BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the past, kitchen appliances have been designed to perform one or more of the functions of heating, cooling, and mixing. For example, several companies produce automatic breadmakers which both knead and bake bread. The American Gas Association is developing a gas tabletop oven that is capable of both heating and cooling. However, a single appliance has not been developed which permits automated preparation of food products involving heating, cooling, and mixing according to a programmed recipe wherein human intervention during food preparation is unnecessary or significantly minimized.
729/KOL/2010 relates to an automatic food making machine. The present invention provides a food making machine comprising of at least one electronic recipe; at least one cooking sequence activated by a microprocessor; a plurality of container boxes wherein each container box contains one ingredient; optionally, a provision for mixing and grinding the ingredients; and a provision for heating the ingredients and preparing the food; wherein said electronic recipe is programmed on an electronic card and said machine automatically selects the food ingredients and the amount according to the sequence programmed into said electronic card for the specified food preparation. However this machine will not contain any container box with ingredients it has only one slot to cook the ready to cook packets.
CN1012110A relates to an automatic cooking apparatus. Built-in cooking utensil controlled by microcomputer to automatically prepare ready meals. The ingredients constituting a particular dish are loaded into a compartmental carousel, which is then mounted on the cooking utensil. The apparatus includes a memory capable of storing one or more programs corresponding to recipes. The programmed recipe specifies the staggering of operations to move the ingredients from the carousel into a cooking vessel, to heat the vessel (either covered or uncovered), and to stir the contents of the vessel. These operations are executed automatically under the control of the microcomputer. However there is no prescribed ingredient in this machine and no cooking method.
US5363746A relates to an automatic food preparation device. A kitchen appliance which enables automatic preparation of desserts or other food products according to instructions pre-programmed into the appliance. Programmed preparation steps can include any desired sequence of heating, cooling, and mixing of ingredients placed in a detachable container of the appliance. Accessory attachments can be provided to the appliance for automatically adding recipe ingredients to the container during automatic preparation. A dispensing pump may also be provided for dispensing a heated or frozen product from the container. However the method is complex and addition of new recipes are not available.
CN108681281B relates to a fully automatic food processing method and fully automatic food processing device. The invention relates to a fully automatic food processing method and device. A plurality of execution modules with a single function and a central control module for controlling the execution modules are designed with a bowl conveying path as a center. The central control module is provided with a plurality of digital and analog signal I/O interfaces for connecting the execution modules. A user interaction module is designed for a user to manage and execute food recipes in a database. The central control module receives information of the user interaction module and automatically generates food cooking processes to process food selected by the user. Processing procedures can be operated simultaneously in a multi-threading manner and streamlined production is realized. However the method is complex and addition of new recipes are not available.
US2017172350A1 relates to an automated meal production system and apparatus. An automated kitchen system having multiple cooking and/or mixing pots and having containers and dispensers for multiple ingredients. A customer or other person or system selects or creates a meal or other food product and the ingredients for the meal or other product are transferred from dispensers to the cooking and/or mixing pots which simultaneously cook and/or mix the ingredients. After cooking, the meal or other product is served and the cooking pot is cleaned and sanitized and oriented to receive the ingredients for the next meal or other product. In our system there is no plurality of containers or ingredient holding assembly. However there is no metered dispensing assembly.
Accordingly, there exists a need for a food processor machine with ready to cook food product. Further there exists a need for a method of working of the food processor machine with ready to cook food product.
