Claims:We claim:
1. A two wheeler electric vehicle headlamp assembly comprising:
A front housing means having headlamp support bracket adapted to mount on upper triple clamp of handle bar;
A rear headlamp housing means is adapted to mount on lower triple clamp of handle bar and fixedly connected with front housing means and headlamp;
wherein the bracket is having both side extended arms with an angle orientation adapted to have removably-mountable integral side lights, speedometer and number plate along with headlamp.

2. The assembly according to claim 1, wherein said speedometer is mounted on the base plate of bracket.

3. The assembly according to claim 1, wherein said angle orientation of bracket is about 1600 from upper triple clamp.

4. The assembly according to claim 1, wherein said side lights are mounted on horizontally extended arms with special-angle orientation.

5. The assembly according to claim 4, wherein the special-angle orientation of said side lights is oriented with an angle of about 790.

6. The assembly according to claim 1, wherein said number plate is mounted at angular orientation of about 600 from speedometer.

7. The assembly according to claim 1, wherein said assembly is easy to assemble and having better strength of assembly, ease of maintenance and serviceability.

8. The assembly according to claim 1, wherein the bracket of said front housing means adapted to mount side lights, speedometer and number plate at the same bracket.

9. The assembly according to claim 1, wherein said special- angle orientation is enabling compact design and ease of maintenance.

10. The assembly according to claim 1, wherein said front and rear headlamp housing means are two separate parts capable of providing additional strength to the assembly.

11. The assembly according to claim 1, wherein said housing means is fixedly connected with front housing means and headlamp employing plurality of fastening means at top, bottom and side portion of rear housing means enable strengthening the assembly.

12. The assembly according to claim 11, wherein said top, bottom and side portion of rear housing means are having countersink to fasten the front housing means to protect exposed wires and the like.

13. The assembly according to claim 1, wherein said rear housing means is having a groove adapted to accommodate a wiring harness of the plurality of parts mounted on the bracket.

14. The assembly according to claim 1, wherein said housing means further having a mounting holes of both side of the groove to hold the wiring harness in protected manner.

Field of the Invention
In general, this invention, relates to a field of mounting assembly of a two wheeler. More particularly, the present invention provides an improved headlamp assembly for two wheeler enabling better strength of assembly, ease of maintenance and serviceability.

Background of the Invention

Various assembly in a vehicle plays an important role and it distinguishes performance of the vehicles. Every component of the vehicle is arranged on an assembly line in a definite sequence and then they are fixed at their respective positions in a certain orientation. Various assemblies such as battery, seat, engine, tyre, and headlamp assemblies are situated on the assembly line for the vehicle to get configured in the form of complete vehicle. Though various headlamp assembly has been a part of vehicles with a front headlight assembly, speedometer, mountable side lights, bracket, clamp and handle bar being the components of the headlamp assembly but they were not designed in a way that will make the operation and maintenance easier for the user.

There are multiple approaches have been developed to obviate the existing challenges by developing improved headlamp assembly for two wheeler.

CN208312234U discloses a utility model that provides a motorcycle or electric vehicle headlamp, comprises a base, the lamp shade and is arranged between the base and the lamp shade of the lamp holder, the base comprises two symmetrical cavities and connecting the two cavities of the fixed member; the lamp holder is two, the two lamp holders are respectively arranged in the two containing cavity; each lamp holder includes a lamp holder 1st, 2nd lamp holder and is sleeved on the 1st and 2nd lamp bracket to the front of the cover, the lamp bracket and the 1st and 2nd lamp holder are provided with the lamp, fixed cover corresponding to the through hole is provided with two 1st, LED lamp from the rear end of the lamp inserted into the lamp and 1st through hole; two 1st 2nd lamp bracket is located between the two; the lampshade is two, the two lampshade are respectively covered on the two cavities. The utility model improves the intensity of illumination of the headlamp, to realize the high beam lights and adjusting, improves the light lighting the beauty, the overall design is simple and reasonable structure, convenient removal and installation, and imbued with aesthetic sense. Still it is not able to provide easy operational maintenance structure so this prior art needed some technical configurationally change enabling overcome the problems and limitations associated with this.

CN205113537U discloses a utility model with a headlamp support of motorcycle, including last mounting panel, the bracing piece, left side mounting panel and right mounting panel, go up the back mounting panel that the mounting panel includes the preceding mounting panel that is located the installation electric door lock of front end and is located the digital instrument of installation of rear end, back mounting panel is the extension shaping of upwards bending again after being bent downwards by the rear end of preceding mounting panel, the bracing piece is including supporting at the horizontal pole bottom the last mounting panel and following the fashioned left connecting rod of bending respectively under the slant forward of horizontal pole both ends, right connecting rod, left side mounting panel and right mounting panel structure symmetry, left connecting rod and the right connecting rod lower extreme of fixing at the bracing piece is connected symmetrically respectively to left side mounting panel and right mounting panel, the utility model discloses can be in the same place the headlamp of motorcycle, digital instrument and electric door lock integration installation, not only the installation is swift, convenient, helps improving motorcycle production assembly efficiency, and headlamp, digital instrument and electric door lock mounted position are rationally distributed in addition, and the whole that helps improving the motorcycle is beautifully spent. Still, this prior art lags behind in terms of the easy operational maintenance structure thus giving opportunity to the applicants providing an improved advance version of this prior art.

US9663170B2 discloses a harness support structure for a motorcycle, a cable bracket is supported by a top bridge, and an upper lamp bracket for supporting a headlamp device is fitted to the cable bracket. A first holding portion for holding an intermediate portion of cable members having respective one end portion connected with a handle is provided in the cable bracket. The cable bracket is provided with a regulating portion for inhibiting a forward movement of the cable member at a location distant from a handle side rather than the first holding portion. Still there are many drawbacks associated with this prior art as the present invention is providing mounting holes to hold wiring harness in a protected manner.

As detailed above, there are various solutions have been provided according to the existing arts, however, still there is challenges are existing because of the complex arrangement of the assembly which leads in difficulty to maintain and efficient service. Further, over the time because of the current structural arrangement, assembly strength and working efficiency reduced.

It is therefore important to work on the alternative solution to develop an improved headlamp assembly for two wheeler which obviates the complexity and challenges of the prior arts and provide ease in assembly and additional strength in mounting.

Summary of the Invention
The various objectives and embodiments of the present invention as presented herein are understood to be illustrative of the present invention and not restrictive thereof and are non-limiting with respect to the scope of the invention.

It is primary objective of the present invention to provide an improved headlamp assembly for two wheeler, wherein said assembly is easy to assemble and easy in maintenance and serviceability.

It is another objective of the present invention to provide an improved headlamp assembly for two wheeler, wherein said assembly having better strength of assembly.

In accordance with one embodiment of the invention, there is provided a two wheeler electric vehicle headlamp assembly comprising a front housing means having headlamp support bracket adapted to mount on upper triple clamp of handle bar, a rear headlamp housing means is adapted to mount on lower triple clamp of handle bar and fixedly connected with front housing means and headlamp, wherein the bracket having both side extended arms with an angle orientation adapted to have removably-mountable integral side lights, speedometer and number plate along with headlamp.

In accordance with one embodiment of the invention, there is provided a two wheeler electric vehicle headlamp assembly comprising a front housing means having headlamp support bracket adapted to mount on upper triple clamp of handle bar, a rear headlamp housing means is adapted to mount on lower triple clamp of handle bar and fixedly connected with front housing means and headlamp, wherein the bracket having both side extended arms with an angle orientation adapted to have removably-mountable integral side lights, speedometer and number plate along with headlamp and wherein said speedometer is mounted on the base plate of bracket.

In accordance with one embodiment of the invention, there is provided a two wheeler electric vehicle headlamp assembly comprising a front housing means having headlamp support bracket adapted to mount on upper triple clamp of handle bar, a rear headlamp housing means is adapted to mount on lower triple clamp of handle bar and fixedly connected with front housing means and headlamp, wherein the bracket having both side extended arms with an angle orientation adapted to have removably-mountable integral side lights, speedometer and number plate along with headlamp and wherein said angle orientation of bracket is about 1600 from upper triple clamp.

In accordance with one embodiment of the invention, there is provided a two wheeler electric vehicle headlamp assembly comprising a front housing means having headlamp support bracket adapted to mount on upper triple clamp of handle bar, a rear headlamp housing means is adapted to mount on lower triple clamp of handle bar and fixedly connected with front housing means and headlamp, wherein said side lights are mounted on horizontally extended arms with special-angle orientation and said special-angle orientation of said side lights is oriented with an angle of about 790..

In accordance with one embodiment of the invention, there is provided a two wheeler electric vehicle headlamp assembly comprising a front housing means having headlamp support bracket adapted to mount on upper triple clamp of handle bar, a rear headlamp housing means is adapted to mount on lower triple clamp of handle bar and fixedly connected with front housing means and headlamp, wherein the bracket having both side extended arms with an angle orientation adapted to have removably-mountable integral side lights, speedometer and number plate along with headlamp, wherein said number plate is mounted at angular orientation of about 600 from speedometer.

In accordance with one embodiment of the invention, there is provided a two wheeler electric vehicle headlamp assembly comprising a front housing means having headlamp support bracket adapted to mount on upper triple clamp of handle bar, a rear headlamp housing means is adapted to mount on lower triple clamp of handle bar and fixedly connected with front housing means and headlamp, wherein said housing means is fixedly connected with front housing means and headlamp employing plurality of fastening means at top, bottom and side portion of rear housing means enable strengthening the assembly.

In accordance with one embodiment of the invention, there is provided a two wheeler electric vehicle headlamp assembly comprising a front housing means having headlamp support bracket adapted to mount on upper triple clamp of handle bar, a rear headlamp housing means is adapted to mount on lower triple clamp of handle bar and fixedly connected with front housing means and headlamp, wherein said top, bottom and side portion of rear housing means are having countersink to fasten the same to protect exposed wires and the like.

In accordance with one embodiment of the invention, there is provided a two wheeler electric vehicle headlamp assembly comprising a front housing means having headlamp support bracket adapted to mount on upper triple clamp of handle bar, a rear headlamp housing means is adapted to mount on lower triple clamp of handle bar and fixedly connected with front housing means and headlamp, wherein said rear housing means is having a groove adapted to accommodate a wiring harness of the plurality of parts mounted on the bracket.

In accordance with one embodiment of the invention, there is provided a two wheeler electric vehicle headlamp assembly comprising a front housing means having headlamp support bracket adapted to mount on upper triple clamp of handle bar, a rear headlamp housing means is adapted to mount on lower triple clamp of handle bar and fixedly connected with front housing means and headlamp, wherein said hosing means further having a mounting holes of both side of the groove to hold the wiring harness in protected manner.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The following is a detailed description of embodiments of the disclosure depicted in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments are in such detail as to clearly communicate the disclosure. However, the amount of detail offered is not intended to limit the anticipated variations of embodiments; on the contrary, the intention is to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the present disclosure.

Various terms as used herein are shown below. To the extent a term used in a disclosure is not defined below, it should be given the broadest definition persons in the pertinent art have given that term as reflected in printed publications and issued patents at the time of filing.

The vehicle according to the present invention is defined as any two wheeler vehicle, preferably an electric vehicle.

The front housing means of disclosed bracket according to the present invention, adapted to mount side lights, speedometer and number plate at a same bracket.

The special- angle orientation according to the present invention is enabling compact design and ease of maintenance.

As per the innovative concept of the present invention, said front and rear headlamp housing means are two separate parts capable of providing additional strength to the assembly.

Below detailed description of the drawings details the clear structural improvement of said assembly which enables to obviates the challenges associated with the existing arts and capable of enhancing performance of the vehicle.

Referring, figure 1 depicts the vehicle depicting important embodiment of the invention in line with the claimed mounting Mechanism. As shown in top view, handle bar assembly 100 is located in the space available behind the head lamp assembly 103 and ahead of utility box 102, handle bar assembly 100 fixed with triple clamp 106 that is fasten with front suspension unit 105.

Further, referring figure 2, according to the embodiments said headlamp assembly 103 is irremovably fixed with front fork 114 at lower triple clamp 112 and upper triple clamp 106 using a bracket 113, wherein said bracket is having both side extended arms 109 with an angle orientation adapted to have removably-mountable integral side lights 110, speedometer 101 and number plate 111 along with headlamp. The headlamp assembly 103 comprising headlamp 123 housed in front housing means 116, headlamp cowl 108 mounted on front housing means 116. Further, the rear headlamp housing means 124 according to the embodiments is adapted to mount on lower triple clamp 112 of front fork 114 of handle bar assembly 107 and fixedly connected with front housing means 116 and headlamp 123.

Referring figure 3 and 4, the mounting mechanism of said headlamp assembly 103 with front suspension unit 105, where suspension unit is comprises of front Fork 114, Handle bar assembly 107, upper triple clamp 106 and lower triple clamp 112, wherein rear housing means 124 is fasten to lower triple clamp 112 using fastener 121 enabling better strength to the assembly 103. Referring Figure 4, the front housing means 116 is fasten with upper triple clamp 106 employing a bracket 113 using fasting means 122 which enable further strength to the assembly 103. According to the embodiment, the handle bar assembly 107 as detailed in figure 2 is mounted on to upper triple clamp 106 using mounting means 115.

Figure 5, according to the present invention, depicted herein detailed view of internal arrangement of the assembly 103, wherein the right and left head lamp cowl 108L and 109R are fastened with Front housing means 116 using fastening means 117L and 117R. Further, the headlamp123 is mounted on to Front housing means 116. Headlamp rear housing means 124 fasten with headlamp front housing 116 using fastening means 118L and 118R. According to the embodiments of the present invention, the headlamp support bracket 113 which adapted to mount right and left sidelight 110R and 110L on horizontally extended arms with special angle orientation 126 of the bracket113, speedometer 101 which is mounted onto the baseplate 130 using mounting means 119 R and 119L and number plate 111, wherein front housing means 116 of said assembly 103 is mounted with headlamp support bracket on upper triple clamp 106 with an angular orientation 125 and wherein rear housing means 124 of said assembly 103 is mounted on to lower triple clamp 112 of front fork 114L and 114R. The front suspension unit 105, left and right, is linked with each other through upper triple clamp 106 and lower triple clamp 112.

Referring Figure 6, according to embodiments of the present invention to provide secure wire routings in the disclosed headlamp assembly 103, wherein rear housing means 124 having a groove 127 adapted to accommodate a wiring harness of the plurality of parts mounted on the bracket 113. Further, said hosing means 124 having a mounting holes 131 L & 131R of both side of the groove to hold the wiring harness in protected manner, wherein said top, bottom and side portion of rear housing means 124 are having countersink 132 to fasten the front housing means 116 using fasting means 118 enabling protection of exposed wires and the like.

It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the foregoing description was in respect of preferred embodiments and that various alterations and modifications are possible within the broad scope of the appended claims without departing from the spirit of the invention with the necessary modifications.

Various modifications of the embodiments are apparent to persons skilled in the art, and general principles defined in the specification can be implemented in other embodiments without departing from the spirit or scope of the present disclosure. Therefore, the present disclosure is not limited to the embodiments in the specification but intends to cover the most extensive scope consistent with the principle and the novel features disclosed in the specification.
