The following specification describes the invention

FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a front fork assembly in a two wheeler. More particularly, to integration of a washer and a guide bush in the two wheeler front fork assembly.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART
A front fork assembly comprises a set of front fork legs mounted on the left and right side of two wheeler. A front fork leg has two parallel oriented cylinder which are mounted on a frame and extend outwardly and are adapted to contain one another. The two concentrically arranged cylinders during operation of two wheeler is caused to move up and down on when subjected to road irregularities. Conventionally, inner cylinder is generally fitted within the outer cylinder along with several other components such as, a guide bush, a washer, an oil seal, an oil seal stopper, and an outer dust seal. The aforementioned components are configured to contain at the mouth of said outer cylinder. They function together to facilitate smooth movement of said outer and inner cylinder over the surface of each other. However, in case of damage to any of the aforesaid components present at the mouth of the outer cylinder all the components have to be removed and fitted afresh. This leads to increase in overall cost and assembly time. Thus, presently the prior art fails to address the issue of serviceability sufficiently.
A patent application JP3507937B2 discloses about a rubber elastic body provided, with a flange at one end and an arm member fitted in an elastic bush in the flange portion of the rubber elastic body. The rubber elastic body has an improved durability.
Another invention 2002-066380 discloses about a bush for front fork assembly of vehicles an outside pipe in which a flange is integrally formed at right angles to a horizontal level.

However, none of the prior arts deals with the issue of serviceability of inner parts in case of damage.
Hence, to deal with the aforementioned problems and lacunas in the prior art it is therefore the object of the present invention to provide an integrated guide bush.
It is yet another object of the present invention to provide an integrated guide bush which would enhance the life of the front fork assembly.
It is yet another object of the present invention to provide an integrated guide bush which would reduce the assembly time wherein a single piece provided would be fitted at the mouth of the outer cylinder.
It is yet another object of the present invention to provide an integrated guide bush which would allow smooth movement of the outer cylinder over the surface of said inner cylinder.
It is yet another object of the present invention to provide an integrated guide bush which would reduce the overall cost of the said front fork assembly.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
For the purpose of solving above mentioned problems, first aspect of the present invention provides an integrated guide bush, where a guide bush and a washer are integrated into one single piece unit. The integrated guide bush comprises at least an upper segment and a lower segment. The upper segment of the integrated guide bush comes in contact with oil seal. The lower segment of the integrated guide bush comes in contact with outer cylinder. According to the second aspect

of the present invention, wherein said integrated guide bush is adapted to contain at the mouth of the outer cylinder of a front fork assembly and guides the movement of an inner cylinder.
According to the third aspect of the present invention, wherein integrated guide bush is made of a suitable material which guides the movement of the said tube.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of integrated guide bush for front fork assembly in two wheeler according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

Fig 1(a) and Fig. 1(b) are the front and front exploded view of the front fork leg as according to the prior art respectively. A conventional two wheeler front fork leg (100 (a) and 100 (b)) comprises, an inner cylinder (120) and an outer cylinder (110). The outer cylinder (110) is configured to contain said inner cylinder (120) and allows the movement of the inner cylinder over the inside surface of the outer cylinder. The outer cylinder (110) is fitted on the inner cylinder (120) along with an outer dust seal (109), an oil seal stopper (107), an oil seal (105), a washer (103) and a guide bush (101). The aforesaid components are contained at the mouth of the outer cylinder and slides along with the outer cylinder over the surface of inner cylinder. The guide bush (101) provides stability and minimize the effects of jerks. The washer (103) present between said guide bush (101) and oil seal (105) prevents metal to metal contact. The oil seal (105) and oil seal stopper (107) functions to prevent any oil leakage at the time of damping. Towards the outermost side is present is present outer dust seal (109) which prevents any dust from entering inside.
Fig 2 (a) and Fig. 2 (b) are the front and front exploded view of the front fork leg as according to the present invention respectively. Similar to a conventional two wheeler front fork leg (100 (a) and 100(b)) the front fork leg in accordance with the present invention (200(a) and 200(b)) also comprises, an inner cylinder (220) and an outer cylinder (210). The outer cylinder (210) is configured to contain said inner cylinder (220). In accordance with the present invention a guide bush (101) and a washer (103) are integrated into one single piece unit forming an integrated guide bush (201). Thereafter, present is an oil seal (203), an oil seal stopper (205) and an outer dust seal (207) performing similar function as in case of the conventional front fork leg.
Fig 3(a) and Fig 3(c) are the top view (201) bottom view (201) of the integrated guide bush in accordance with the present invention. The integrated guide bush (201) has an upper segment (201 A) and a lower segment (201 B) Figure 3b. The lower segment of the integrated guide bush (201

B) comes in contact with said outer cylinder (210) whereas, said upper segment of the integrated guide bush (201 A) comes in contact with said oil seal (205). The integrated guide bush (201) is preferably made of sheet metal or any other suitable material therein.
Fig 3(b) is the front view of the integrated guide bush (201) wherein the upper segment of the integrated guide bush (201 A) and the extending outwardly from the lower segment of the integrated guide bush (201 B).
Similarly, Fig 4 (a) and Fig 4 (b) are perspective view of the integrated guide bush as according to the present invention. The integrated guide bush comprising said upper segment of integrated guide bush (201 A) and lower segment of integrated guide bush (201 B). Lower segment of integrated guide bush inner surface is coated with a suitable material for smooth movement of inner cylinder. It is generally coated with PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) to facilitate in smooth movement of the inner cylinder.
It-will be appreciated form the foregoing description that various other embodiments of the above mentioned device are possible without departing from the scope and ambit of this invention.
