Four Quadrant Switch
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a Four Quadrant Switch (FQS) (150). The FQS (150) comprises at least one half bridge transistor module (210) and at least one half bridge diode module (230). Each half bridge transistor module of the at least one half bridge transistor module (210) comprises a first transistor (212) and a second transistor (216) connected in series. The at least one half bridge diode module (230) is connected in parallel to the at least one half bridge transistor module (210). Each half bridge diode module of the at least one half bridge diode module (230) comprises a first diode (232) and a second diode (234) connected in series.
