DESC:FIELD OF INVENTION:
The invention relates to Gas stove and more specifically Flip top gas stove.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION:

The invention relates to a Flip top design in the Gas stove/ Hob with Glass top or SS Body, with an innovative feature to enable flipping of the entire Drip trays along with the mixing tube together. This design ensures very easy dismantling of the pan support and the burner, the cleaning underneath is simpler and hassle free, besides the usage of indigenous jet and the valves with a delivery of good efficiency.

The first object is to shift the typical arrangement of having the jet and the mixing tube from underneath the top panel of a gas stove to the top surface of the top panel of the gas stove.

This arrangement is unknown in prior art.

The second object of the invention is to integrate the burner assembly comprising of a burner, a burner support means ,a mixing tube so to be able to move them combinedly.

The third object of the invention is to integrate the above integrated burner assembly with the drip plate assembly.

The fourth object of the invention to further integrate the pan holder assembly with the combinedly integrated burner assembly and drip plate assembly.

The fifth object of the invention is to have an arrangement which allows the above integrated assemblies capable of moving combinedly away from the top surface of the top panel.

The sixth object of the invention is to facilitate the motion of the integrated assemblies preferably with a swivel motion .

The seventh object of the invention is to an improvement in a gas stove and to provide a novel and advantageous flip top design for moving the burner assembly away from top panel of gas stove.

The above objects are accomplished by making a Gas stove in the form illustrated in the accompanying drawings.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:

At present, the Gas stoves are designed in such a way that the Nozzles and the mixing tubes constructions are placed under the stove. The Drip tray, burner and the pan support are designed as removable units from the top, located on the cut provided on the top surface of the stove for this purpose

In this invention, the Jet is located on the topside of the stove, the burner and the pan support are placed on specially designed mixing tube integrated with a drip tray by an Aluminium casting which is mounted on a swivel arrangement. This facilitates the flipping of the entire assembly unit upwards, making the stove top surface accessible for cleaning. This design has been done with unique arrangements of the jet and the integrated mixing tube and drip tray with completely indigenous parts without compromising the efficiency.

The invention makes the cleaning of the nozzle very easy as it is made easily accessible. The Drip tray Cum Mixing tube features a flip arrangement using a silicone insulation thereby makes the cleaning of it after cooking and removing the pan support and the burner, very easy.

During operation of a convention gas stove, the top surface of the gas stove panel gets dirty and so also very often the nozzle gets blocked, and it is hard to clean this hard, dry sticky surface as there are many cutouts on the known prior art stoves. Hence the present invention relates to and has for its primary object the provision or a new and improved gas stove assembly arrangement with entire burner assembly spaced away from the top panel with a flip action and allowing access to clean the entire flat surface area of the top panel and which exhibits no cutouts.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to the field of mixing tube and the Nozzle arrangements for the Gas stoves, glass tops and hobs used for domestic use.

The object of the present invention is to provide a new and improved gas stove assembly in an economical manner within the use of standardized parts and its accompanying possibility of high volume productions.

With the above objects is mind the present invention mainly consists of a detachable and moveable integral arrangement of gas burner assembly with respect to top panel, so that the entire top panel is available for cleaning and spacing is done with a single flip action.

As shown in the figure 1, the gas stove contains below parts.

DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS:

In one aspect the invention provides a gas stove which allows the entire top surface accessible for cleaning with a single act of disengaging the other portions of the gas stove to space them away from the top surface of the gas stove.

In another aspect the invention provides a gas stove which allows the entire top surface accessible for cleaning with a single flipping act of disengaging the other portions of the gas stove to space them away from the top surface of the gas stove.

In another aspect the invention provides a gas stove which has integrable burner assembly, drip tray assembly and pan assembly into a composite assembly and which composite assembly can move towards and away from the top panel of gas stove.

In another aspect as per invention, the article is a gas stove which has unique features.

It has a body supported on legs, and a top panel assembly having a flat surface.

It has a burner assembly having a fuel jet holder means arranged on the top surface of the top panel, a fuel supply jet holder fixed onto the fuel jet holder means, a mixing tube with its first free end terminating on a burner support means and the second end of the mixing tube terminating at the fuel jet which is proximate to the fuel jet holder through a swivel mounting arrangement means and all of which is arranged on the top surface of the top panel and a burner adapted to be detachably fixed to the first free end of the mixing tube terminating on the burner support means, all of which combinedly form the burner assembly.

It has a drip tray assembly adapted surrounding the burner of the burner assembly and detachably attached onto the surface portion of the swivel mounting arrangement of the burner assembly.

It has a pan stand assembly adapted to be positioned fittingly onto the drip tray assembly.

The above gas stove being novel for the reasons of integrating the burner assembly wholly therein and integrating it further with drip tray assembly and also with pan stand assembly for the purpose of facilitating moving them all combinedly to space them all away from the top surface of the top panel with a single act and most preferably with a flipping action.

THE ADVANTAGES OF THE INVENTION IS :-

1. The Flip top design with a swivel mechanism is to ensure easy cleaning of the drip tray and the Nozzles.

2. Mixing tube and the drip tray are integrated into a single part, thus reducing no. of parts, and making the cleaning easier.

3. The glass top or the SS body is free from large holes as the Nozzle and the Mixing tube are fitted on top of it.

4. Specially designed Die cast legs for supporting the stove.

5. Silicone insulated provision to facilitate the easy flipping of the mixing tube even in hot condition.

6. The above features can be incorporated in different variants like 2,3 or 4 burner stoves and either glass top or SS body or in the Hobs.

The examples and embodiments are provided only for the purpose of understanding and none of them shall limit the scope of the invention. All variants and modifications as will be envisaged by skilled person are within the spirit and scope of the invention.

The applicant relies on the provisional specification and drawings submitted with the provisional specification.

In one aspect the invention relates to a gas stove for domestic cooking. The arrangement is such that the pan support holder assembly, dripping pan plate assembly and a gas burner assembly are integrated and combinedly can be spaced away from the top panel of the gas stove. It essentially has a body (1) supported on legs (2), a top panel (8) with a flat surface seated on the body and a front panel (9). The gas supply pipe with its one end connected to gas source and will terminate on the body with a gas inlet (10). A standard knob (7) is arranged on front panel (9) to control the open and close of gas inlet (10) of gas supply pipe. On top of the top panel a gas burner assembly removably is disposed on top surface of the top panel and it has a surrounding burner base support means to support the burners, and a gas burner feeder tube. A dripping pan plate assembly (11) is disposed removably surrounding the said gas burner base support means and encompassed within the gas burner assembly. Further a pan support holder assembly (6) is removably disposed surrounding the said dripping pan plate assembly and encompassed within the gas burner assembly to keep the pan at a level above the flame from the burner. The arrangement includes a gas nozzle jet holder assembly with a nozzle (3) arranged fixedly on the top surface of the top panel and said nozzle connected to the gas inlet of the gas supply pipe, to convey pure gas, and said nozzle disposed proximate to, and underneath the gas burner assembly, and a mixing tube means (4) attached fixedly to the gas burner assembly at one end and to the gas nozzle jet holder assembly at its other end with a swivel element and the said mixing tube has a mixing chamber with air slots and acts as an injector and in arranged upstream of the mixing tube towards the gas nozzle and is disposed above the gas nozzle and the mixing tube is connected to the gas burner feed tube of the gas burner assembly, so that gas emerging from the gas nozzle combines with air stream flowing in through the air slots and mixes in the mixing chamber of the mixing tube and this mixture flows into the burner. With this arrangement the top surface is available wholly for cleaning and the nozzle is accessible on the top surface for cleaning.

It will be understood that each of the elements described above, or two or more together, may also be an useful application in other type of gas stoves differing from the type described herein.

While the invention has been illustrated and described as embodied in the integral arrangement of burner, pan holder and drip plate with its swivel motion with respect to panel, it is not intended to be limited to the details shown, since various modifications and structure changes may be made without departing in any way from the spirit of the present invention

Without further analysis the foregoing disclosure reveals the gist of the present invention, that others can apply current knowledge and readily adapt it for various applications without omitting features that, from the standard point of prior art, fairly constitutes essential characteristics of the generic or specific aspects of this invention and therefore such adaptations should and are intended to be comprehended within the meaning and range and equivalence of the claims. ,CLAIMS:WE CLAIM:

1. A gas stove for domestic cooking comprising in combination:

- a body (1) supported on legs (2),
- a top panel (8) with a flat surface seated on the body,
- a front panel (9),
- a gas supply pipe with its one end connected to gas source and terminating on the body with a gas inlet (10),
- a knob (7) arranged on front panel (9) to control the open and close of gas inlet (10) of gas supply pipe,
- a gas burner assembly (5) removably disposed on top surface of the top panel, having a surrounding burner base support means to support the burners, and a gas burner feeder tube,
- a dripping pan plate assembly (11) removably disposed surrounding the said gas burner base support means and encompassed within the gas burner assembly,
- a pan support holder assembly (6) removably disposed surrounding the said dripping pan plate assembly and encompassed within the gas burner assembly to keep the pan at a level above the flame from the burner,
- a gas nozzle jet holder assembly with a nozzle (3) arranged fixedly on the top surface of the top panel and said nozzle connected to the gas inlet of the gas supply pipe, to convey pure gas, and said nozzle disposed proximate to, and underneath the gas burner assembly, and
- a mixing tube means (4) attached fixedly to the gas burner assembly at one end and to the gas nozzle jet holder assembly at its other end with a swivel element and the said mixing tube has a mixing chamber with air slots and acts as an injector and in arranged upstream of the mixing tube towards the gas nozzle and is disposed above the gas nozzle and the mixing tube is connected to the gas burner feed tube of the gas burner assembly, so that gas emerging from the gas nozzle combines with air stream flowing in through the air slots and mixes in the mixing chamber of the mixing tube and this mixture flows into the burner.

the said combination characterized in integral concentric integral arrangement of arranging dripping pan plate assembly within gas burner assembly and arranging the pan holder assembly onto the drip plate assembly and gas burner assembly and swivel arrangement of the mixing tube means which combinedly allow a flipping of the gas burner assembly wholly upwards and entire top surface of the top panel is then accessible for cleaning and also nozzle is accessible for cleaning.
