Abstract: The present invention is also related to portable & low cost apparatus for cleaning and grading all type of grains with using less operation manpower. The present invention is related to portable & low cost apparatus for cleaning and grading all type of grains with using less operation by manpower, low cost and without any electrical power. The present invention is useful for cleaning and grading of the Wheat, gram, pigeon pea , peas and lentil. It is a single solution of cleaning and grading of these types of grains. The double cylindrical sieve is configured to clean the grains with high efficiency.

The present invention relates to portable apparatus for cleaning and grading grains.
The present invention is also related to hand operated low cost apparatus for cleaning and grading grains.
More particularly, the present invention is also related to portable & low cost apparatus for cleaning and grading all type of grains with using less operation manpower.
The invention relates to separation of grains in the field of cleaning, in particular, relates to a proportion grain cleaner.
Particularly, the present invention is related to the technique of cleaning and grading of grain for improving the quality of grain.
The present invention is related to small size apparatus for cleaning and grading grains with improved efficiency.

BACKGROUND & PRIOR ART
There is problem in cleaning and grading of the grains. The cleaner and grading apparatus available in the prior art are high cost, complex structure and more manpower required to clean and grade the grains. The apparatus available in the prior art are designed for a particular type of grains. There are less availability of the apparatus those are used for all type of grains. These available apparatus are very complex and high cost.

The principle objective of the present invention is to provide a novel hand operated low cost and portable apparatus for cleaning and grading grains. Another objective of the present invention is to present hand operated low cost and portable apparatus for cleaning and grading grains with solving problems in the prior art

DETAIL DESCRIPTION

The present invention is related to portable & low cost apparatus for cleaning and grading all type of grains with using less operation by manpower. The present invention is useful for cleaning and grading of the Wheat, gram, pigeon pea , peas and lentil. It is a single solution of cleaning and grading of these types of grains.
Figure 1 shows the some essential parts of the portable & low cost apparatus for cleaning and grading all type of grains, as a one of the embodiment according to the present invention. The present apparatus comprising at least One outer cylindrical type drum rotatable about a horizontal longitudinal geometrical axis same to at least one inner cylindrical type drum rotatable about the same horizontal longitudinal geometrical symmetrical axis, wherein the outer cylindrical type drum is made to work as a permanent type of sieve and the inner cylindrical type drum is made as a removable type of sieve;
A grain transferring means, wherein the gain transferring mean is used to transfer the grain direct to the inner cylindrical type drum; and a handle, wherein the handle is configured to rotate the outer cylindrical type drum and therefore the inner cylindrical type drum on the same horizontal longitudinal geometrical symmetrical axis.
The outer cylindrical type drum and inner cylindrical type drum is made to function as a sieve when it is rotated by the handle by the user. The horizontal rotation and sieve behavior of the inner and outer cylindrical type drum made possible to present higher efficiency in the cleaning and grading of the grains.
The inner and outer cylindrical drum rotates in symmetrical axis using a bearing in a central rod for support to the apparatus. The one side of the apparatus may designed in such a manner that it should be some degree high compare to the other side of the apparatus.
The clearing, separating and grading of the grains is performed with the following steps:
1. Putting the grains with impurities and unwanted substances through the grain transferring means simultaneous with rotating the inner and cylindrical type drum.
2. Grain reached to the inner cylindrical type drum while the sieve structure of the inner cylindrical type drum remove the first category of unwanted material by the rotation action and sieve characteristics of the inner cylindrical type drum.
3. Then Grain reached to the outer cylindrical type drum while the sieve structure of the outer cylindrical type drum remove the Second category of unwanted material by the rotation action and sieve characteristics of the outer cylindrical type drum.

As another embodiment of the present invention , it disclose double cylindrical sieve rotated on the concentric axis using a hand operated means. The outer cylindrical sieve is removable according to the type of grains. The inner The outer cylindrical sieve is adapted to receive the grains with impurities and unwanted substances. The apparatus is made of the metal.
As another embodiment of present invention, it present an apparatus for grain cleaning with a double-layered cylindrical sieve operated through human power without any electricity. The electricity may use to replace to the human power by using electric motor. Figure 2 shows the an another sketch representation of the portable & low cost apparatus for cleaning and grading all type of grains, as a one of the embodiment according to the present invention.
The present apparatus having a double cylindrical sieve l, wherein said double cylindrical screen comprising a main frame mounted above the main frame impurity duct and the sieve, the sieve is attached to the top cover above the body outside said screen body by the inner screen cylinder and the inner screen cylinder provided outside the screen cylinder composed of .The inner cylindrical drum sieve is made as a fine mesh sieve and fine surface composition, the outer cylindrical sieve by a thick and replaceable The apparatus having a grain inlet side & grain outlet side.

1. A portable hand operated apparatus for cleaning and grading grains, wherein the portable hand operated apparatus comprising:
A outer cylindrical type drum, configured to rotatable about a horizontal longitudinal geometrical axis, wherein the outer cylindrical type drum is configured to adapt a permanent type of sieve, wherein outer cylindrical type drum comprises one end open to receive grains with impurities ;
A inner cylindrical type drum, , configured to rotatable about the horizontal longitudinal geometrical symmetrical axis to the outer cylindrical type drum, wherein the inner cylindrical type drum is configured to adapt a removable sieve, the removal sieve and the permanent type of sieve have different holes for targeting different type of impurities in a particular grains, of the wherein the inner cylindrical type drum and outer cylindrical drum rotates in symmetrical axis using a bearing in a central rod for support, wherein the inner cylindrical type drum and the outer cylindrical type drum are configured to a support as an arrangement, one end of the inner cylindrical type drum has one end open to get the clean grains, and
A handle, connected to the central rod, and configured to rotate simultaneous the outer cylindrical type drum and the inner cylindrical type drum, wherein the other end of the arrangement is inclined from 50C- 35 oC to other end through the support.
2. The portable hand operated apparatus for cleaning and grading grains as claimed in claim 1, the removal sieve and the permanent type of sieve is selected according to the type of the grains.
3. The portable hand operated apparatus for cleaning and grading grains as claimed in claim 1, a single manpower can use the portable hand operated apparatus.
