Grain Oriented Electromagnetic Steel Sheet And Production Method Therefor
Abstract: This grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet comprises a base steel sheet and an insulating coating film disposed directly on the base steel sheet. When this grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet is cut along a direction parallel with the sheet thickness direction and perpendicular to the sheet width direction and the cut surface is examined, the base steel sheet has an internal oxide SiO2 in the range of from the interface between itself and the insulating coating film to 2.0 µm therefrom in the sheet thickness direction.
