Abstract: Present invention is providing a front cover of a two wheeled vehicle with an exit provision on left and right side of the headlamp casing such that hot air surrounding the heat discharging member flows out of the front cover and flow towards handle bar assembly reduces.
FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention relates to a two wheeled vehicle and more particularly relates to front cover of the two wheeled vehicle.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Generally, in vehicles with heat discharging member is fixed on the front side of the vehicle for natural cooling. During cooling procedure temperature around the heat discharging vehicle increases and hence the temperature of the air inside the front cover of the vehicle increase. This hot air, inside the front cover expands and moves up towards handle bar assembly and exits through handle bar openings and causes discomfort for the rider.
Thus, a provision to avoid the flow of the hot air towards the handle bars is required in order to minimize the discomfort for the rider.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
An objective of the present invention is to provide a front cover of a two wheeled vehicle with a different exit provision for hot air surrounding the heat discharging member such that hot air does not flow towards handle bar assembly. Said front cover assembly has multiple air outlets on left and right side of the head lamp casing.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWINGS
The present invention will become more fully understood from the detailed description given herein below and the accompanying drawings which are incorporated in and constitute embodiments of the invention, illustrate several aspects of the invention and together with a description of the embodiments serve to explain the principles of the invention and thus, are not limited of the present invention and a brief description of the drawings is as follows:
Figure 1, is the front view of the two wheeled vehicle depicting the different embodiments of the invention.
Figure 2, is depicting the main embodiments of the invention.
Figure 3, is the cross-sectional view of the two wheeled vehicle, depicting the preferred embodiments of the two wheeled vehicle and the functional use of the invention in the vehicle.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The embodiments disclosed below are not intended to be exhaustive or to limit the invention to the precise forms disclosed in the following detailed description. Rather, the embodiments are chosen and described in order to present the enablement of the invention. The invention may have application to all types of vehicles.
Referring to Figure 1 the heat discharging member (103) is located above the front fender (105) and below the headlamp casing (101), attached over the Y-type fork (104) specifically coupled over the lower bracket or the holding brackets (106) for the Y-type fork. The said heat discharging member is located below the headlamp casing (101) and above the front fender (105) with the help of holding brackets (102).
Further, Figure 1 is showing the air outlets (112,113) on right and left side of the headlamp casing (101) in order to prevent hot air coming towards the handle bar (115), as the hot air escapes out of said air outlets (112, 113).
Further, referring to Figure 2, the handle bar cover (203) is shown in order to explain the location of the air outlets (205) provided inside the right and left side slots (201) of the head lamp casing (202). The slots (201) and more specifically the air outlets (205) are present in such a manner that the hot air coming from the head pipe opening (206) does not reach to the handle bar opening (204).
As shown in Figure 3, temperature of the air surrounding the heat discharging member (311) increases and hence the air (306) starts expanding in all directions and passes through the head pipe opening (308) located below the handle bar cover (302).
Mentioned expansion of air (306) also occurs in upward direction of the vehicle i.e. towards handle bar cover (302) and hence air (306) inside the handle bar cover (302) gets hotter. As natural tendency hot air (306) moves along the handle bar (301) of the vehicle secured below the handle bar cover (302). As the air expands below the head lamp casing (312) and passes through the next opening available i.e. air outlet (305) provided inside the slots (303) resulting in the minimization of air flow towards the grip area of the handle bar (301).
This invention is useful for the rider of the vehicle as it deviate the direction of the hot air in the atmosphere through the air outlets and decreases the flow of hot air towards the handle bar of the vehicle.
WHAT IS CLAIMED IS:
1) A two wheeled vehicle comprising:
a steering assembly having a handle bar and a handle bar cover with a head lamp casing and a radiator assembly secured on the steering assembly at location below the head lamp casing and above a front fender such that lower part of the steering assembly is exposed to atmosphere;
wherein, said handle bar cover comprises a plurality of air outlet secured inside the plurality of slots on right and the left side of the head lamp casing.
2) The two wheeled vehicle, as claimed in claim 1, wherein the handle bar cover and the head lamp casing are integrated through the plurality of slots.
3) The two wheeled vehicle, as claimed in claim 2, wherein the handle bar cover and the head lamp casing are integrated such that the head lamp casing is directing air towards the plurality of slots.
4) The two wheeled vehicle, as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plurality of slots are configured to secure the plurality of air outlet.
5) The two wheeled vehicle, as claimed in claim 3, wherein the plurality of slot are structured such that incoming air is directed towards the plurality of air outlet.
