Abstract: A herbal dish wash composition and a process for the preparation thereof is disclosed. The herbal dish wash composition comprises 0.1 – 0.5 % by weight Acrypol 974, 7.5 – 11.0 % by weight Soda ash Light, 18 – 24 % by weight China Clay, 7 – 11.5 % by weight Calcite, 15 – 18.5 % by weight Dolamite, 6 – 8.2 % by weight Sodium Silicate, 2.5 – 4.2 % by weight Wood Ash, 10 – 12.2 % by weight Acid Slurry, 2.5 – 4 % by weight STPP (Sodium tripolyphosphate), 0.5 – 1 % by weight AOS (Alpha Olefin Sulfonates) Powder, 0.5 – 1 % by weight Questrol 505, 0.003 – 0.01 % by weight Neem Oil, 0.003 – 0.01 % by weight Lemon Oil, 0.01 – 0.05 % by weight Colour polytint black, 13 – 16 % by weight Field spar powder, 1 – 2 % by weight MgSo4 (Magnesium sulphate), 0.1 – 0.3 by weight Citric Acid, 0.1 – 0.4 % by weight perfume and rest being demineralized water.
FIELD OF INVENTION
This invention relates to an herbal dish wash composition and a process for the preparation thereof. Particularly this invention relates to a novel composition for use for cleaning dishes and a process for the preparation of the novel composition.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Dishes are cleaned by using normal water and / or soap water. Another product is known in the prior art for cleaning dishes and is available in the market by the name vim bar.
There are disadvantages associated with the prior art. One of the disadvantages associated with the conventional product is that oily surface is left over on the dishes even after cleaning the dishes.
Another disadvantage associated with the conventional products is that soap residues are left on the surfaces of the dishes.
OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a herbal dish wash composition which does not contain LABSA and clay based products.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a herbal dish wash composition containing RAKH (wood ash) which is not harmful to the human health and is capable to remove oily material form the surface of the dishes.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a herbal dish wash composition which contains lemon which is safe to use and has unbeatable degreasing properties.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a dish wash composition which contains Neem which offers antimicrobial properties to the dish wash composition of the present invention.
STATEMENT OF THE INVENTION
According to this invention there is provided a herbal dish wash composition comprising 0.1 – 0.5 % by weight Acrypol 974, 7.5 – 11.0 % by weight Soda ash Light, 18 – 24 % by weight China Clay, 7 – 11.5 % by weight Calcite, 15 – 18.5 % by weight Dolamite, 6 – 8.2 % by weight Sodium Silicate, 2.5 – 4.2 % by weight Wood Ash, 10 – 12.2 % by weight Acid Slurry, 2.5 – 4 % by weight STPP (Sodium tripolyphosphate), 0.5 – 1 % by weight AOS (Alpha Olefin Sulfonates) Powder, 0.5 – 1 % by weight Questrol 505, 0.003 – 0.01 % by weight Neem Oil, 0.003 – 0.01 % by weight Lemon Oil, 0.01 – 0.05 % by weight Colour polytint black, 13 – 16 % by weight Field spar powder, 1 – 2 % by weight MgSo4 (Magnesium sulphate), 0.1 – 0.3 by weight Citric Acid, 0.1 – 0.4 % by weight perfume and rest being demineralized water.
According to this invention there is provided a process for the preparation of a herbal dish wash composition comprising;
a. Taking 7.5 – 11.0 % by weight Soda ash Light, 18 – 24 % by weight China Clay, 10 – 12.2 % by weight Acid Slurry, 7 – 11.5 % by weight Calcite and about 50% of 6 – 8.2 % by weight Sodium Silicate, in a mixing tank and mixing with each other by stirring,
b. Adding 1 – 2 % by weight MgSo4 (Magnesium sulphate), 0.1 – 0.3 by weight Citric Acid, 0.5 – 1 % by weight AOS (Alpha Olefin Sulfonates) Powder, 2.5 – 4.2 % by weight Wood Ash, 15 – 18.5 % by weight Dolamite, 13 – 16 % by weight Field spar powder, 2.5 – 4 % by weight STPP (Sodium tripolyphosphate), 0.5 – 1 % by weight Questrol 505 and about 50% of 6 – 8.2 % by weight Sodium Silicate, into the mixing tank under continuous stirring so as to obtain a slurry,
c. Adding desired quantity of demineralized water into the mixing tank under continuous stirring so as to obtain a homogenous slurry followed by adding 0.1 – 0.5 % by weight Acrypol 974 and 0.01 – 0.05 % by weight Colour polytint black in the mixing tank under stirring,
d. Adding 0.003 – 0.01 % by weight Neem Oil, 0.003 – 0.01 % by weight Lemon Oil, and 0.1 – 0.4 % by weight perfume are added into the mixing tank under stirring so as to obtain final homogenous product.

A herbal dish wash composition and a process for the preparation thereof according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is herein described in the following description and illustrated in the accompanying examples.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A herbal dish wash composition and a process for the preparation thereof is herein described with numerous specific details so as to provide a complete understanding of the invention. However, these specific details are exemplary details and should not be treated as the limitation to the scope of the invention. Throughout this specification the word “comprise” or variations such as “comprises or comprising”, will be understood to imply the inclusions of a stated element, integer or step, or group of elements, integers or steps, but not the exclusions of any other element, integer or step or group of elements, integers or steps.
According to this invention the dish wash composition for cleaning dishes comprises 0.1 – 0.5 % by weight Acrypol 974, 7.5 – 11.0 % by weight Soda ash Light, 18 – 24 % by weight China Clay, 7 – 11.5 % by weight Calcite, 15 – 18.5 % by weight Dolamite, 6 – 8.2 % by weight Sodium Silicate, 2.5 – 4.2 % by weight Wood Ash, 10 – 12.2 % by weight Acid Slurry, 2.5 – 4 % by weight STPP (Sodium tripolyphosphate), 0.5 – 1 % by weight AOS (Alpha Olefin Sulfonates) Powder, 0.5 – 1 % by weight Questrol 505, 0.003 – 0.01 % by weight Neem Oil, 0.003 – 0.01 % by weight Lemon Oil, 0.01 – 0.05 % by weight Colour polytint black, 13 – 16 % by weight Field spar powder, 1 – 2 % by weight MgSo4 (Magnesium sulphate), 0.1 – 0.3 by weight Citric Acid, 0.1 – 0.4 % by weight perfume and rest being demineralized water.
According to the process of this invention the dish wash composition is prepared by taking 7.5 – 11.0 % by weight Soda ash Light, 18 – 24 % by weight China Clay, 10 – 12.2 % by weight Acid Slurry, 7 – 11.5 % by weight Calcite and about 50% of 6 – 8.2 % by weight Sodium Silicate, in a mixing tank and subjected to the step of mixing with each other by stirring at 10 – 15 rpm for 5 – 15 minutes. Subsequently 1 – 2 % by weight MgSo4 (Magnesium sulphate), 0.1 – 0.3 by weight Citric Acid, 0.5 – 1 % by weight AOS (Alpha Olefin Sulfonates) Powder, 2.5 – 4.2 % by weight Wood Ash, 15 – 18.5 % by weight Dolamite, 13 – 16 % by weight Field spar powder, 2.5 – 4 % by weight STPP (Sodium tripolyphosphate), 0.5 – 1 % by weight Questrol 505 and about 50% of 6 – 8.2 % by weight Sodium Silicate, are added into the mixing tank under continuous stirring so as to obtain a slurry. Now desired quantity of demineralized water is added into the mixing tank under continuous stirring so as to obtain a homogenous slurry followed by adding 0.1 – 0.5 % by weight Acrypol 974 and 0.01 – 0.05 % by weight Colour polytint black in the mixing tank under stirring. Finally 0.003 – 0.01 % by weight Neem Oil, 0.003 – 0.01 % by weight Lemon Oil, and 0.1 – 0.4 % by weight perfume are added into the mixing tank under stirring so as to obtain final homogenous product. The product so obtained is checked for quality control and if found OK then it is packed in the bottles and cartoons for selling in the market.
The herbal dish wash composition and a process for the preparation thereof is now described herein with the help of the following examples.
Example – 1
7.5 kg Soda ash Light, 17.9 kg China Clay, 10 kg Acid Slurry, 7 kg Calcite and 3 kg Sodium Silicate, were taken in a mixing tank and mixed with each other by stirring at 12 rpm for 10 minutes. Subsequently 1 kg MgSo4 (Magnesium sulphate), 0.1 kg Citric Acid, 0.5 kg AOS (Alpha Olefin Sulfonates) Powder, 2.5 kg Wood Ash, 15 kg Dolamite, 13 kg Field spar powder, 2.5 kg STPP (Sodium tripolyphosphate), 0.5 kg Questrol 505 and 3 kg Sodium Silicate, were added into the mixing tank under continuous stirring so as to obtain a slurry. At this stage desired quantity of demineralized water was added into the mixing tank under stirring so as to obtain a homogenous slurry followed by adding 0.1 kg Acrypol 974 and 0.1 kg Colour polytint black in the mixing tank under stirring. Finally 0.003 kg Neem Oil, 0.003 kg Lemon Oil, and 0.1 kg perfume were added into the mixing tank under stirring so as to obtain a homogenous final product.
Example – 2
8.5 kg Soda ash Light, 18.380 kg China Clay, 11 kg Acid Slurry, 8 kg Calcite and 3.5 kg Sodium Silicate, were taken in a mixing tank and mixed with each other by stirring at 13 rpm for 11 minutes. Subsequently 1.5 kg MgSo4 (Magnesium sulphate), 0.2 kg Citric Acid, 0.7 kg AOS (Alpha Olefin Sulfonates) Powder, 3 kg Wood Ash, 16 kg Dolamite, 14 kg Field spar powder, 3 kg STPP (Sodium tripolyphosphate), 0.8 kg Questrol 505 and 3.5 kg Sodium Silicate, were added into the mixing tank under continuous stirring so as to obtain a slurry. At this stage desired quantity of demineralized water was added into the mixing tank under stirring so as to obtain a homogenous slurry followed by adding 0.5 kg Acrypol 974 and 0.3 kg Colour polytint black in the mixing tank under stirring. Finally 0.01 kg Neem Oil, 0.01 kg Lemon Oil, and 0.4 kg perfume were added into the mixing tank under stirring so as to obtain a homogenous final product.

Various modifications of the example embodiments as well as other embodiments of the invention, which are apparent to the persons skilled in the art to which the invention pertains, are deemed to lie within the spirit and scope of the invention.
We claim:

Herbal dish wash composition comprising 0.1 – 0.5 % by weight Acrypol 974, 7.5 – 11.0 % by weight Soda ash Light, 18 – 24 % by weight China Clay, 7 – 11.5 % by weight Calcite, 15 – 18.5 % by weight Dolamite, 6 – 8.2 % by weight Sodium Silicate, 2.5 – 4.2 % by weight Wood Ash, 10 – 12.2 % by weight Acid Slurry, 2.5 – 4 % by weight STPP (Sodium tripolyphosphate), 0.5 – 1 % by weight AOS (Alpha Olefin Sulfonates) Powder, 0.5 – 1 % by weight Questrol 505, 0.003 – 0.01 % by weight Neem Oil, 0.003 – 0.01 % by weight Lemon Oil, 0.01 – 0.05 % by weight Colour polytint black, 13 – 16 % by weight Field spar powder, 1 – 2 % by weight MgSo4 (Magnesium sulphate), 0.1 – 0.3 by weight Citric Acid, 0.1 – 0.4 % by weight perfume and rest being demineralized water.
2. A process for the preparation of a dish wash composition comprising;
a. Taking 7.5 – 11.0 % by weight Soda ash Light, 18 – 24 % by weight China Clay, 10 – 12.2 % by weight Acid Slurry, 7 – 11.5 % by weight Calcite and about 50% of 6 – 8.2 % by weight Sodium Silicate, in a mixing tank and mixing with each other by stirring,
b. Adding 1 – 2 % by weight MgSo4 (Magnesium sulphate), 0.1 – 0.3 by weight Citric Acid, 0.5 – 1 % by weight AOS (Alpha Olefin Sulfonates) Powder, 2.5 – 4.2 % by weight Wood Ash, 15 – 18.5 % by weight Dolamite, 13 – 16 % by weight Field spar powder, 2.5 – 4 % by weight STPP (Sodium tripolyphosphate), 0.5 – 1 % by weight Questrol 505 and about 50% of 6 – 8.2 % by weight Sodium Silicate, into the mixing tank under continuous stirring so as to obtain a slurry,
c. Adding desired quantity of demineralized water into the mixing tank under continuous stirring so as to obtain a homogenous slurry followed by adding 0.1 – 0.5 % by weight Acrypol 974 and 0.01 – 0.05 % by weight Colour polytint black in the mixing tank under stirring.
d. Adding 0.003 – 0.01 % by weight Neem Oil, 0.003 – 0.01 % by weight Lemon Oil, and 0.1 – 0.4 % by weight perfume are added into the mixing tank under stirring so as to obtain final homogenous product.
3. The process for the preparation of a dish wash composition as claimed in claim 2, wherein the step of stirring is carried on at 10 – 15 rpm for 5 – 15 minutes.
