Abstract: A spoolie manifold (52) including two or more spaced apart caps (60) including outlets (64) and one pair (61) of caps (60) connected together in flow communication by a jumper tube assembly (70). Jumper tube assembly (70) including a jumper tube (72) having first and second spoolies (74, 76) attached to opposite ends (78, 80) of the jumper tube (72). Ends (78, 80) may be welded into counterbores (82) of the spoolies (74, 76) having spherical spoolie ends (83) press-fitted into first and second sleeves (84, 98) in bores (86) in pair (61) of the caps (60) and sleeves (84, 98) retained in bores (86) with retainer clips (91). A duct (32) connected in flow communication to an inlet (66) of one of the caps (60). Spoolie manifold (52) may include three spaced apart caps (60) including a distributor cap (62) between two port caps (68) connected in flow communication to distributor cap (62) by jumper tube assembly (70). Cap outlets (64) may be feed strut ports (48) in casing (38) of turbine frame (36) including hub (42) spaced inwardly from casing (38) and having spaced apart hollow struts (44) with strut ports (48).
