Gravity Assisted Dough Transfer And Positioning Unit
Abstract: ABSTRACT “GRAVITY ASSISTED DOUGH TRANSFER AND POSITIONING UNIT” The present invention relates to a transfer and positioning unit which is configured in an automated system to transfer and position the dough ball prepared by a food processing unit. The said unit is preferably used when the dough ball is dispensed from a certain height and the target position of the object is below the initial position. The dough ball is pushed into a pit of the transfer and positioning unit. The pit is the opening to a unique shaped path, where the path leads to another opening which points to the final position where the dough ball has to reach. When the dough ball falls into the pit, due to gravity and weight of the said ball, it tends to fall and slide into the opening of that path it is expected to reach at the target position. Figure 1
