Field of the Invention
The present invention relates generally to devices/apparatus for dispensing food waste converter system and particularly to the treatment of food waste converter system at an affordable cost and more particularly to a specially designed Air recirculation system with effective multipurpose agitator system and a Efficient self cleaning Mechanism with Air tight door locking Mechanism.
Background and prior art of the Invention
Conventional waste converter machines use an exhaust system by which the air inside the tank is flushed out after each cycle of load is processed. As the food waste gets heated to accelerate the degradation process and during the composting process, gases gets emitted which results in the atmosphere being polluted when flushed out. These hazardous gases including methane when released would cause health issues to those exposed to it.
Conventional waste converter machines use a simple door locking system having normal rubber gaskets as the contact medium. This results in the doors being not pressure tight, causing the harmful gases including methane formed during the processing stages to escape to the atmosphere causing hazardous effects to those exposed.
In other machines, the method used is the conventional one in which the air inside the tank is thrown out through an exhaust using an external exhaust system. The issue is that the atmosphere gets polluted in this process. The food waste is heated to accelerate the degradation process and during the process of composting methane gases are emitted. These methane gases spread across the area without being treated which will cause hazardous and health issues.

The existing machineries use a normal door locking system which is not air tight as the air and fumes that are generated in the machines are sucked out using a blower and is thrown out using an exhaust.
These doors have normal rubber gaskets and need not be pressure tight. These escaping fumes may cause hazardous effects on the area nearby.
The doors and the door locks do not help in preventing the hazardous fumes or methane gas from escaping.
The present invention of multipurpose agitator system, conventional waste converters achieve a similar end product by using multiple machineries at different levels of processing namely shredding, mixing and powdering. This would also increase the level of manual intervention required during the whole process thereby making it cumbersome. Consequently, these conventional organic waste converters would significantly increase processing cost and time, thereby making it less effective to be deployed for their intended use.
Conventional waste converter machines have heavy human interaction during all stages of processing till the manually unloading of the residue and cleaning of the tank before processing the next batch. This results in low operational efficiency with the residue left over in the tank and a significant time spend on cleaning efforts between the subsequent cycles. The present invention is aimed at removing these roadblocks and thus optimizing the whole waste converting process.

The present invention relates tor Air re-circulation system is driven by a blower. The air sucked in by the blower from the tank is circulated in the air re-circulation system. No external air is used or taken in during this process. We use an air heater in the channel to heat the air to a certain temperature, which is then supplied to the tank. The preheated air from the tank attracts the water content inside the tank and this water vapour is then circulated through our inline condenser.
Food waste gets introduced into the tank through the input door made of a heat insulating material and placed outside on the main body of the tank. A multipurpose agitator system driven by an electric motor is then used to agitate the waste. Specially designed spiral blades attached to the rotating arms of the agitator ensures uniform mixing of the waste inside the tank. During the agitation process, the waste is heated to a certain temperature depending on the operating mode selected, by blowing hot air to the mass using a blower and heater channel arrangement and, also by heating the tank using a thermic fluid heating system. As a result, the moisture content in the waste gets vaporised and the water content thus formed is directed through an inline condenser unit having aluminium fins placed at an angle which acts as a heat sink and controls the humidity in the tank. High speed axial fans are used to provide cool air to the fins for heat dissipation. The condenser unit thus dissociates the water from the vapour which gets discharged from the tank. The left-over residue will be dry, brittle and in granular form which is then automatically discharged through the exit door by reversing the rotation of the agitator system and with the help of a specially designed agitator central arm thereby eliminating the need of any human interaction. The air tight door locking system having silicon profile gaskets as the contact medium used in these converters prevents any odour and also arrest the fumes or gases produced during

the process from leaking out to the atmosphere. The batch processing time can be selected depending on the quantity of the waste and the moisture content present and would typically range between 12-24 hours based on the waste converter model and the operating capacity.

Detailed description of the invention
The present invention relates to a food waste processing apparatus discharged from a restaurant such as a restaurant, and more particularly, the food waste generated from the business is effectively dried and discharged from food waste by crushing by a crushing gear and a drying furnace equipped with an agitator. The present invention relates to a food processing apparatus for businesses that can effectively remove odors and minimize environmental pollution.
Food waste is leftovers after cooking or ingesting food, which does not disappear from the diet, and the food waste discharged from the business occupies a considerable part.
In particular, food wastes generated in kitchens such as restaurants and entertainment establishments are discharged in large quantities such as pork bones, beef bones and chicken bones, and are stored in large-capacity food storage containers for disposal. It should be stored separately from garbage and food waste.

The food wastes stored as described above are transferred to landfill by a separate transport means and are disposed of in landfill, and in recent years, the limit of landfills of such food waste is also reached, and the land filled food waste is decayed to generate odors. As it causes air pollution and further serious problems such as soil and water pollution, there is an urgent need to deal with food waste at present. Therefore, in recent years, there is a food waste treatment station equipped with a food waste treatment device to solve these problems, and it has been used as a fertilizer by drying food waste, but the treatment station also has a small number of waste disposal of food waste. There is not enough.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and a drying furnace having a crushing means capable of crushing food waste in the body, a stirring means for mixing the crushed food waste and an air supply means for supplying hot air; ; In order to effectively remove the odor generated in the drying furnace by forming an air purifier connected to the drying furnace.
The air re-circulation system is primarily driven by a blower, heater channel and condenser unit. The air sucked in by the blower from the tank is used for re¬circulation. An air heater is housed in the channel to heat the air to a certain temperature based on the operating mode selected for processing the organic waste batch. The pre-heated air is then circulated which then attracts water content inside the tank and vaporises it. In addition to the heater channel, an additional thermic fluid heating system is also used to accelerate the vaporization process.

The water vapour thus formed is then directed though the inline condenser unit which then dissociates the water content from the vapour. The water thus formed is discharged from the tank in the process, thereby removing the moisture content present in the food waste, converting it to a powder form. The condenser uses aluminium fins aligned at an angle and acts as a heat sink. High-speed axial fans are used to provide cool air to the fins for heat dissipation. The invention relates to using the condensate to control the humidity in the processing chamber, resulting in faster processing speeds.
Our Air re-circulation system is driven by a blower.
This condenser then dissociates the water content from the circulated water vapour and then discharge the water. The condenser uses aluminum fins aligned at an angle and acts as a heat sink. High-speed axial fans provide cool air to the fins for heat dissipation. This Re-circulatory system accelerates the complete process of our food waste converter machine

These Air Tight Door Locking System are specially designed in order to arrest the air/fumes from escaping. Silicon profile gaskets act as a contact medium between the door and the tank in order to prevent leakage while under compression. Hinges and toggle clamps help in maintaining the door position required for achieving this pressurised condition. Since silicon acts as an excellent insulating material, heat dissipation is brought to a minimal condition using this system. Since the temperature and pressure are contained inside the tank, the performance of the whole system is drastically improved. The whole Air tight door locking system reduces the load on the heaters by preventing heat dissipation which results in an energy efficient system.
The Air Tight Door Locking system is specially designed to arrest the fumes or gases produced during the processing phase from the escaping into the atmosphere which may cause hazardous effects. Gaskets made of silicon profile acts as a contact medium between the doors and the tank. Silicon being an excellent insulator, prevents the possibility of any leakage while the system is under compression. Additionally, the hinges and toggle clamps provided, helps in positioning the doors exactly on the outside body of the chamber, thereby keeping the chamber in a pressurised state during the stages of processing. By reducing the heat dissipation and thereby maintaining the operating temperature and pressure inside the chamber, the air tight door locking system reduces the load on the heater and improves the efficiency and performance of the whole unit.
Conventional waste converter systems employed a multi-stage approach by using different machines simultaneously to process the food waste. The food waste is first put into a shredder where it gets reduced to a size compatible with the

processing machine. Processing machine is a standalone unit which only does the part of mixing the shredded waste materials using a conventional single purpose agitator unit into a uniform mixture. This uniformly processed mixture needs to be then manually unloaded from the processor and might still need to be powdered manually, depending on the nature of the re-use. The invention of multipurpose agitator system is aimed at removing these bottlenecks associated with the conventional machines and to reduce the human intervention by designing a fully automated system.
Organic Waste Converter uses specially designed blades which helps to mix, break down, disintegrate and powder the waste materials. The spiral design of the blades placed on the agitator arms significantly reduce the load on the driving unit thereby improving the efficiency of the system. Also, the design of the blades forces the waste materials to the end of the agitator arms ensuring uniform mixing of the waste materials during processing. The system is carefully calibrated to maintain a clearance of 2 mm between the agitator chamber's inner surface and the agitator blades. This careful calibration ensures equilibrium of the system resulting in the granulation of the waste materials during processing. The agitator is axially balanced and the blades of the agitator arms are aligned at an angle such that during the rotation of the agitator, the waste materials move towards a centre point nearing the completion of the process, to automatically discharge the processed output. This is done by reversing the rotation of the agitator and with the help of a specially designed central arm thereby eliminating the need of human interaction.
Referring to the drawings attached, the apparatus comprises of a cylindrical chamber housing the agitator system. Agitator consists of a rotating stirring shaft passing through the centre of the chamber and made of SS having a pipe-shape fitted with the agitator arms made of SS plates. Agitator arms have

specially designed blades aligned at an angle of 50.6 degree and equidistantly positioned at 60 degree from each other. Rotary motion of the agitator is powered by a chain and timing belt and an electric motor arrangement. A central arm extending through the full diameter of the agitator chamber is fitted to the rotating stirring shaft. The agitator system is axially balanced and carefully calibrated to maintain a clearance of less than 2 mm between the inner surface of the chamber and the agitator blades.
The specially designed blades on the agitator that has a clearance of less than 2 mm from the tank surface which result in the granulation of the food waste during the process .During the process, the agitator arms would push the waste from the centre of the agitator to both its ends in order to mix it properly.
The arms of the agitator are designed in a spiral manner in order to reduce the load of the driving unit and thereby we obtain increased performance. The agitator is axially balanced for smooth operation of the machine.
These blades on the agitator are aligned in an angle in such a way that along with the mixing and granulation of the food waste, it also brings the waste to a centre point of the machine in order to discharge the waste automatically. This is done by reversing the rotation of the agitator.
The agitator has a specially designed centre arm that is capable of discharging the processed waste without any need of human interaction.
The granulated residue left over after processing is discharged from the tank without any manual intervention with the help of specially designed central arm of the multipurpose agitator system. After this, there will still be some negligible quantity of residue stuck on to the base of the tank and to the agitator blades. When the next batch of food waste is being introduced into the tank, the water content in

the waste material will remove or dissolve any leftovers from the previous batch during the mixing process using the agitator system. This self-cleaning mechanism of the machine saves significant time required to clean the tank and also increases the efficiency of the whole waste converter system.
After completion of the process the granule output is discharged from the machine. After the discharge there will be a negligible quantity stuck on to the base of the tank and to the agitator blades. This negligible quantity will be easily removed during the next process. The water content in the new batch when mixed continuously inside the closed tank will remove or dissolve any leftovers of the previous batch. The same cycle is repeated, hence no human interaction is required to clean the tank. This self-cleaning mechanism of the machine saves time and thereby increasing the performance of the food waste processing system.Since no human interaction is required in the cleaning process of the tank, the risk factory of the machine is nil.
Food Waste Converters works on dehydration principle where the moisture content in the waste gets removed by heating during the agitation process and the leftover residue is removed from the tank thereby preparing for the next batch. The technology used in the invention accelerates the dehydration process by simulating the natural conditions of organic waste handling inside a sealed chamber. During the agitation process, the waste is heated to a certain temperature depending on the operating mode selected, by blowing hot air to the mass using a blower and heater channel

arrangement and, also by heating the tank using a thermic fluid heating system. The left-over residue will be dry, brittle and in granular form which is then automatically discharged through the exit door by reversing the rotation of the agitator system and with the help of a specially designed agitator central arm
