“Fuel Cell Layout For A Two Wheeled Vehicle”
Abstract: The present invention is a two-wheeled fuel cell vehicle assembly layout, where a 5 fuel cell power box (8) is provided to place a fuel cell stack (3), metal hydride canisters (5F, 5R, 5L), fuel cell stack balance of plants (pressure regulator, blower, heater, solenoid valve and proportional valve), motor controller (7), fuel cell controller, and fuel cell converter that facilitate easy assembly of the vehicle as well as easy access to the mentioned parts. Low-pressure metal hydride 10 canisters are used instead of high-pressure hydrogen cylinders. Lithium-ion battery pack (2) and one metal hydride canister placed on the front side of the vehicle. The addition of one metal hydride canister is to improve the fuel cell vehicle range.
