Abstract: The present invention relates to a fully automatic non-stop train system . The system comprises a pilot wagon unit, a passenger compartments unit, a track changing unit, a track side signals unit, and a data storage unit. The pilot wagon unit is configured to acts as master control for train and decides the speed of the train. The pilot wagon unit comprises a GPS communication unit, a distance measuring unit, a wireless communication unit and a track inspecting unit. The passenger compartments unit comprises an electric motors, a set of lock wheels, a plurality of sensor and a display panels. The track changing unit comprises a main tracks, a secondary tracks, a track side signals unit and a data storage unit. The track side signals unit comprises a station-ID signal transmitter, level crossing signal transmitter and whistle blow signal transmitter.
DESC:a. Purpose of the invention
To save precious time of passengers traveling by train by detaching and separating intermediate compartments of a fast moving train without stopping it.
b. Problem solved
No non-stop train system exists in practice. However, a few inventions suggest some ideas of non-stop train system. The problems found in such designs make them impractical.
In earlier designs, only last compartments are able to detach from the main train which makes passengers uncomfortable. In that design, the passengers need to move from the front side (First compartment) to the last compartment. In this new innovative design, any intermediate compartments can be detached from the fast moving train without stopping it.
Time spent to entrain or de-train passengers by stopping the train in the intermediate stations will be eliminated thus reducing traveling time.
Size of the platform of any intermediate station is minimized since only a few compartments are stopped in any intermediate station while remaining compartments continues traveling without stopping.

• Wastage of precious time of passengers traveling by train got eliminated.

• Fixed tracks (No moving parts) eliminates the complications in track changing.

a pilot wagon unit configured to acts as master control for train and decides the speed of the train, comprises:
a GPS communication unit configured to send and receive data to and from central server and nearby railway station ;
a distance measuring unit using both optic and ultrasonic sound, configured to determining the accurate distance between the pilot wagons and trailing compartments ;
a wireless communication unit configured to read track-side communications ;
a track inspecting unit configured to inspects track for any defects which helps avoiding accidents;
a passenger compartments unit operationally connected with the pilot wagon unit, comprises:
a electric motors for propulsion configured to transfer electric energy to wheel of rolling stock using axle and driving gear units resulting in linear motion;
a set of lock wheels used along with the track-changing rails , configured to change the track of that compartment from the main track to secondary track ;
a plurality of sensor configured to measure the distance between this compartment and the leading/trailing compartments;
a display panels configured to displaying dynamic information to the passenger;
a track changing unit operationally connected with the pilot wagon unit and passenger compartments unit, configured to change its track from main track to secondary track, comprises:
a main tracks are the set of rails which leads the non-stop train to the final destination;
a secondary tracks are the set of rails which leads the detached compartments to the intermediate station;
a track-changing-rails are special set of rails which are responsible for changing track of any detached compartment from main track to the secondary track;
a track side signals unit operationally connected with the pilot wagon unit, track changing unit, passenger compartments unit, comprises a station-ID signal transmitter, level crossing signal transmitter and whistle blow signal transmitter;
a data storage unit operationally connected with the pilot wagon unit, passenger compartments unit, track changing unit and track side signals unit, configured to store the detected information data.
2. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pilot wagon unit runs at a pre-defined distance before the passenger compartments helps safeguarding the passenger compartments from accidents.
3. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pilot wagon unit comprises a obstruction detection unit configured to detect obstruction if any on the track such as land slide, animals, other vehicles(at the un-manned level crossings), helps to avoid accidents, thus safeguard passengers.
4. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plurality of sensor is selecting from a group comprising a laser beam sensor, a ultrasonic sound sensor, a GPS, a proximity sensors, a vibration sensors.
5. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pilot wagon unit (1) comprises a track inspection unit configured to monitors track for any defect helps avoiding accidents due to any defects on the track.
6. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pilot wagon unit (1) and passenger compartments unit comprises a distance measuring unit configured to measure the distance accurately thus ensuring safety.
7. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the passenger compartments unit comprises a countdown timer unit configured to warn passengers the time remaining to close the passage doors during detachment process. This ensures passenger safety.
8. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pilot wagon unit and passenger compartments unit comprises co-operating braking unit is applied by any one compartment/pilot wagon, then the brakes of all trailing compartments are applied simultaneously in a co-operating mode to avoid collision.
9. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the track side signals unit configured to helps operating the non-stop train in automatic mode. On reading the signal from the first transmitter, the pilot wagon stops before reaching the second transmitter and resumes journey on receiving the signal through the second transmitter.
10. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the automatic non-stop train system comprises an automatic lavatory closing , when the train approaches a station, the lavatory outlets are closed automatically by the IOT device, which help avoiding health hazards.
