Abstract: A front fork (20) comprises a cylindrical outer tube (21), an inner tube (22) that is provided so as to be capable of moving relative to the outer tube (21), a spring (23) that applies force in a direction that makes the outer tube (21) and the inner tube (22) separate, an oil (24) that fills the inside of the inner tube (22), a cylindrical pipe body (28) that is supported at an upper end on the outer tube (21) and has a first through hole (28a) through which the oil (24) can pass formed in an outer circumferential surface, a piston (29) that generates damping force when the oil (24) passes along an outer circumferential surface, and a plurality of bushes (35, 36) that are provided between an inner circumferential surface of the outer tube (21) and an outer circumferential surface of the inner tube (22). During an extension stroke, the oil pressure inside an annular oil chamber (R3) is lower than the oil pressure inside a second oil chamber (R2).
