Abstract: Front forks (20) comprise an outer tube (21); an inner tube (22); a spring (23) that applies force in a direction that separates the outer tube (21) and the inner tube (22) from each other; oil filled into the inner tube (22); a tube (28) that extends along the axial line of the outer tube (21); and a piston (29) positioned at the lower end of the expanded-diameter tube (28). A first through-hole (28a) that penetrates the center in the axial direction and a second through-hole (28b) that penetrates the cylinder at a position that is lower than the first through-hole (28a) are formed in the tube (28).
