Abstract: A glass and glass like surface cleaning composition and a process for the preparation is disclosed. The composition comprises 0.005 –4 % by weight Sodium Gluconate, 0.0001-1 % by weight Sodium Hydroxide, 0.02 -2 % by weight Lauryl Amine Oxide, 0.002 –0.1 % by weight Crodaquat DGR, 0.003 –2 % by weight Synpronic 91/6, 0.003 –3 % by weight Lutensol AO8, 0.0001 –0.0005 % by weight Pigment Blue Colour (CI 74160), 0.001 –2 % by weight Novarite 301, 0.01 –2 % by weight 1Propoxy 2 -Propanol, 0.2 -8 % by weight Isoproplile Alcohol and required quantity of demineralized water in the range of 75 –95 % by weight.

FIELD OF INVENTIONThis invention relates toa glasscleaningcomposition and a process for the preparation thereof. Particularly this invention relates to a novel composition for use for cleaning glass and glass like surface and a process for the preparation thereof. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Glass and glass like surface are cleanedby using normal water and or soap water. Another product is known in the prior art for cleaning glass and glass like surface and is available in the market by the name colin. The conventional glass cleaner contains either ammonia or vinegar.There are disadvantages associated with the prior art.One of the disadvantagesassociated with the conventional product is that a pungent smell is released by the conventional products during cleaning of the glass and glass like surface.Another disadvantage is that the conventional products as the conventional products contains ammonia which is toxic to the human beings.Yet another disadvantageassociated with the conventional product is that these products release strong odour which causes inconvenience to the user.Still another disadvantage with the conventional product is that these products are expensive and ordinary person is unable to afford it. OBJECTIVEOF THE INVENTIONTherefore, an object of the present invention is to provide aglass and glass like surface cleaning composition which does not release a pungent smell and therefor it is safe to use.
3Anotherobject of the present invention is to provide a glass and glass like surface cleaning composition with our using ammonia and vinegar which are harmful to the human health. Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a glass and glass like surface cleaning composition which does not release strong order therefor no inconvenience is caused during the use of the product of the invention Stillanother object of the present invention it to provide glass and glass like surface cleaning compositionwhichis cheap in cost and thus affordable by the general public. A further advantageof the present invention is to provide a glass and glass like surface cleaning compositionwhich obviates the disadvantages associated with the conventional glass cleaning products.STATEMENT OF THE INVENTIONAccording to this invention there is provideda glassand glass like surface cleaningcompositioncomprising 0.005 –4 % by weight Sodium Gluconate, 0.0001-1 % by weight Sodium Hydroxide, 0.02 -2 % by weight Lauryl Amine Oxide, 0.002 –0.1 % by weight Crodaquat DGR, 0.003 –2 % by weight Synpronic 91/6, 0.003 –3 % by weight Lutensol AO8, 0.0001 –0.0005 % by weight Pigment Blue Colour (CI 74160), 0.001 –2 % by weight Novarite 301, 0.01 –2 % by weight 1Propoxy 2 -Propanol, 0.2 -8 % by weight Isoproplile Alcohol and required quantity of demineralized water in the range of 75 –95 % by weight.Further according to this invention there is provided a process for the preparation of the glassand glass like surface cleaningcompositioncomprising transferring 75
4–95 % by weight di-mineralized water into a main tank, adding 0.005 –4 % by weight sodium gluconate in the main tank under continues stirring at 10 -40 rpm so as to obtain a homogeneous mixture, adding0.003 –3 % by weight LutensolAO8 along with 0.01 –2 % by weight 1Propoxy 2 –Propanol and 0.2 -8% by weight Isoproplile Alcoholinto the mail tank under continuous steering at 10 –40 rpm, adding 0.003 –2 % by weight Synpronic 91/6, 0.02 -2 % by weight Lauryl Amine Oxide, and 0.0001 –0.0005 % by weight Pigment Blue Colour (CI 74160) inthe main tank under continuous stirring at 10 –40 rpm for 10 –30 minutes till a homogenous solution is obtained, adding finally, 0.002 –0.1 % by weight Crodaquat DGRand0.001–2 % by weightNovarite 301under continue stirring until complete homogeneous mixture is obtained, filtering the mixture and adding the filtrate into a manufacturing vessel till a clear product is obtained for use as a glass and glass like surface cleaner.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION A glassand glass like surface cleaningcompositionand a process for the preparation thereof, according to a preferred embodimentof the present inventionisherein described in the following description and illustrated in the accompanying examples. DETAILED DESCRIPTIONOF THE INVENTION: A glassand glass like surface cleaningcompositionand a process for the preparation thereofis herein described with numerous specific details so as to provide a complete understanding of the invention. However, these specific details are exemplary details and should not be treated as the limitation to the scope of the invention. Throughout this specification the word “comprise” or variations such as
5“comprises or comprising”, will be understood to imply the inclusions of a stated element, integer or step, or group of elements, integers or steps, but not the exclusions of any other element, integer or step or group of elements, integers or steps.According to this inventionthe glass and glass like surface cleaning composition comprises 0.005–4% by weight Sodium Gluconate,0.0001-1% by weight Sodium Hydroxide,0.02-2% by weightLauryl Amine Oxide, 0.002–0.1% by weight Crodaquat DGR, 0.003–2% by weight Synpronic 91/6, 0.003–3% by weightLutensol AO8, 0.0001–0.0005% by weight Pigment Blue Colour(CI 74160), 0.001–2% by weight Novarite 301, 0.01–2% by weight 1Propoxy 2 -Propanol,0.2-8% by weight Isoproplile Alcoholand required quantity of demineralized waterin the range of 75 –95 % by weight.The Novarite 301 used in the glass / glass like surface cleaner acts as anantifogging agent and thus prevent mist of water droplet settled on the glass surface. According to the process of present invention 75 –95 % by weight di-mineralized water is transferred into a main tankhaving a stirrer provided therein. 0.005 –4 % by weightsodium gluconate is added in the main tank under continues stirring at 10 -40 rpm so as to dissolve the sodium gasconade in the water till a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Now add 0.003 –3 % by weight Lutensol AO8 along with 0.01 –2 % by weight 1Propoxy 2 –Propanol and 0.2 -8% by weight Isoproplile Alcohol are added into the mail tank under continuous steering at 10 –40 rpm.Subsequently, 0.003 –2 % by weight Synpronic91/6, 0.02 -2 % by weight Lauryl Amine Oxide, and 0.0001 –0.0005 % by weight Pigment Blue Colour (CI 74160) areadded into the main tank under continuous stirringat 10 –40 rpm for 10 –30
6minutes till a homogenous solution is obtained.Finally, 0.002 –0.1 % by weight Crodaquat DGRand0.001–2 % by weightNovarite 301are added under continue stirring until complete homogeneous mixtureis obtained. The pH of the finishedproduct is maintained in the range of 8 –11 by adding 0.0001-1 % by weight Sodium Hydroxide in the final product. The mixture so obtained is then subjected to the step of filtering and the filtrate is added into a manufacturing vessel till a clear filtrate/ productis obtained for use as a glass and glass like surface cleaner.A glassand glass like surface cleaning composition is herein described and illustrated in the following examples. Example –175kg di-mineralized water wastransferred into a main tank having a stirrer provided therein. 2 kg sodium gluconate was added in the main tank under continues stirring at 25rpm till a homogeneous mixture was obtained. Subsequently, 1 kg Lutensol AO8 along with 1 kg 1Propoxy 2 –Propanol and 5 kg Isoproplile Alcohol were added into the maintank under continuous steeringat 25rpm.1 kg Synpronic 91/6, 1.95 kg Lauryl Amine Oxide, and 0.0003 kg Pigment Blue Colour (CI 74160) were added in the said tank under continuous stirring at 25rpm for 20minutes till a homogenous solution is obtained. Finally, 0.05 kg Crodaquat DGRand1 kg Novarite 301were added under continue stirring until complete homogeneous mixture is obtained. The pH of the finishedproduct is maintained in the range of 9.5by adding 2 kg Sodium Hydroxide in the final product. The mixture so obtained was filtered and the filtrate wasadded into a manufacturing vessel till a clear productwasobtained for use as a glass and glass like surface cleaner.
7Example –290kg di-mineralized water wastransferred into a main tank having a stirrer provided therein. 1 kg sodium gluconate was added in the main tank under continues stirring at 25rpm till a homogeneous mixture was obtained. Subsequently, 1 kg Lutensol AO8 along with 1 kg 1Propoxy 2 –Propanol and 3 kg Isoproplile Alcohol were added into the maintank under continuous steeringat 25rpm.1 kg Synpronic 91/6, 1 kg Lauryl Amine Oxide, and 0.0003 kg Pigment Blue Colour (CI 74160) were added in the said tank under continuous stirring at 25rpm for 20minutes till a homogenous solution is obtained. Finally, 0.07 kg Crodaquat DGRand1 kg Novarite 301were added under continue stirring until complete homogeneous mixture is obtained. The pH of the finishedproduct is maintained in the range of 9.5 by adding 2 kg Sodium Hydroxide in the final product. The mixture so obtained was filtered and the filtrate was added into a manufacturing vessel till a clear product was obtained for use as a glass and glass like surface cleaner.Certain features of the invention have been described with reference to the exampleembodiments. However, the description is not intended to be construed in a limiting sense. Various modifications of the example embodiments as well as other embodiments of the invention, which are apparent to the persons skilled in the art to which the invention pertains, are deemed to lie within the spirit and scope of the invention

We claim:
1.A glass andglass like surface cleaning composition comprising 0.005 –4 % by weight Sodium Gluconate, 0.0001-1 % by weight Sodium Hydroxide, 0.02 -2 % by weight Lauryl Amine Oxide, 0.002 –0.1 % by weight Crodaquat DGR, 0.003 –2 % by weight Synpronic 91/6, 0.003 –3 % by weight Lutensol AO8, 0.0001 –0.0005 % by weight Pigment Blue Colour (CI 74160), 0.001 –2 % by weight Novarite 301, 0.01 –2 % by weight 1Propoxy 2 -Propanol, 0.2 -8 % by weight Isoproplile Alcohol and required quantity of demineralized water in the range of 75 –95 % by weight.
2.A process for the preparation of a glass andglass like surface cleaning composition comprising transferring 75 –95 % by weight di-mineralized water into a main tank, adding 0.005 –4 % by weight sodium gluconate in the main tank under continues stirring at 10 -40 rpm so as to obtain a homogeneous mixture, adding0.003 –3 % by weight Lutensol AO8 along with 0.01 –2 % by weight 1Propoxy 2 –Propanol and 0.2 -8% by weight Isoproplile Alcoholinto the mail tank under continuous steering at 10 –40 rpm, adding 0.003 –2 % by weight Synpronic 91/6, 0.02 -2 % by weight Lauryl Amine Oxide, and 0.0001 –0.0005 % by weight Pigment Blue Colour (CI 74160) inthe main tank under continuous stirring at 10 –40 rpm for 10 –30 minutes till a homogenous solution is obtained, adding finally, 0.002 –0.1 % by weight Crodaquat DGRand0.001–2 % by weightNovarite 301under continue stirring until complete homogeneous mixture is obtained, filtering the mixture and adding the filtrate into a manufacturing vessel till a clear product is obtained for use as a glass and glass like surface cleaner.
3.The process for the preparation of a glass andglass like surface cleaning compositionas claimed in claim 1, wherein pH of the finishedproduct is maintained in the range of 8 –11 byadding 0.0001-1 % by weight Sodium Hydroxide in the final product
