, Description:Field of the invention:
The present invention is related generally to the astrology sector, and more particularly to the gemstone recommendation system by using artificial intelligence technology.
Background of the invention:
The horoscope chart is a graphical representation of the positions of the celestial bodies on the joint dynamic frame of reference as visible with reference to the particular place and for the particular moment of birth of human.
Horoscope chart is an astrological diagram which is used for evaluating one's future and giving out predictions about person’s life. An expert astrologer takes into account the birth details, placement and state of planets and zodiac signs in person’s horoscope for giving out predictions.
Horoscope chart is an astrological chart which represents position of sun, moon, planets, astrological aspects and sensitive angles at the birth time of person.
Horoscope is prepared at the time birth to sure the alphabet according to the charan of the nakshatra at the time of birth. That alphabet maybe used to keep the name of the child. Also, Horoscope is seen for any immediate aspects such as health (even death) of child. In case, of any negative planetary influence is present then appropriate remedies such as pooja, havan, daan etc are performed/done.
Gemstones play an important role in vedic astrology, specifically for remedial purposes. The main reason behind gemstone is spiritual rituals. Although gems are rare and exhibited great beauty, the reason they are so precious is due to the power they imparted to their wearers. They are worked as storehouses of cosmic energies. This cosmic energy transmits when the gemstone gets in contact with human’s body. Gemstones exhibit their power in a beneficial or detrimental way depending on how they are used. All gemstones have magnetic powers in varying degrees. Many of gemstones are beneficial to human due to their therapeutic cures. Gemstones emit vibrations and frequencies which have strong potential influence on persons whole being.
There are a few systems related to gemstones features, which are patented, are listed below.
US patent application US20050138962A1 by Keith Berge discloses Pedigree jewellery pendant apparatus and method. A pedigree jewellery pendant apparatus for representing a genetic make-up of a family and being capable of representing a family with multiple children and/or multiple generations is provided. In one embodiment, a pedigree jewellery pendant apparatus comprises a first horizontal jewellery pendant member representing a first generation of a family and having a first end and a second end to couple to a piece of jewellery which represents at least one member in the first generation of the family; a second horizontal jewellery pendant member representing a second generation of the family and having at least one end to couple to a piece of jewellery which represents at least one member in the second generation of the family; and a vertical jewellery pendant member connecting to both the first and second horizontal jewellery pendant members. The first end of the first horizontal jewellery pendant member is connected to a birthstone of a male sex, and the second end of the first horizontal jewellery pendant member is connected to a birthstone of a female sex.
Though the prior art patents disclose Pedigree jewellery pendant apparatus and method, they do not give any perfect solution for gemstone recommendation application.
Artificial intelligence (AI) refers to the simulation of human intelligence in machines that are programmed to think like humans and mimic their actions. The term may also be applied to any machine that exhibits traits associated with a human mind such as learning and problem-solving.
Object of the invention:
The primary object of the present invention is to provide gemstone recommendation system by using artificial intelligence technology.
Another object of the present invention is to provide gemstone recommendation system which give recommendation of gemstone as per birth horoscope chart.
Another object of the present invention is to provide gemstone recommendation system which ask user for the input information such as birth date, birth time, and birth place.

For gemstone recommendation, user has to provide input details such as birth date, birth time and birth place who want gemstone recommendation. Then user has to submit this input information into the application. Application at backend server make birth horoscope chart and calculate which gemstone is suitable for this horoscope chart. Within a second, user will get detailed report of suitable gemstone on screen.

The present invention discloses gemstone recommendation system by using artificial intelligence technology.
In astrology it is believed that gemstones suits person because the planetary alignment at the birth time of human, affects persons whole life and all aspects of it. Gemstones must be used according to the auspicious grah (planet) according to their birth chart.
Healing energies are the main attribute of gemstone. Gemstones heals person from within. Person stress should not affect person’s soul. Gemstone protect person’s spirit. Gemstone make a protective shield all around the human.
Earth have natural resources of minerals and gemstones. These gemstones and crystals carry mysterious powers, healing qualities and spiritual meaning too. These are commonly known as Birthstone or Gemstones. Gemstones are classified into two types such as: precious and semi-precious type. The classification is done on the basis of their quality and cost. Every planet combined with a specific gemstone, helps in balancing the effects of that planet upon human.
Person should be worn suitable gemstone which is related to his/her birth chart. Person can suffer with miseries and troubles in life if person wear non suitable gemstone.
Ascendant - the second position of birth chart is most important because it actually rules person’s body. Body decide whether person will enjoy good times or face any bad times. Step 5) With the help of artificial intelligence, invention application send data to backend server where horoscope chart is created and gemstone calculation is done
Step 6) User can see gemstone recommendation on screen of mobile
The embodiment of present invention includes backend server. This backend server actually has all the methods and formulas for horoscope chart making and calculating gemstone as per horoscope chart.
In astrology, every ascendant has a different ruling planet and also have a set of friendly planets. If person wear friendly gemstones, he/she would enjoy good fruits of gemstone in their life, otherwise they may face trouble and disturbances. But it does not mean that these are always beneficial or friendly.
The present invention discloses the gemstone recommendation system which provides a conclusion about ascendant specific suitable gemstone with carefully examining planetary positions, aspects and their strength. Minimum three gemstones are found suitable for any ascendant.
The present invention advice user to wear either all three gemstones or two out of three or only one depend on its suitability and compability with each other. In some specific cases, system may suggest user not to wear any gemstone because of the ill-placement of a particular planet in user’s birth chart. In such cases, user can wear Yantra, Rudraksha or Jadi of that planet.
The invention discloses the gemstone recommendation system follows some methods or process related to selecting gemstones which are suitable for user based on user’s ascendant or rising sign:
Aries Ascendant – Aries have ruling planet Mars. Beneficial planets for this ascendant are sun and jupiter. If user born under Aries Ascendant then user can wear Red Coral, Ruby and Yellow Sapphire gemstones.
Taurus Ascendant – Taurus have ruling planet Venus. Beneficial planets for this ascendant are mercury and saturn. Saturn is Yoga karaka planet so it is much beneficial. If user born under Taurus Ascendant then user can wear Diamond or Sapphire, Emerald and Blue Sapphire gemstones.
Gemini Ascendant – Gemini have ruling planet Mercury. Beneficial planets for this ascendant are venus and saturn. If user born under Gemini Ascendant then user can wear Emerald, Diamond or Sapphire and Blue Sapphire gemstones.
Cancer Ascendant – Cancer have ruling planet Moon. Beneficial planers for this ascendant are mars and jupiter. Mars is the Yoga karaka planet so it is much beneficial. If user born under Cancer Ascendant then user can wear Natural Pearl, Red Coral and Yellow Sapphire gemstones.

In astrology there is belief that every good step must be taken during good time and good muhurat. Every gemstone has its own planetary lord so that specific gemstone must be worn during the day of that planet, the Nakshatra and the Hora of the planet to get maximum benefits from it.
Every gemstone has its own effect. Some gemstones are not compatible with each other, so wearing incompatible gemstones together would create a fuss in user’s life. To avoid that situation and to enjoy the good fruits of suitable gemstones, the system will help user to know which gemstones are compatible with each other, and which should not be worn with incompatible ones. Gemstones of the planets having enmity with each-other should not be worn together, because they may develop troubles in person’s life.
The planets which are compatible with each-other, their respective gemstones should be worn together to improve good results of gemstone in user’s life. The more detailed information related to this is as follows;
Blue Sapphire Gemstone or Neelam: Saturn is ruling planet of Neelam. Enemies of Saturn planet are sun, moon and mars which rules Ruby, Pearl and Red Coral gemstones respectively. If user is wearing Blue Sapphire gemstone then user should not wear Ruby stone, Pearl gem and Red Coral gemstones with it.
Ruby Gemstone or Manik/Manikya: Sun is the ruling planet of Manik. Enemies of Sun planet are Venus and Saturn. Venus rules Diamond and Saturn rules Blue Sapphire. If user is wearing Ruby gemstone then user should not wear Blue Sapphire stone and Diamond.
Emerald Gemstone or Panna: Mercury is ruling planet of Panna. Enemies of Mercury planet are Moon and Mars. Moon rules Pearls and Mars rules Red Coral. If user is wearing Emerald gemstone then user should not wear Pearl and Red Coral Gemstones.
Pearl Gemstone or Moti: Moon is ruling planet of moti. Enemies of moon planet are Rahu and Ketu. Rahu rules Hessonite stone and Ketu rules Cat’s Eye gemstone. If user is wearing Pearl gemstone then user should not wear Hessonite and Cat’s Eye Gemstones.
Red Coral Gemstone or Moonga: Mars is ruling planet of Red Coral. Enemies of Mars planet are Venus, Mercury, Saturn, Rahu and Ketu. Gemstones like Diamond, Emerald, Blue Sapphire, Hessonite or Garnet and Cat’s Eye are ruled by these planets respectively. If user is wearing Red Coral gemstone then user should not wear above-mentioned non-compatible Gemstones.
Yellow Sapphire Gemstone or Pukhraj: Jupiter is ruling planet of Yellow Topaz or Yellow Sapphire. Enemies of Jupiter planet are Venus, Mercury and Saturn. If user is wearing Yellow Sapphire gemstone then user should not wear Diamond or Solitaire, Emerald and Blue Sapphire Gemstones.
Diamond or Heera/Hira: Venus is ruling planet of Diamond gemstone or Solitaire. Enemies of Venus planet are Jupiter, Sun and Moon. If user is wearing Diamond then user should not wear Yellow Sapphire, Ruby and Pearl Gemstones.
Hessonite or Garnet or Gomed: Rahu is ruling planet of gomed. Enemies of rahu planet are Sun and Moon. If user is wearing Hessonite gemstone then user should not wear Ruby or Pearl gemstones.
Cat’s Eye Gemstone or Lehsunia: Ketu is ruling planet of Lehsunia. Enemies of Ketu planet are Moon and Sun. If user is wearing Hessonite gemstone then user should not wear Pearl or Ruby gemstones.

And application show the information about how to wear particular gemstone on the screen. The application also suggest user, which gemstone are not compatible with each other. So user can decide which is better to wear.
