, Description:TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present disclosure relates generally to field of cooking appliance. More particularly, the present disclosure provides a grilling apparatus that facilitates automatic rotation of set of bars like skewer, grilling stick, and the likes and enables cooking of food items fast.
BACKGROUND
[0002] Background description includes information that may be useful in understanding the present invention. It is not an admission that any of the information provided herein is prior art or relevant to the presently claimed invention, or that any publication specifically or implicitly referenced is prior art.
[0003] Cooking appliance can be risky if not used properly and carefully. Some of the cooking appliance can be tandoor, grilling apparatus, oven, and the likes. For example, in tandoor while igniting charcoal, user needs to be very careful; otherwise the charcoal can lead to flames. Using charcoal gas can also cause carbon monoxide poisoning in an enclosed environment. Temperatures inside the tandoor can reach 480 ° C (900 ° F), and is common for tandoor ovens to stay illuminated for long periods to maintain high cooking temperatures. The configuration of the tandoor is more of a transitional shape between a rudimentary earth oven and the horizontal plane masonry oven, but not limited to the likes.
[0004] For tandoor, usually a single skewer can be used in kitchen and hands of the user can burn at times while working with the tandoor. Single skewer can be time taking to prepare food items. Food processing times can be very long. The skewer can get hot in a very high degree because of time span. Therefore, handling of skewers in time of operation can cause accidents for users, cook or chef. The skewer has no rotational mechanism and hence hands of the user, chef or cook can burn while the skewer rotates.
[0005] Existing solutions can include simple straight rod that is used to keep material within the tandoor for cooking but often falls down in the tandoor because of gravitational force due to simple design food. The existing solution can include skewers or rods, where rotation is also tough as the skewer or the rod can turn hot. Processing or cooking time for food material is more due to limited skewer and difficulty in movement of the skewer for proper grilling and cooking of the food items.
[0006] There is a need to overcome above mentioned problem of prior art by bringing a solution that helps cooking of food items inside tandoor on skewer or other cooking means without causing harm to user, chef, cook and the likes. The solution also facilitates cooking large quantity of food items comparatively without risk of falling of food items due to gravity. Also, the solution enables cooking of food items quickly and evenly.
