Specification

FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to utensil cleaner. Specifically, the present invention relates to an herbal utensil cleaner and method of preparation thereof. The present invention further relates to an herbal utensil cleaner, which is a safer, non-toxic and economical alternative to the existing utensil cleaners.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] Background description includes information that may be useful in understanding the present invention. It is not an admission that any of the information provided herein is prior art or relevant to the presently claimed invention, or that any publication specifically or implicitly referenced is prior art.
[0003] Washing of kitchen utensils and tableware either by hand or by machine is designed to remove deposited food soil and to impart a clean and shiny appearance to the items so washed. Dishwashing liquid known as dishwashing soap, dish detergent, utensil cleaner and dish soap, is a detergent used to assist in dishwashing. It is usually a highly-foaming mixture of surfactants and is primarily used for hand washing of glasses, plates, cutlery, and cooking utensils in a sink or bowl. Dishwashing detergents can be formulated to work under different circumstances. In some cases suitably formulated they can be used with cold water or sea water, although they will not generally work as well as those intended for, and used with, hot water. Detergents are used, rather than soaps, because they do not react with any minerals in the water to form soap scum. Most dishwashing liquid contain bleach, enzymes, or rinsing aids along with thickening and stabilizing agents. Other ingredients may include surfactants, salts, preservatives, fragrances, and dyes. Surfactants remove grease and stuck food particles. They may also provide foam. Many dishwashing liquids contain perfume which can cause irritant or allergic contact dermatitis. [0004] Due to the presence of synthetic surfactants and solvents, most of the commercially available dishwashing liquids are not skin and environment friendly. Many of these formulations, because they are not naturally occurring, can be hard on the environment as well as on the health and wellbeing of the user. Over time, the toxic effects of such compositions have become more widely known, and it has become desirable to attempt to avoid exposure to such toxic materials.

[0005] Because of these significant concerns posed by synthetic cleaners and the ever increasing desire for renewable resources, there has been an increased demand for entirely natural cleaning compositions. The commercially available utensil cleaners are expensive and synthetic and require multistep synthesis for their preparation.
[0006] Therefore, inspite of a variety of existing utensil cleaners, most of them are not safe to use as they contain one or more toxic chemicals. There is, therefore, a need to develop new utensil cleaners, which can overcome deficiencies associated with the known arts. The current invention is way superior than current methods as it is discloses an herbal utensil cleaners composition which is unique combination of non-toxic ingredients, safe to human skin. Moreover, the method of preparation of present invention is cost effective and economical as major ingredient is obtained from waste.
Objects of the invention
[0007] An object of the present invention is to provide an herbal utensil cleaner and method of
