Field of the invention:
The present invention relates to the field of textile bio-mask making and particular relates to the bio-mask enhanced the healing effect and filtering by coating.with activated carbon and herbal extract.
Prior art to the invention: -
A patent document with application number "KR1020030083342" titled "BIO-MASK", describes, "PURPOSE: Provided is a bio-mask which eliminates the pollutant such as the loess, dust in air, dioxin, volatile organic compounds, odour and bacteria, thereby contributing to the improvement of the national health. CONSTITUTION: The bio-mask is composed of four ply thin cloth (cotton or cotton wool), and only the cotton wool and the powdery, fibrous or globular active carbon are inserted properly between the first and second plies and the third and fourth plies thereof. The left and right parts (2) of nose at the top of inner side are madethicker than the'other part using cloths to prevent the outer air and pollutant from being flowed into the right of left gaps of nose."
A patent document with application number "US7204250" titled "BIO-MASK", describes, 'The invention relates to a breathing mask for use in monitoring a patient. The mask can have sensors on the body of the mask and on the associated straps or caps. The mask can be used to monitor breathing problems or to monitor a patient during anesthesia. The data acquired from the mask sensors and related sensors can be stored or fed into a computer to analyze the patient's condition and provide feedback information".

Objects of the invention: -
The primary object of the present invention is to heal the respiratory diseases. The secondary object of the present invention is to filter the germs entering. Another object of the present inventions is to provide the comfort to wear. Yet another object of the present invention is can be made in home itself with the herbs.
Summary of the invention: -
The mask is the simplest solution to prevent the external contaminants entering into the body. The mask which are available are doing the filtering process and as well supporting in congestion free usage. During the chronic situation it won't be sufficient. The present invention is comprising of four layers in the mask which reduces the effect of people getting

affected. The mask is made in such a way that each and every layer preforming different task. As a whole the mask is filtering, provide comfort, heal the affected people to little extend and also avoid spreading of disease through airborne.

Detailed description: -
The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.
The present invention is comprising of four layers in the mask which reduces the effect of people getting affected.. The mask is made in such a way that each and every layer preforming different task. As a whole the mask is filtering, provide comfort, heal the affected people to little extend and also avoid spreading of disease through airborne.
The layers are set in the order like inner layer coated with aloe vera extract by soaking the cotton layer of around less than 1 mm thickness for around 6 hours to 12 hours till the cotton layer absorbs it then dried. Similarly, the next layer to inner layer is herbal coated layer. The herbal coating comprising of neem leaves, basil, turmeric, karpooravalli leaves, pavazha malli leaves, ginger and Ganoderma. All the said composition is taken in all proportionate and made it is liquid extract. In this extract, the 2nd layer of cotton cloth is soaked for around 6 hours to 12 hours until it absorbs and then dried to loosen its moisture. The third layer from face is coated with activated carbon. The 3rd layer is comprising of neam leaves, turmeric, basil and pepper. All these are burnt into ash and add the water is dilute the said ash. Now, soak the cotton cloth for around 6 hours to 12 hours till the cotton layer absorbs it then dried. The outer most layer is uncoated cotton layer which filters the external contaminants. The herbs chosen are capable of healing the respiratory disease. This is made out easily because all the said herbs are available in plenty.
Embodiment comprises of a mask (1) has four layers all are made of cotton and attached
with a cotton holder (6). An outer layer (2) absorbs the contaminants comes without any
coating,
a 2nd inner layer (3) is coated with the herb extract and a 3rd inner layer (4) is coated with
the activated carbon, an inner layer (5) is coated with aloe vera extract.

Claims: -
1) We claim,
A healing aided bio-mask: comprises of,
A mask (1);
An outer layer (2);
A 2nd inner layer (3);
A 3rd inner layer (4);
An inner layer (5); and
A cotton holder (6);
wherein, the mask (1) has four layers all are made of cotton and attached with the cotton
holder (6),
wherein, the outer layer (2) absorbs the contaminants comes without any coating,
wherein, the 2nd inner layer (3) is coated with the herb extract and the 3rd inner layer (4) is
coated with the activated carbon,
wherein, the inner layer (5) is coated with aloe vera extract.
2) The healing aided bio-mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein, the said mask is capable of healing the affected people by the herbal coating provided in the 2nd inner layer (3), all the herbs are chosen in that way to heal the respiratory disease.
3) The healing aided bio-mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein, the said mask is capable of filtering by the outer layer (2) and as well filter the microbial substances by the 3rd inner layer (4) due to the coating of activated carbon.
4) The healing aided bio-mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein, the said mask is capable of avoid congestion of wearing by the inner layer (5) because it is coated with aloe vera.
