views after open the foldable box(dikki) into different view).
Claims 4th comprise:- Process 2nd (Close the foldable box (bike dikki)):— Foldable box (bike Dikki) is a bike side luggage box can be fold or convert into laptop size (Width) when the driver/rider not required side luggage box and its width size become maximum (.5" to .75" inches) only For this:-
I) first of all insert key into lock and rotates in opposite direction(process 1st) than the lever of lock (plat no 8) return back in lock from below L-shape bracket of plate number 1 and unlocked properly give permission to open the upper cover plate number 8 and Finally unlocked the foldable box (dikki).
II) After that latch is de-active than it give permission of lower plate 7 to move upward.
III) And With the help of attached chain we can pull the plate number 7 extreme upward during folding of the foldable box (dikki) until 2nd end of plate 7 touch with plate number 6.
IV) After that push the plate 1 inward up to extreme inward position toward plate number 6 (Pair of plates 3, 2 with hinge 5 or pair of plates 5,4 with hinge 2 folded).
V) And after that plate number 8 comes downward and attached lock insert in the centre hole of the plate number 1 and after that turn the lock lever outward and locked by locking arrangement of plat no 1 which is placed near the centre of plate no 1 and it can be fold give beautiful/Decent look after fold the foldable box (dikki) its width size become maximum (.5" to .75" inches) only (figure number 16Af16B,16C,show final views after close the foldable box(dikki) into different view).
Claims 5th comprise :-(Alternate modified method to open the foldable box (bike dikki) ):--(Shown in figure number 17) After installation foldable box (dikki) with bike/two wheeler and when the driver/Rider required space to keep its luggage into bike side luggage box than:- In this alternative method all of mechanism are same rather than the movement of plate number 7. In this method plate number 7 moves outward from the foldable box (dikki).When the foldable box(dikki) required than plate number 7 make base and locked with front side of plate number 1 through rectangular bar of plate number 7 and hooks of plate number 1.
I) first of all unlocked upper plate number 8 and lower plate 7 with plate number 1 after turn the lock lever inward and unlocked by locking arrangement of plat no 1 which is placed near the centre of plate no 1.
II) After that push plate number 7 downward and makes a base of foldable box (dikki).L-shape brackets of plate number 6 hold the plate 7 at 90 degree toward plate number l.these brackets not give permission of plate number 7 to move downward after 90 degree.
III) After that locked the rectangular metal bar of plate number 7 with centre locking hooks of plate 1 become rigid of foldable box (dikki) and the foldable box fully open and ready to use. We can put our luggage into this box after when the box is rigidly closed and ready to lock.
IV) The front side of plat number 8 is fixed with lock (below side of front end of plate 8). Lock fixed in such a way when we insert key into it and rotates than the lever of lock (plat no 8) insert below L-shape bracket of plate number 1 and locked properly and cant permission to open the upper cover plate number 8 and Finally we make a space for luggage in a bike/two wheeler and locked the foldable box (dikki).
V) (Close the foldable box (bike dikki)):— Foldable box (bike Dikki) is a bike side luggage box can be fold or convert into laptop size (Width) when the driver/rider not required side luggage box and its width size become maximum (.5" to .75" inches) only For this:-

plate number l)and attached lock insert in the centre hole of the plate number 1 and after that turn the lock lever outward and locked by locking arrangement of plat no 1 which is placed near the centre of plate no 1 after that plate number 8 and 7 are locked by locking arrangement of plate number 1 and it can be fold give beautiful/Decent look after fold the foldable box (dikki) its width size become maximum (.5" to .75" inches) only.
Claims 6 comprise:-Foldable box (bike Dikki) is used for all kind of Bikes and two wheelers for to keep luggage.
I. Foldable box (bike dikki) may be fixed any side right/left side of the bike but mostly it used right rear side of the bike.
II. In Scooters or scooty this foldable dikki used in front side (behind the front side).
III. This foldable dikki can be used in bicycle also. Easily fixed front and rear right and left side of the bicycle.
IV. This foldable box is also used as a carry bag. Used this foldable box in many other applications.
Claims 7th comprise:-Dimensions used for making this bike/Two wheeler foldable dikki are change according to the requirements of size and space need.
I. Material also changes according to the requirements and strength.
