Harvester, Surrounding Condition Detection System And Surrounding Condition Detection Method
Abstract: A harvester 10 that harvests grain while traveling through a field comprises: a host vehicle position detection module 18 provided to a machine body, the host vehicle position detection module 18 detecting the host vehicle position; a detection unit 40 provided to the machine body, the detection unit 40 being provided with detection modules 41-44 that can detect the surrounding conditions of the machine body; a map preparation unit 30 that prepares a map showing the position in a field of reaped land, in which the grain has been harvested, and the position of unreaped land, in which the grain has not been harvested; and an operation-mode-setting unit 32 that sets the operation modes of the detection modules 41-44 on the basis of the map and the host vehicle position.
