Growth Enhancing And Immunity Building Ultra Sonic Activators For Egg Hatching Systems

Abstract: 8. Abstract In this method of invention depending on the custom requirements varied frequen¬cies of ultrasonic will be produced by the instrument inducing ultra sonic waves into egg hatching machines. The unique ability of controlled pulsed ultra sonic waves can act as activators in enhancing the growth of the embryo of the egg and building immunity within the egg. This method finds its application in hatching of aqua cul¬ture eggs, poultry eggs, honey bee eggs, sericulture and similar kind of commercially grown applications.

Complete Specification
Summary:
In this method of invention, conventional methods of egg hatching sterilizations are redefined with non chemical hazardous free hybrid technology which blends con¬trolled release of Ozone , pulsed UV, pulsed UV LASE, RF generator and Micro wave generator are employed. Pulsed UV and Ozone are proven disinfectants widely accepted in food processing. But when they are used in egg hatching sys¬tems, the embryo effected by microbes like salmonella and viruses are not com¬pletely eliminated. When those conditions are created in a closed chamber under cer¬tain radio frequency pulses which are variable depending on the type of microbes and micro wave pulses are given, Ozone can penetrate in ppb levels into the egg shells and do the disinfection process effectively. Microwaves stimulations and UV Laser flashes builds extraordinary immunity into the egg embryo to sustain post ha-chured conditions where high mortality is prevailing in industry. UV Laser flashes increases shelf life of Ozone and ensure through sterilization without leaving any by product unlike chlorine based disinfection systems.
Seed purification is also a typical incubation method where ruthlessly unwanted hazardous chemicals are used for disinfection/sterilization. While comparing seed embryo with egg embryo where common factor is shell protecting the life same ef¬fects explained above are obtained in the seeds also. The seeds stimulated by micro¬waves under selective radio frequency pulses, the environment of Ozone influenced by UV Laser enhances the immunity of the seeds and completely eliminates the traces of undesired microbes, viruses and pesticide residues from the seeds. This controlled hybrid technology ensures higher germination ability for the seeds.

4. Description
Egg hatching is an organized activity in the growth of modern societies where me¬chanically multiple number of eggs are converted into their respective products. But in many hatching processes, there are various types of chemical fumigation meth¬ods, electronic destruction methods which are widely under practice to determine the quality.
The present invention is to improve the immunity of the embryo in the egg and also to enhance growth indicators.
Description of Invention
The traditional use of incubators can be completely replaced by this new technology. The hatching can take place in a chamber that will be maintained at desired tempera¬ture. Ozone, ultra violet laser and radio frequency will be introduced into the cham¬ber. This will drastically reduce the mortality of embryo and enhance the immunity for a longer and healthier life of the poultry.
Benefits:
The following are the benefits of this new technology:
1. Low cost and maintenance
2. Kills microbes during the process
3. Drastically reduces the mortality of the embryo
4. Increases the immunity and life expectancy

Brief History of the invention:
Traditional use of incubators are not effective and can cause loss due to increased mortality.
Warm water is placed in the water pan, place thermometer above the screen, cover the incubator with the pane of glass, and then incubator is operated until the temperature inside reaches 99° to 103 °F (37° to 39° C).
Commercial heating unit is placed to maintain temperature, incubator heat is adjusted using bulbs of different sizes. Forty-watt bulbs will be about the right size for most incubators.
The chemical methods of treatments like Fungicide Seed Treatment, herbeside treatment and chemical treatment are in existance

6. Brief description of drawings:
1. Pulsed UV
2. Pulsed UV power supply
3. Ozonator
4. Pulsed UV
5. Pulsed UV power supply
6. Control panel
7. RF generator
8. Micro wave generator
9. Mixing chamber with trays

7. Claims
1. This invention can will be used for Poultry eggs during hatching phase
2. This invention will be used in Seeds - pulses, cereals, commercial crop seeds
3. This invention will be used in shrimp and aqua culture eggs
4. This invention will be used in spices and commercial crops containing myco toxins
5. This invention will be used in post harvest of agro products, food items, shrimp sterilization
6. This invention will be used for medicine storage, herbal products and comsetics which needs storage.
