, Description:FIELD OF INVENTION:
The present invention relates to a breeding environment monitoring system. The present invention more particularly relates to a hen breeding environment monitoring system based on internet of things.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:
With the improvement of people's living standards, people began to pay more attention to the quality and nutritional value of agricultural products. In order to meet the demand for agricultural products in the new era, it is necessary to improve the quality of eggs while ensuring the production as the primary goal. The advantages and disadvantages of the growing environment will play an important role in the laying of laying hens. The extraction and analysis of the environmental parameters of laying hens mainly include the harmful gases generated during the breeding process of the laying hens. When the CO2 concentration is too high, the chicken will suffocate and die. The H2S concentration of the central nervous system may cause paralysis of the central nervous system and even suffocation. At low concentrations, it is easy to adsorb in the mucous membrane of chickens, and the upper respiratory tract mucosa is congested and edema. As for the light intensity, when it is low, it will affect the feeding and drinking of laying hens. It will not stimulate and affect the egg production. When it is too high, the chicken will show neuroticism and it will be easy to fight. Atmospheric pressure is a physical quantity that is simultaneously affected by temperature and humidity in the environment. Observations of it help to study the effects of temperature and humidity on the growth of laying hens. In general, the concentration of harmful gases is too high, and the unsuitability of environmental parameters will cause various stress responses in laying hens. The above conditions will affect the health of laying hens, which in turn leads to reduced egg quality or reduced yield. The automated process of laying hen farms in China has just started. Some large and medium-sized laying hen farms have realized automatic water supply and feeding. However, real-time monitoring and feedback on the environment of laying hens is relatively lacking. The development and innovation of Internet of Things technology in the agricultural field provides the possibility of intelligent automatic control of the growth environment of laying hens. The development of China's agricultural Internet of Things is combined with the future and directions of multimedia data, cloud computing and 5G transmission. We also refer to the existing types of agricultural Internet of Things monitoring systems at home and abroad, such as: Intelligent agriculture greenhouse environment monitoring system, Environmental Monitoring System for Smart City, Ecological Farming Control System, Botanical Internet of Things. And we also summarize the functional advantages and existing problems of existing systems to improve the selection and deployment of sensors in the system.
Along with rural economic structure adjusts and the quickening of agricultural industrialization process, livestock and poultry breeding industry is as one side most important in rural industries process, increasingly paid attention to by country and society, the expansion of scale makes environment of chicken house have a very large change, and cause the raising of broiler sickness rate and epidemic situation propagation aggravation, traditional aquaculture model is proposed stern challenge. Carry out the standardization of large-scale farming, standardization, and realize the automatization, information-based and intelligent that cultivation controls further, thus reduce sickness rate, control epidemic situation and propagate, extremely the most urgent. Along with the development of technology of Internet of things, aquaculture intellectuality is increasingly becoming a trend, and leading poultry Equipment Company researches and develops more advanced, more practical cultivation surroundings monitoring system energetically.
Current breeding environment monitoring is all to use fixed point, single parameter in-site measurement, it is impossible to carry out integrated to multiple parameter, and poor user experience, error are bigger, it is impossible to react the real-time status of breeding environment exactly.
The breeding environment of laying hens has an important influence on the growth of laying hens, the prevention and control of diseases, and the yield and quality of eggs. Therefore, the real-time collection and utilization of the environment information of laying hens is the key point of breeding laying hens.
So there is a need for the environmental information monitoring and control system for egg-breeding laying hens. The real-time monitoring of the environment information of the laying hens and the information query function on the webpage and mobile devices is realized. The system can provide technical support for the modernization, mechanization and information management of laying hens.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION:
The main object of the present invention is to provide an environmental information monitoring and control system for egg-breeding laying hens.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a real-time monitoring of the environment information of the laying hens and the information query function on the webpage and mobile devices is realized.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a technical support for the modernization, mechanization and information management of laying hens.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION WITH RESPECT TO DRAWINGS:
The present invention is a hen breeding environment monitoring system based on internet of things. The present invention provides an environmental information monitoring and control system for egg-breeding laying hens and the information query function on the webpage and mobile devices is realized. The present invention provides a technical support for the modernization, mechanization and information management of laying hens.
In one embodiment, Environmental monitoring sensors used in poultry farms including temperature, humidity, illumination intensity, atmospheric pressure, CO2, CH4, H2S and NH3. It integrates the poultry environment and the in-house information monitoring equipment for real-time collection of the culture environment information, and uploads the collected sensor data to the server (database of the website) through the wireless data transmission module (GSM).In order to meet the power supply requirements of the field work of the monitoring station, the monitoring station is equipped with a solar power supply system. At present, the monitored culture environment information mainly includes eight indicators such as temperature, humidity, illumination intensity, atmospheric pressure, CO2, CH4, H2S and NH3. The real-time monitoring of the environment information of the laying hens and the information query function on the webpage and mobile devices is checked.
In another embodiment, the present invention effectively improves egg production and quality of laying hens, and further reduce manual labor to save production costs. The present invention upgrades large-scale laying hens in the region, management of laying hens, and promote the automation, of laying hens.sensors, such as temperature, humidity, light intensity, atmospheric pressure, CO2, CH4, H2S and NH3, are installed and deployed. The function of collecting environmental information in the house is realized. At the same time, the relay of the remote control system is connected to the fans and lights in the house. Field manual control and remote control of the lighting and fan opening and closing in the house are achieved. Through the mobile APP, user can view the environmental information, video information and remote control in the house in real time. Real-time viewing of environmental information in the house and remote control of the control units such as fans and lights in the house can be done on the phone. After opening the website through the browser and logging in to the central system (database of the website), user can view the environment information and remote control in the house in real time.
Through the IOT Farm Information Management System, the collected chicken house environmental information data can be downloaded after selecting the time period. The downloaded data curve shows that the environmental information in the chicken house can be remotely controlled through the IoT Farm Information Management System. Temperature change can be monitored using sensors. The reasons for the change are factors such as temperature difference between day and night, heater temperature control and fan wind speed control.
The influence of the above-mentioned chicken house environment, the control of the wind speed of the fan, the control of the heater, and the control of the water curtain can all be realized by the Internet of Things technology, replacing the original manual control. Through the Internet of Things technology, the variation of the environmental parameters of the house can be controlled more accurately, so that the environmental parameters of the house are always within the comfort range of the laying hen.
