Headlamp Circuit For Two Wheeled Vehicles
Abstract: The present invention is a headlamp circuit of two-wheeler that contributes to energy consumption and is cost-effective. The circuit includes Single Pole Single Throw (SPST) switch as a headlamp ON/OFF (50) and a Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) switch for beam control (60). A high-beam filament (32) and lowbeam filament (34) forms the headlamp that operates in series during the headlamp switch OFF state and works independently during the headlamp switch ON state. Thus, daytime headlamp activation with reduced energy consumption can be ensured without affecting independent high-beam and low-beam function with sufficient light output during the night time.
