In the preparation of the product, initially freshly obtained ghee from cow's milk is boiled under normal conditions for about 15 minutes at the temperature varying between 140° Celsius to 180° Celsius. Side by side freshly obtained wax by boiling honey alongwith honey bee for 45 minutes at the temperature varying
between 170° Celsius to 190° Celsius, is added in the boiling ghee and the process of boiling this honey bee wax obtained as described above is continued for another 45 minutes/75 minutes at the temperature between 210° Celsius to 240° Celsius till the wax dissolves in the boiling ghee.
When this process of boiling honey bee in cow's milk ghee is continued and the wax dissolves in ghee, then during the period resin obtained from SAAL tree is added in the boiling ghee mixed with boiling wax as described above.
After adding the resin, the foam starts appearing in huge quantity in the boiling ghee and wax. The process of heating this mixture is continued till the foam disappears in the boiling mixture. After disappearance of the foam, freshly extracted juice of neem leaves by about 300 ml is again added in the boiling mixture and the entire mixture is covered with a heavy cover so that no vapor could come out of the boiling mixture. Further heating process is continued and the temperature is maintained between 305° Celsius to 320° Celsius and the heating is continued till the water content in the juice mixed completely disappears. Thereafter, the heavy cover is removed and the entire mixture is left to cool down to normal temperature. When the temperature becomes normal, the mixture become semi-solid and this semi-solid mixture is thoroughly washed and ringed with normal water till the coloration of the semi-solid becomes grey from the initial green stage when it was allowed to cool down. It is important that during the process of washing and rinsing, the semi-solid mixture absorbs water and its weight increases by 80%. When this stage of coloration of the preparation turning grey is reached, the product becomes ready to be packed.
