Genetically Modified Microorganism For Producing 3 Hydroxyadipic Acid And/Or A Hydromuconic Acid, And Method For Producing Chemical Product
Abstract: Disclosed is a novel genetically modified microorganism having an improved yield of 3-hydroxyadipic acid and/or a-hydromuconic acid. The genetically modified microorganism has enhanced reaction to produce malic acid from oxaloacetic acid and enhanced reaction to produce acetyl CoA from pyruvic acid in a microorganism having the ability to produce 3-hydroxyadipic acid and/or a-hydromuconic acid. Furthermore, the reaction to produce carbon dioxide from formic acid is enhanced.
