Foreign Matter Removal Device

Abstract: A foreign matter removal device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a spray unit which jets air toward the surfaces of electrodes and removes foreign matter from the surfaces of the electrodes that are being consecutively transported along a direction; a suction unit which sucks in the foreign matter separated from the surfaces of the electrodes; and an extension unit extending between the spray unit and the suction unit, wherein the extension unit has a control portion formed recessed in the direction away from the surfaces of the electrodes.
