[0001] The present invention relates to an apparatus, method and system for meals and/or beverages management and delivery in particular to Food & Drinks Delivery Train designed to deliver meals and/or beverages from the cooking area to the customer area, wherein multiple delivery Trains works on a main Track with help of a locking mechanism and allow to free the main Track all the time to deliver meals and/or beverages from the cooking area to the customer area in a time efficient manner.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] Conventially, conveying devices called "belt conveyors" and/or "pallet type conveyors" presenting an endless belt driven by drums and supported by rollers, are already known. Such belt conveyors are sometimes used in the domain of catering, particularly for restaurants of Japanese specialities, allowing the customers to see different categories of cold dishes pass near them, a customer being able to help him/herself immediately by grasping one of the dishes corresponding to the choice that he/she will have made visually.

[0003] One of the drawbacks of this type of catering is that the use of a belt conveyor limits the possibilities of arrangement in the restaurant room, and this type of belt conveyor cannot follow a very tight curve.
[0004] Now a day's modern family is often going in separate directions for dining and entertainment. With increasing demands placed on children and adults for free time, opportunities for family outings require multi¬dimensional facilities for providing a complete affordable dining and entertainment experience, But as India is a highly populated country compared to other countries in the world and due to rush in the restaurant orders getting delayed is a big problem.
[0005] The concept of restaurant food delivery systems as well as multi-use building structures for restaurants is well known. Examples of different types and kinds of methods for restaurant food delivery systems and building structures are disclosed in U.S. Pat. Nos. 5,839,115, 5,775,033, 5,636,710, 4,019,605 and 3,673,967.
[0006] Further, present Invention introduce a Smart Track Locking System (STLS) with Food & Drinks Delivery Train designed to deliver meals and/or beverages from the cooking area to the customer area to overcome this issue/problem, wherein the invented new technique called STLS (Smart Track Locking System) in which number of trains can be added to the whole system depending on rush in the restaurant,

wherein the system has switches for control and lock the train at the customer area.
[0007] The present invention has for its principal object to provide a Food & Drinks Delivery Train, in particular for delivery food and beverages and which overcomes the drawbacks of the prior art by introducing a Smart Track Locking System in order to allow, multiple trains on a single main track in order to deliver meals and/or beverages from the cooking area to the customer area in a time efficient manner and to serve a large number of customers at a same time.
[0008] Further a simply and reliably Food & Drinks Delivery Train with Heavy Weight Stainless Steel Flat cars that may run on a track and maintain horizontal position at tight curves and ensuring that the transported food and beverages are maintained in horizontal position.
[0009] In one instance, US Pat. No. US3464363, generally to food delivery systems and more particularly to an improved automatic food delivery and return system for delivering food from a preparation area to an eating area and returning dishes from the eating area back to the preparation area.

[00010] In one instance, US patent " US6290025 - relates to a new
and improved restaurant food delivery system and method of making same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a system of food distribution which utilizes electronically controlled g-gauge model railroad train sets fitted with customized novel food tray insets developed for enabling food delivery to restaurant patrons by model railroad train cars. A computerized system facilitates information transmittal to staff and personnel of the restaurant, train configuration and routing, and maximize efficiency in the delivery of food to tables. The entertainment aspect of the restaurant consists of informative and entertaining properties of the restaurant and personnel and the floor plan and resulting restaurant building design is a "roundhouse" restaurant structure.
[00011] All of these stated methods, applications, and devices/systems
and some other methods, applications and devices/systems presently known in the art have had some flaws in design or mechanism and lacks precision. Most of the existing devices are too expensive to be practical for most users. Some shortfalls of the existing methods and systems include manual interference, leading to inaccuracy in Identification. In light of this, there is a need for a method and system that overcomes these constraints.

[00012] Accordingly, there is a need in the art provides a better
method or system for food & drinks delivery train to deliver meals and/or beverages from the cooking area to the customer area in a time efficient manner, wherein the food & drinks delivery train is controlled wirelessly by an android application.
[00013] Until now no one has ever devised a method or system for
Multiple Order Delivery of Drinks As Well As Food By Multiple Trains On Single Track Controlled by A Fully Automatic Controller, wherein the system has switches for control and lock the train at the customer area in order to deliver meals and/or beverages from the cooking area to the customer area in a time efficient manner and to serve a large number of people at a same time.

The advantages of the invention will be realized and attained by the structure particularly pointed out in the written description and claims hereof as well as the appended drawings.

SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
[00017] An object of the present invention is to provide a new and
improved system and method for restaurant food delivery, wherein the system comprising at least one kitchen area for cooking and/or preparing meals and/or beverages, at least one customer area, in particular with one or more tables for restaurant customers, wherein the kitchen area and the customer area are connected by Food & Drinks Delivery Train, wherein the Food & Drinks Delivery Train is designed to deliver meals and/or beverages from the cooking area to the customer area, wherein multiple delivery trains works on a main Track with help of a locking mechanism and allow to free the Main Track all the time to deliver meals and/or beverages from the cooking area to the customer area in a time efficient manner.
[00018] The present invention relates to an system and method
for a restaurant food delivery, wherein the method comprising the steps: select a Food & Drinks Delivery Train from a plurality of Food & Drinks Delivery Trains, select a table in a customer area from a plurality of serving tables in the customer area, lock the selected train in the selected table by broken the supply from The Main Track by STLS Relay in order to free the main track in order to run other available to deliver meals and/or beverages from the cooking area to the customer area in a time efficient manner.

[00019] Normally, food is delivered or served in restaurants and other
commercial establishments by waiters or waitresses. These personnel add to the overall expense of restaurant operation. In addition, restaurants must be designed to accommodate the traffic of waitresses travelling from the kitchen area to the eating area.
[00020] Some of the foregoing problems have been overcome by
providing cafeteria type service. In these systems, the customer simply waits on himself and the need for large numbers of waitresses or waiters is eliminated together with an attendant savings in operating costs. However, there is still the problem of traffic in the restaurant or other place of dining by the customers themselves in moving through a cafeteria line. Moreover, many people prefer to sit at a table rather than wait in line for their food.
[00021] With the foregoing considerations in mind, it is a primary
object of the present invention to provide an automatic food delivery system in which the above-mentioned problems are overcome.

[00022] The present invention is designed to overcome these
disadvantages by providing a new and improved restaurant food delivery system and method for making same which would provide a entertainment, and interactive experience in family dining and have fun to see that the food is served by a Train.
[00023] It is therefore a primary object of the present invention to
provide a new and improved restaurant food delivery system and method for making same that incorporates a novel inventive aspect consisting of a Food & Drinks Delivery Train for food delivery system which would be simple to install, Operate, and maintain as the Food & Drinks Delivery Train is Controlled by an Android Application wirelessly from a Smart Phone.

provide a new and improved restaurant food delivery system and method for making same in which food is delivered using a novel food tray configuration developed for food delivery by means of the food delivery system, wherein the novel food tray for food delivery are Specially Balanced, Heavy Weighted, Stainless Steel Flat cars which will be customized to each separate food item ordered.

improved restaurant food delivery system and method for making same that is cost effective, simple, efficient and effective food delivery mechanism which would be easily maintained and could act independently of any malfunctions at customer area.

improved restaurant food delivery system and method for making same in which a number of sensors are present in order to sense the curve and Slow Down of the trains on curves automatically while entering table area to avoid derailments.
[00027] Yet another object of the present invention to provide a new
and improved restaurant food delivery system and method for making same with Fully automatic multiple speed steps for Smooth startup with a gradual acceleration from Low to Medium, Medium to High and then High to medium, Medium to Low and Low to very Gradual Stop to avoid Jerks in order to smooth delivery of food and beverages.

and improved restaurant food delivery system and method for making same with a standby option for a Manual 4x4 Matrix keyboard for standby in case of any malfunctioning in Android wireless control application.

are realized by providing a total interactive entertainment experience for family dining by using the aforementioned novel inventive aspects.

shows, a working Of The Fully Automatic Multiple Train Food/Drink Delivery system by Android wirelessly controlled application installed on a smart phone or by a 4x4 Matrix keypad installed on a stationary panel as according to an embodiment of the present invention as according to the present invention, wherein at first all trains wait in the Kitchen/ Food loading area till any key press from Android app or from 4x4 matrix keyboard, after that when an operator select table 1 and train 1 by pressing “Table 1” and “train 1” key from Anroid app or from 4x4 Matrix keypad, from a list of table and a list of trains, then a selected train from a list of trains goes to table 1 (as shown in figure 1.2).

This same technique is repeated for all Table keys as well as the Return/Return1 key which is used to take the train back to the Kitchen/Food loading area. Furthermore, the whole automatic system can be controlled by a 4x4 Matrix Keyboard connected with Port F in an emergency or in any malfunctioning of Android wireless control application in order to run the trains to deliver Food and drinks 24x7.

SOS (Save Our Soul) feature is available in order to shift the automatic control mode to Manual mode by just shifting the emergency switch knob to Manual control from Automatic Control in case of any emergency of full automatic system failure or malfunctioning of the Automatic mode. Thus no embarrassment in front of customers and goal of order delivering on time is achieved.

Further for carry Food and Drinks Specially Balanced, Heavy Weighted, Stainless Steel Flat cars have been developed also includes Sensor for Slow Down the trains on curves automatically while entering in table area in order to avoid derailments for avoid Jerks so that Food & Drinks should not fall the system includes Fully automatic multiple speed steps for Smooth startup with a gradual acceleration from Low to Medium, Medium to High and then High to medium, Medium to Low and Low to very Gradual Stop. Furthermore, a standby option is available vai Manual 4x4 Matrix keyboard for standby in case of any malfunctioning in Android wireless control application and Multiple Trains can serve multiple orders on one single track with help of a breaking system in order to save order delivery time from more than 15 min. to 1 hour in Rush Hours.

We Claim:

A restaurant for food delivery system comprising:
(a) a kitchen area for food preparation;
(b) a customer areas for customers, having a plurality of tables;
(c) one or more food delivery trains, one or more flat cars, and one main track, wherein one or more food delivery trains works on the main Track with help of a locking mechanism and allow to free The Main Track all the time to deliver meals and/or beverages from the cooking area to the customer area in a time efficient manner.

2. The restaurant food delivery system according to claim 1, wherein the locking mechanism comprising a switch for control and lock the train at the customer area, wherein lock of the train is control by broken the supply from The Main Track a STLS Relay in order to free the main track.
3. The restaurant food delivery system according to claim 1 further comprising a database to store information, wherein the information may includes table number, train number etc. where the food to be serve.
4. The restaurant food delivery system according to claim 1, wherein the database can be access by any authorized entity.

6. The restaurant food delivery system according to claim 1 further comprising a controlling means, wherein the controlling means includes food delivery train and train track controlling devices including electric sensors for detecting and reporting train location, and switches for directing train movement or change automatic to manual mode or vice versa.
(7)The restaurant food delivery system according to claim 6 includes slow down sensors in order to slow down of the trains on curves automatically while entering customer area to avoid derailments.
(8) The restaurant food delivery system according to claim 6 includes fully automatic multiple speed steps sensors for Smooth start-up with a gradual acceleration from Low to Medium, Medium to High and then High to medium, Medium to Low and Low to very Gradual Stop in order to avoid jerk.
