The present invention relates to hair oil. Specifically, the present invention relates to hair oil with naturally occurring ingredients for promoting hair health and growth without any side effects.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Many men and women are suffering from slow growing hair and hair loss. Hair loss causes trouble to huge number of men and women. Environmental factors, stress, heredity, poor diet, malnutrition, and medical treatment affect normal cycles of hair growth and affect hair growth adversely causing hair loss and hair thinning.
Hair loss is often a cause of great psychological stress to the person symbolizing a loss of youth, health and vitality. Many people try to nourish the hair into regrowing by various treatments applied topically to the scalp.
Earlier, till few years back, it was believed that there was nothing that could make the hair grow or reverse hair loss. At present, there are many commercial cosmetic products on the market that can actually grow hair. However, the commercial cosmetic products are expensive and may have side effects on the persons who have applied the commercial cosmetic products.

Accordingly, there is a need for hair oil composition for preventing hair loss which is reasonably priced without any side effects.

An object of the present invention to provide a good hair oil composition for promoting hair growth and prevent hair loss.
Another object of the present invention to provide a hair oil composition comprising ratanjot, neem leaves, rose petals, coconut oil, mustard oil, almond oil, walnut oil, desi ghee.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing hair oil composition for promoting hair growth and prevent hair loss.

Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a cost-effective hair oil composition.
According to one aspect of the invention, present invention relates to hair oil composition for promoting hair growth and preventing hair loss. The hair oil composition comprising:
a) ratanjot (Alkanet);
b) neem leaves;
c) rose petals;
d) coconut oil;
e) mustard oil;
f) almond oil;
g) walnut oil; h) desi ghee;

Description of Ingredients
1. Ratanjot (Dyer's Alkanet): Ratanjot has such properties that keep the scalp skin calm & moisturized. This accelerates the process of growing new hair on the head. Ratanjot is rich in natural hair colour which helps to making hair

black thick and long naturally. Ratanjot helps restore and strengthen your hair from the roots. Ratanjot also has specific antibiotic properties.
2. Neem (Azadirachta Indica): Neem extracts contain various fatty acids such as linoleic acid, oleic and stearic acids. Which are helpful in thickening the hairs and providing shine to dry and detangled hairs, due to anti-inflammatory anti-biotic and anti-oxidant properties of neem it can be helpful in removing the problems of hair loss can be helpful in removing the problems of hair loss and baldness. The regenerative properties of neem help in reducing hair fall.
3. Rose (Rosa): There are moisturizing properties in roses. The natural oil present in rose petals helps in maintaining the moisture in the scalp. The rose also helps in maintaining pH balance of the hairs. Apart from these, the nutrients present in rose are helpful in giving new life to hairs. Due to abundance of vitamin-c it is helpful in making hairs grow long and strong.
4. Coconut oil (Cocos nucifera): The essential fatty acids and vitamins found in oil are helpful in removing the sebum that accumulates around the hair roots. Coconut oil has fatty acids, anti-fungal, anti-oxidant, anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties which are helpful in making hair shinny and soft. Coconut oil is also helpful in removing other hair related problems.
5. Walnut oil (Juglans regia): Walnut oil contains vitamins and biotin which promotes hair growth. Walnut oil also contains potassium which helps in hair growth. Walnut oil nourishes the hair and exfoliates it. Walnut oil is helpful in getting rid from dandruff. Walnut oil contains omega-3 fatty acid which helps in preventing hair fall.

6. Mustard oil (Brassica junicea): Mustard oil is helpful to increase blood circulation in the head which helps in hair growth. Mustard oil prevents hair falling. The rich nutrients like omega -3 fatty acid, omega-6 fatty acid and vitamin e are present in mustard oil which are essential for hair growth. Mustard oil is also rich in zinc, beta carotene, selenium which are helpful in keep the hairs hydrated and getting of the problem of premature graying.
7. Desi ghee: Desi ghee is helpful in removing the problem of split hairs. Regular use of desi ghee makes hair shiny, strong and thick in appearance. Desi ghee is helpful in removing itching in the head. Due to enrich with vitamin-e the amount of carotene gets promoted. Various compounds present in desi ghee may exhibit anti-microbial properties that can prove to be helpful in fighting bacteria and fungus.
8. Almond oil (oleum amygdalae): Almond oil is considered a major source of
vitamin e. Almond oil helps in hair growth and nourishment. Almond oil acts
as a clearing agent for the hair. Almond oil is helpful as a cleansing agent for
the hairs. Almond oil is helpful in reducing hair loss and other hair problems.
Omega-9 fatty acid is also found in almond oil which is useful for hair growth.
FIG. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an exemplary process for making a topical formulation for promoting hair health and growth, in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention.
The method for preparing hair oil composition (100) is disclosed in FIG. 1, As shown in FIG. 1, the method includes:
a) a step of adding coconut oil in a vessel and heating coconut oil in the vessel on low flame (110);

b) a step of adding ratanjot to the coconut oil when the coconut oil is hot (120);
c) a step of adding mustard oil when the coconut oil with ratanjot turns light pink or maroon (130);
d) a step of cooking on low flame (140);
e) a step of adding neem leaves and rose petals (150)
f) a step of switching off the flame after the hair oil composition is cooked well (160);
g) a step of cooling down (170); h) a step of filtering (180);
i) a step of heating the filtered oil on low flame (190);
j) a step of adding desi ghee to the filtered oil (200);
k) a step of heating the filtered oil with ghee (210)
I) a step of switching off the flame and cooling to lukewarm (220);

Usage of hair oil composition:
I.Take oil in a bowl according to the size and capacity of the hair.
2.Gently massage the oil in the roots of the hair with the tips of fingers.
3.Wash off with any chemical free(ayurvedic) shampoo in the morning.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the hair oil of the present invention rejuvenates hair of the person who applies the hair oil of the present invention at frequent and regular intervals. For getting best results it is suggested to use the oil 2-3 times in a week.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the hair oil composition of the present invention is a topical hair care formulation for promoting hair growth and preventing hair loss.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the hair oil composition of the present invention is a proprietary ayurvedic hair oil comprising blend of vegetable oils and natural herbs for promoting hair growth. Furthermore, the amount of each ingredient may vary in alternate embodiments.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the hair oil composition of the present invention is prepared from all-natural products. The hair oil composition of the present invention comprises of different oils, herbal ingredients and plant extracts that are formulated to reconstruct and rejuvenate the hair follicle in order to restore the hair. The hair oil composition of the present invention helps to stop the hair loss and rejuvenate the hair by restoring and nourishing the hair follicle.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the hair oil composition of the present invention provides moisturization and heals the scalp of the person who has applied the hair oil composition of the present invention to hair and scalp.
It will be recognized that the above described subject matter may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the scope or essential characteristics of the disclosure. CLAIMS

I CLAIM
1. A hair oil composition for promoting hair growth and preventing hair loss,
the hair oil composition comprising:
a) ratanjot (Alkanet);
b) neem leaves;
c) rose petals;
d) coconut oil;
e) mustard oil;
f) almond oil;
g) walnut oil; h) desi ghee.

2. The hair oil composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hair oil composition comprises about 3 grams of ratanjot, about 15 to 20 neem leaves, about 25 to 30 rose petals, about 100 grams of coconut oil, about 50 grams of mustard oil, about 10 grams of almond oil, about 3 grams of walnut oil and about 60 grams of desi ghee.
3. The hair oil composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said ratanjot (alkanet), neem leaves, rose petals, coconut oil, mustard oil, almond oil, walnut oil and desi ghee are evenly distributed.
4. The hair oil composition claimed in claim 1, wherein the hair oil is administered topically by applying one tablespoon of the mixed oil in the scalp with the help of finger tips; massaging the oil in scalp gently till it is completely absorbed and wait for minimum 30 minutes before washing the hair.

5. The hair oil composition as claimed in claim 4, wherein after massaging the hair oil in scalp gently, it is not necessary to wash the hair.
6. The hair oil composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hair oil supports and strengthens the weak hair, supporting the roots within two weeks from the date of its first use.
7. The hair oil composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hair oil has very pleasant smell, shelf life of minimum 5 years and very cost effective.
8. A method for preparing hair oil composition (100) for promoting hair growth and preventing hair loss, the method comprising:

a) a step of adding coconut oil in a vessel and heating coconut oil in the vessel on low flame (110);
b) a step of adding ratanjot to the coconut oil when the coconut oil is hot (120);
c) a step of adding mustard oil when the coconut oil with ratanjot turns light pink or maroon (130);
d) a step of cooking on low flame (140);
e) a step of adding neem leaves and rose petals (150)
f) a step of switching off the flame after the hair oil composition is cooked well (160);
g) a step of cooling down (170); h) a step of filtering (180);
