PREAMBLE TO THE DESCRIPTION
The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is performed.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to furniture and, in particular, to tables that are capable of being folded and unfolded. More specifically, the present invention concerns a portable, foldable table that is made of lightweight material, is sturdy and can be folded into a compact unit for easy carrying and storage.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Many different types of tables are well known and used for a variety of different purposes. For example, conventional tables may include legs that are pivotally attached to a table top and the legs may be movable between a use position in which the legs extend outwardly from the table top and a storage position in which the legs are folded against an underneath portion of the table top. Conventional tables with relatively large table tops and folding legs are often referred to as “banquet tables” or “Buffet Tables” and these tables are frequently used in assembly halls, banquet halls, convention centre, hotels, schools, churches and other locations where large groups of people meet. The tables can be used both indoor and outdoor having several advantages for picnic or camping party. When the tables are no longer needed, the table legs can be moved into the storage position and the tables may be moved or stored.
Conventional Buffet tables with movable legs may allow the tables to be more conveniently stored. The table top for many conventional buffet tables with movable legs, however, retains its size and shape. For example, many known buffet tables have a length between five and ten feet and a width between three and four feet. As a result, many conventional buffet tables require a large storage area even when the legs are in the collapsed position. This large storage area may be especially problematic for larger facilities such as hotels, schools and churches because a considerable number of tables may have to be stored. Thus, a significant amount of space may be required to store the tables. In addition, smaller facilities such as restaurants, offices and homes may use one or more buffet tables. These smaller facilities may use the tables less frequently, such as during special

occasions. Conventional buffet tables, even when the legs are folded, are often too bulky and awkward to be conveniently used and stored at such smaller facilities. As a result, it is often necessary for both larger and smaller facilities to rent and/or borrow buffet tables when needed. Disadvantageously, this process of renting and/or borrowing buffet tables can be inconvenient, time consuming and costly.
Conventional buffet tables are also often difficult to move or transport from one location to another. For example, because of the length of many conventional buffet tables, it is often difficult for a single person to move the table. In addition, the extended length of conventional buffet tables may preclude the tables from being transported in the trunk or back seat of a typical passenger car. Accordingly, conventional buffet tables may have to be transported by a truck, trailer or oversized vehicle such as a sports utility vehicle. These and other factors may make moving conventional buffet tables troublesome and difficult.
The closest prior art known to applicant consists of conventional folding tables wherein the legs or leg assemblies are held in their respective operative positions by means of latching or locking means. It is necessary, in moving the legs of folding tables from operative to inoperative position, to disengage a latch or unlock a locking mechanism.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The object of the present invention is to provide a folding tables.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a Blow Moulded Table with metal frame fixed.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a Blow Moulded Table with metal frame fixed which is more robust and durable.

Thus, before describing the present invention in detail, it is to be understood that this invention is not limited to particularly exemplified systems or process parameters that may of course, vary. It is also to be understood that the terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments

of the invention only, and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention in any manner.
The present invention is to provide a Blow Moulded folding Table with metal frame fixed which is more robust and durable. The Blow molded table (100) consists of plastic table top (101) which is in two layer separated by a distance but supported by touching points (104) which are equally distributed. The Table top which has several touching points (104) and different contour which gives it unique strength and sturdiness. The Table top is supported by collapsible metal frame which is uniquely designed to give adequate strength to the table.
The Blow Molded Table top (101) is from blow molding process which comprises of top layer (102) and second layer (103) with a gap in between. Both the layers are supported by touching point (104) at several points to give strength at the same time light weight. The profile of the touching point is specially designed so that there mild fusion of layers without any impression on the top surface. The table top is designed so that it is stackable ensuring no metal to plastic weight transfer in stacking condition. Central ridge (105) on both sides has been designed to support the central minor chassis. This design of ridges (105) gives necessary strength to the table top in the central position of the table. Plurality of grooves (106, 107, 108, 109) are provided to accommodate the said metal frame including the chassis (1,5), leg axle (2), load distribution connector (3), table legs (4), table connecting link (6), connectors (7) and the locking ring (8). When said metal frame assembly is in folded condition, it is accommodated inside the table top in such a way that none of the part of said frame assembly touches the ground or other table top when stacked on ground of one above the other thereby avoiding the marks or impression of the said frame on other parts. This facilitates stacking of said folding tables one above other without damaging the table tops of other tables, etc. The major chassis (1) of said folding table is accommodated in the groove (106) made along the longitudinal side of the table top (101). The leg axle (2) of said folding table is accommodated in the groove (107) of said table top

(101). The folding legs (4) of said folding table are accommodated in the groove (108) of said table top (101).
The Blow Molded Table is complete with metal frame fixed with special screws that make the metal frame integrated to the Table top. The folding Table has two point fulcrum action. The Metal frame has two chassis defined as Major and minor. The Minor chassis (Part No 5) is the smaller rectangular element which is two in number termed as left and right minor chassis. The Major chassis (1) is the longer rectangular element running along the length of the table. These are termed as Left and Right major chassis. The Table is supported at two ends by two metal leg frame (4) connected to said major chassis (1) through leg axle (2) which is unique in design. The Legs are openable with the support of 4 point fulcrum arrangement. Two point fulcrum (A) is between Minor chassis left and right with the central support T link (6) while the remaining two point of fulcrum (B) is with the Major chassis and the supporting tube of the leg. This arrangement is there in both sides.
The metal frame on both side is connected to the central connecting link also termed load distribution connector (3) using a flat band having special notch profile to give strength as one variant while other being of circular shape. The connecting member for Leg frame can be of wide plate with cut out or profile flat of adequate thickness. The leg frame is shaped for adequate support with aesthetic look and as per groove in the table top.
The complete table assembly is having leg shoe so that the table doesn‟t slip and gives prolong life to the metal frame. There is also leg catcher (110) which holds the leg frame in the closed/folded condition so that it is tightly fixed to the table top. Also in the open condition there is locking ring (8) which locks the frame preventing the leg frame to collapse.

The variation of the above frame is straight leg (15) which is less in table length can be achieved by providing V connectors (11) and load distribution connector (14) using a flat band having special notch profile to give strength as one variant while other being of circular shape. This variation allows more efficient manufacturing at lesser weight. The folding legs (15) of said folding table are accommodated in the groove (109) of said table top. However the Major (1) and Minor chassis (5) are similar to basic design.
A person skilled in the art will be able to practice the present invention in view of the description presented in this document, which is to be taken as a whole. Although the foregoing invention has been described in some detail by way of illustration and example for purposes of clarity of understanding, one of skill in the art will appreciate that certain changes and modifications may be practiced within the scope of the appended claims.
