Abstract: The present invention relates to a machine for roasting the litti which is a roasted gram powder along with masala stuffed into small round balls of flour dough. The present invention also relates to a operation of the machine by means of battery or electricity or sun light. It also relates to machine used for roasting the barbeque and for evaporating the ilk for producing khoya by changing the rotational axis. The present machine comprises of a heat source cabin with the energy source, heat enclosure (2) , motion system (3) , gear assembly (5) , inlet (1) and outlet (7). There is a chimney (8) just above the outlet of litti to facilitate the uniform heating along the path of litti travel and exit of air.

It also relates to machine used for roasting the barbeque and for evaporating the milk for producing khoya by changing the rotational axis.
Background of the Invention:
Many years from now, coal is being used to prepare Litti. Litti is roasted gram powder along with masala stuffed into small round balls of flour dough. It is a local delightful taste of Jharkhand & Bihar. Litti is the livelihood of about 1.5 lac families working on roadside.
Coal is a smoke intensive fuel and damaging the environment and the health of such vendors. Vendors are using coal in a traditional way which is very inefficient way of using it and consuming lot of coal and is not environment friendly.
Thus there is a need of a machine which should be environment friendly, saving health and increases the production rate and sale of litti, thereby giving opportunity to many fold the business and profi for these traditional poor families.

Prior Art:
CN 103598272 A teaches about the invention relateing to food processing equipment and definitely food roasting equipment, in particular to a roasting machine for roasting meat, fish and other food. The roasting machine comprises a machine frame, an electric motor, rotary wheels, supports, a gridiron and a cooling pipe. At least two rotary wheels are arranged at the two ends of the machine frame. The strip-shaped gridiron is mounted on the rotary wheels. The cooling pipe fixed on the machine frame is arranged inside the gridiron. The electric motor is mounted at one end of themachine frame and connected with the rotary wheels through a chain to drive the whole gridiron to rotate. At least two symmetric supports are arranged on the machine frame. The roasting machine further comprises flaming devices, flaming covers and regulating valves. Each support is provided with 5-11 flaming devices, and each flaming device is provided with one regulating valve and one flaming cover. Theroasting machine is healthy, capable of saving energy, being produced in a mass production mode and roasting multiple food materials, capable of being produced in a large scale, convenient to operate, and easy to control.
EP 0193474 A1 teaches about the device comprises of a housing (1) equipped with at least one cell (4) for receiving a container (5). The container rests on a rotating support (14) equipped with a shaft (10), inclined outwards. The bottom of the cell is determined by a reflective plate (6). An electrical resistance element (16) partially surrounds the container.

Summary of the Invention:
There is a need of a machine which should be environment friendly, saving health and increases the production rate and sale of litti, thereby giving opportunity to many fold the business and profit for these traditional poor families.
This research has optimized the time for preparing litti with fuel and quality. The use of solar energy has broadened the scope of using this machine in remote areas where there is scattered population and no electricity at any place or corner.
This machine can be operated by means of battery or electricity or even from direct sun light or stepper motor.
Detailed Description
The present machine comprises of a heat source cabin with the energy source (4), heat enclosure (2) , motion system (3) , gear assembly with motor (5) , inlet (1) and outlet (7).
There is a cabin to put energy source (4) `Energy Cakes’, which has the ease of operation in putting ‘Energy Cakes’ in and out. Energy cakes are the source of energy produced using sponge iron waste and charcoal/coal which gives temperature up to 600°C without smoke by burning one kg of cake. Energy Cakes can be ignited inside the cabin or already ignited cakes can be put inside based on the circumstances.
There is a heat enclosure (2) to retain the heat for longer period along the travelling and rotational path of litti. This allows the machine to minimize the heat loss and maximize the proper heating of round shaped litti from all sides using small amount of fuel.
We have used stainless steel spring along with linear path to give round shaped litti proper path to rotate in all direction for symmetric heating. Stainless steel parts are used to give quality eatable litti. Rotational and longitudinal motion having horizontal axis (3) with the help of multiple sized springs arranged in a special manner. Solar energy can also be used directly without battery in the day time to reduce the cost of operation. However with the help of battery or electricity the machine can be used any time.
The time adjustment for roasting litti has been achieved by setting proper required combination of gear mechanism with motor (5) to adjust the rotation rate of litti carrying system. The time adjustment has facilitated to optimized the size of machine and hence the fuel consumption is reduced.
There are arrangements for an inlet (1) for putting the raw litti in and an outlet (7) to take properly cooked litti out from the machine.
There is a chimney (8) just above the outlet of litti to facilitate the uniform heating along the path of litti travel and exit of air.
All the parts namely heat source cabin with energy source (4), heat enclosure (2), motion system, gear assembly with motor (5) , inlet (1) and outlet (8) are assembled to facilitate easy handling and installation for use. Machine is also provided with a handle (6) on both the side to facilitate in moving it from one place to another.
The same machine with heat source cabin, heat enclosure, motion system and gear assembly can be used to as barbeque like paneer, chicken etc with the same ease. This could be achieved by changing the rotational & longitudinal motion arrangement by a rotational motion having horizontal axis (3). Eatables to be roasted is placed on the horizontal rotating rods which gives evenly roasted quality product. This reduces the repeated human intervention. A glass is placed on the top of machine to view the status of material inside the heat chamber during roasting. The process again could be done with the help of battery/ electricity or direct sun light without battery. This again reduces the cost and enhances the scope of profitability.
In both the applications the axis (3) of rotation/ longitudinal travel is horizontal.
According to the present invention, a machine for roasting litti comprising:
? an inlet(1) for storing the raw litti
? a heat source cabin for supplying heat (4) adapted for pragmatic roasting of the litti by providing sequential rotational heat
? means for providing longitudinal rotational motion along the horizontal axis (3) to render the litti to absorb the heat unidirectionally
? an open ended enclosure (2) for retaining the heat energy for longer duration to supply the desired heat during longitudinal rotational path
? means for optimizing the time by adjusting the longitudinal rotational movement of the litti carrying system needed for proper roasting of the litti
? an outlet (7) chamber to take properly cooked litti out of the machine.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the present invention relating to a machine can be used for evaporation of milk by changing the horizontal axis (3) of rotation to vertical axis of rotation with the help of gear arrangement (5) . The vertical axis (3) of rotation is designed in such a manner to keep the centre space hollow to give heat from bottom in the middle. This gives the machine an option to use any energy source (4) at the centre of bottom to reduce the wastage of heat.
In this design the pot in use is rotated with the help of an gear arrangement with motor (5) and the same is used to provide a stirring arm. Both can be operated with the same source of power namely electricity/battery or direct sun light without battery.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the means for providing rotational and longitudinal motion is a multiple sized stainless steel springs arranged in a predetermined manner facilitated by means of an alternate energy.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the machine is used for roasting the litti and barbeque by changing the rotational and longitudinal motion arrangement by a rotational motion having horizontal axis (3).
According to another embodiment of the present invention, this machine is used for evaporation of milk by changing the horizontal axis (3) of rotation to vertical axis with the help of gear arrangement (5) to produce khoya.
The combination of these two rotating pot and back-forth movement of stirring arm provides enormous opportunity to minimize human labor and maximize uniform mixing, rate of evaporation and heat use from outer unused surface of rotating pot. Thus this combination enhances the quality of product and improves the efficiency by reducing fuel and time. It also reduces the cost of operation and gives sustainability and an edge in competitive market.
The invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The drawings are only illustrative to one of the embodiment without restricting the scope of invention.
Figure 1 shows the complete picture of the machine for roasting litti comprising of a heat source cabin having heat source (4), heat enclosure (2) , motion system (3) , gear assembly with motor (5) , inlet (1) and outlet (7). There are arrangements for an inlet (1) for putting the raw litti in and an outlet (7) to take properly cooked litti out from the machine.
There is a chimney (8) just above the outlet of litti to facilitate the uniform heating along the path of litti travel and exit of air.

WE CLAIMS:-
1. A machine for roasting litti comprising:
an inlet(1) for storing the raw litti
a heat source cabin for supplying heat (4) adapted for pragmatic roasting of the litti by providing sequential rotational heat
? means for providing longitudinal rotational motion along the horizontal axis (3) to render the litti to absorb the heat unidirectionally
? an open ended enclosure (2) for retaining the heat energy for longer duration to supply the desired heat during longitudinal rotational path
? means for optimizing the time by adjusting the longitudinal rotational movement of the litti carrying system needed for proper roasting of the litti
? an outlet (7) chamber to take properly cooked litti out of the machine.

2. The machine as claimed in claim1, wherein the heat source (4) is an energy cakes which can be ignited inside the cabin and/or already ignited cakes put inside the cabin.

3. The machine as claimed in claim1, wherein the enclosure (2) allows the machine to minimize the heat loss and maximize the proper heating of the litti from all sides using small amount of fuel.

4. The machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the means for providing rotational and longitudinal motion is a multiple sized stainless steel springs arranged in a predetermined manner facilitated by means of an alternate energy.

5. The machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein the alternate energy is a solar energy and stepper motor.

6. The machine as claimed in claim1, wherein the means for time adjustment is a combination of gear mechanism with the motor system (5) to adjust the rotation rate of the litti carrying system.

7. The machine as claimed in claim1, wherein the outlet(7) is provided with a chimney (8) for facilitating the uniform heating along the path of litti travel and exit of air.

8. The machine as claimed in claim1, wherein the machine is provided with a handle (6) on both the side to facilitate in moving it from one place to another.

9. The machine as claimed in claim 1 is used for roasting the litti and barbeque by changing the rotational and longitudinal motion arrangement by a rotational motion having horizontal axis (3).

10. The machine as claimed in claim 1 is used for evaporation of milk by changing the horizontal axis (3) of rotation to vertical axis with the help of gear arrangement (5) to produce khoya.
