FUTURE -VEHICLES
This invention is related to Future Vehicles, which will be used for Euro-iv. This invention is based on the new engine which will be called a Flue Gas Turbine Engine also Simultaneously this invention is related to a very economical Helicopter as well as Gas turbine power plant for Industries for future.
Today's world all Vehicles have such engines which pollute the Atmosphere mostly. These vehicles are four wheelers as well as two wheelers, even in hybrid system, the Atmosphere is also polluted, because all the vehicles discharge the full exhaust gases in the atmosphere. This problem has also found in CNG vehicles which has become major problem for all people because it gives the nitrogen oxide gas which is harmful for living nature because catalytic converter silencer can not work continuously for a long time. So these problems will be very dangerous for future. These problems are also find in the industries, which pollute the atmosphere during the electricity generation.
These problems are overcome by the present Flue Gas Engine, which will be consume flue gases of engine and it will be based on gas fuel also. In this Engine flue gases will not be flew continuously so catalytic converter will be in
good condition always. For industries the new gas turbine power plant will
be help for atmosphere cleanliness and more power generation.
In one form of the invention, this engine will be consume the flue gases than
Other engines and will be kept clean atmosphere. It will give the more mileage and it will be used gas fuel only.
In another form of this invention, it has very economical Helicopter and most Economical gas turbine power plant for Industries.
Brief description of the drawing:

FIG.1 Shows the supercharging piston for flue gas engine. It increase the

Piston: This piston is different than another pistons. It works as a supercharger. So it increases the efficiency of engine and increases the scavenging Efficiency of engine also. In this piston the upper part is designed by 'IT shape as well as in cone shape, which helps the engine for producing More power and remove the knocking of any engine because it compress the Mixture uniformly. Flue Gas Engine: This engine is four strokes for large vehicles. In this mechanism Engine is attached with impulse turbine and turbine is attached with Three phase FOUR poles Alternator. The flue gases of engine is reached into the condenser by the help of strainer, silencer, non return valve and Nozzle, after this flue gases is entered into the turbine by nozzle. After this, flue gases are entered into the condenser by nozzle. A pressure Gauge is attached with condenser for pressure and a safety valve is attached with catalytic converter for safety of mechanism. These are following Mechanisms for proper regulations of flue gas engine.
(a) Condenser: It is used for condensation of flue gases so that the more pressure can
be developed for driving turbine and efficiency of Engine can be increased and atmosphere can be kept clean.
(b) Safety- valve with catalytic converter: It is used for discharging more pressure
of flue gases than rating pressure and by the help of the catalytic converter these flue gases will be neutral for atmosphere.
(c) Nozzles with non-return Valves: There are two Nozzles and two non-returns
Valves in this engine. First non-return valve is attached with silencer and then attached with inlet of condenser. First nozzle is attached with outlet of condenser and then attached with inlet of impulse turbine.
Second non-return valve is attached with outlet of turbine and then
attached with second nozzle with inlet of condenser.
(d) Impulse Turbine: This turbine works as a flywheel as well as a turbine, so it helps the
Engine by the help of flue gases.
(e) Strainer: It is fitted on the face of silencer for removing ash particles so that only
clean flue gases can be entered in the condenser.
(f) Pressure Gauge: This device is attached with condenser for measuring the pressure.
(g) Alternator: it gives the current for driving the motor because in heavy vehicles
DC-motor will be used.
MECHANISM FOR CARS & HELICOPTERS: In this mechanism only engine is different. In this mechanism two strokes engine will be used, but another mechanisms will be same like four strokes engine.
About Helicopter: This Helicopter is different than other Helicopters in body as well as in engine mechanisms. The body of this Engine is made of thermosetting plastics as well as in titanium materials. Base part of the helicopter will be made of titanium and other part of the Helicopter will be made of thermosetting plastics.
Alternator & Rectifier with filter: Alternator gives the current to the rectifier then it passes to the filter after that this current goes to the four-point starter Three-phase rectifier with section filter: Such device, which converts ac supply into dc supply known as rectifier, by the passing into section filter fluctuating dc converts into smooth dc and this smooth dc will enter the four-point starter.
Four point starter: Starter is a such device which used to start the motor, the main function of starter, it reduce the starting current of motor, so that motor can be started with safe.
Speed Control: After the starting of motor, speed is controlled by the Flux control method, which increases and decreases the speed of motor at the rating speed of motor.
Series Motor: This Motor has series windings. The starting torque of this motor is very High and at the same load the rating of this motor is less than other motors. By this motor we can increase the speed of Helicopter more than the other helicopters.
Gas turbine power plant Mechanism: This mechanism is very useful for all industries bcause it gives not only more power but also keep the clean atmosphere. By this mechanism, the power will be got into two stages and the exhaust fine flue Gases will be used for air motors as well as other works, it has same mechanisms like Four strokes engines, only these following mechanisms are different in this system:
1.Second Alternator: This Alternator adds with first Alternator when the turbine
began to drive the first Alternator, it is added by the gear train. 2 Second Condenser: when the pressure is developed more than rating pressure
it goes to second condenser by the help of catalytic converter. A non-return valve is
attached with the inlet of condenser and a pressure gauge is attached with condenser.
A safety valve is attached with condenser for safety of condenser. The fine flue gases
go to the other process from the condenser.

I Claim:
1. This Flue Gas Engine will be best in every case than other engines of all Vehicles. It will reduce not only fuel consumption but also decrease the pollution level in atmosphere, because it will be drived by Gas fuel only. It is differ than gas turbine plant and more economical than gas turbine. This mechanism is cheap than Hybrid Car system and will be polluted less than hybrid car.
Now this engine will be fitted in our previous patent car, which has patented by the Title of 'Assembly of More Average' with patent no-402/DEL/2005. The New Helicopter can be provided for all persons because it can be made In minimum cost and this Helicopter will give more speed than other and fuel consumption will be minimum also, simultaneously It will be given more profit by the gas turbine plant of flue gases. These mechanisms will give a new identity for future and will be create a new record in the world.
