FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is particularly used for mechanized harness fabrication panel for
10 making the special bunch of electrically connecting wire for providing linking in various
electronic check & analysis points of two electronic modules used for voltage rectification &
power stabilization. This panel filters out the process of connecting various checks & analysis
points of electronics modules in a form of harness fabrication panel to give more emphasis to
the disjointing, grouping and tightening of similar nature of points.
15
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Electrical and electronics modules play a significant & crucial role in every industry. Due
to rapid growth & advancement of technology in this segment, reliability & sustainability of
20 electrical and electronics circuit is highly dependent on the conductive path from one check or
analysis point to another one inside said modules or between various modules of an equipment.
A crew of several wires are mandatory in form of various patterns for making these conductive
paths along with non-magnetic & dielectric material wrapping on such wires for removing any
type of electromagnetic interference & leakage. End points are used as technological checks &
25 analysis points such as required in the said circuits. Basically, it carries electrical signal/digital
logics in form of threshold voltage & current used for operating various analog circuits and
performing digital logics.
Electronic modules as taken for reference are basically rectifier, filter and stabilizer.
Rectifier rectifies AC voltage and converts AC current into DC current. Filters filter out the ripple
30 voltages from DC current. Stabilizer stabilizes the DC voltage at different current load. Such
type of rectifier filters and stabilizers are connected through bunch of wires. This invention
facilitates to assemble these bunches of wires with proper dimensions and patterns before
assembling in sub assembly.
Annexure‐II
SUMMARY OF PRESENT INVENTION
In accordance with one aspect of present invention is to provide a Harness Fabrication
Panel for loom template of electronics modules such as voltage rectifier, 5 filter and stabilizer.
In accordance with yet another aspect of present invention is to provide a firm and stiff
Harness Fabrication Panel for conducting wire loom template of said electronic modules.
In accordance with another aspect of present invention is to provide a minimal weight
Harness Fabrication Panel for conducting wire loom template of said electronic modules.
10 In accordance with second aspect of present invention is to provide a nominal size
Harness Fabrication Panel for conducting wire loom template of said electronic modules.
In accordance with yet another aspect of present Invention is to provide holes on the
Harness Fabrication Panel for temporary fixing of conducting wires during template making.
In accordance with yet another aspect of present Invention is to provide pins on the
15 Harness Fabrication Panel for providing auxiliary assistance to the conducting wires during
template making.
In accordance with yet another aspect of present Invention is to provide indexing and
fixing symbols on the Harness Fabrication Panel for representing the position and location with
reference to some reference points during template making.
20 In accordance with yet another aspect of present Invention is to make template as user
friendly as for use in multiple electronics modules.
In accordance with yet another aspect of present Invention is to make template as
portable as for use in several places for multiple electronics modules used for different
applications.
25 Briefly, this Invention is regarding making a minimal weight, size, easy to understand
(user friendly) and portable Harness Fabrication Panel for assembly of wire loom assembly of
Electronic Modules which contains Holes and pins for supporting the conducting wires during
assembly according to index and symbol engraved on Harness Fabrication Panel for each hole
so that the proper template as per requirement of the said Electronic modules is made.
Annexure‐II
Wire can be connected directly without making loom which leads to improper
conductivity, loose or tight connection, open circuit or short circuit conditions and might be
degraded performance due adverse effect of moisture, corrosion, vibrational effects etc. By
tightening, binding and fixing many wires into a Loom, these abnormalities can 5 n be minimized.
Due to this process, space for making loom is also optimized.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
25 The present Invention is a Harness fabrication panel for making conducting wire looms
of electronic modules.
Figure 1 and 2 shows the top view of harness board black filled circle shows the
positions of Dowell pins. These pins are fitted to achieve desired layout of wire to be fitted in
electronic module. Unfilled circle shows the holes. These holes are used to hold the wire and
30 provide opening of wire from harness. These opening of wires are used further for soldering of
harness to electronic module. Using this invention, it is very easy to assemble the harness then
tightened and wrap with specific cloth. User can just solder these harness into assembly.
Annexure‐II
Pattern of holes and pins are decided based on assembly pattern of component of
Modules. Height and diameter are chosen on the basis of number of wires to be hold. Diameter
of holes are decided on the basis of number of wires to be passed through holes. Base of panel
is just a perplex sheet with drawing of Harness to be assembled. 5 mbled. Harness and components can
be assembled parallelly to save time and then solder harness in to component assembly.
Figure 3 and 4 shows the front view of Harness fabrication panel. Four legs of 12 cm
(approx.) are fixed at all four corners to hold the Harness fabrication panel for easy working
during laying of wires
10 Conducting wires were selected based on electrical properties such as conductivity, dielectric
strength, leakage current as per application in desired circuit. After selecting type and thickness
of conducting wires, respective harness template was made with help of these board.
Conducting wires are inserted in the respective holes on the Harness Fabrication Panel. After
that, fixed wires are then wrapped and fastened with coarse twisted nylon thread. The Whole
15 operation is now not dependent on the assembly process of either Electronic sub-card-I or sub
card-II.
The Harness Fabrication Panel is specially designed for making looms of conducting
wires which are minimal in size and weight, durable and user friendly. Due to this Harness
Fabrication Panel, The whole loom assembly process for the Electronic card is easily carried out.
