I/We Claim:
1. A composition comprising:
a) pumpkin seed extract; and
b) grape seed extract,
wherein the pumpkin seed extract, and the grape seed extract w/w ratio is in a range of 1:0.5 – 1:3.5.
2. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pumpkin seed extract, and the grape seed extract has a w/w ratio of 1:1.
3. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pumpkin seed extract, and the grape seed extract has a w/w ratio of 1:3.
4. The composition as claimed in any one of the claims 1 to 3, wherein the pumpkin seed extract has weight percentage in a range of 0.125 – 2% with respect to the composition.
5. The composition as claimed in any one of the claims 1 to 3, wherein the grape seed extract has weight percentage in a range of 0.125 – 2% with respect to the composition.
6. The composition as claimed in any one of the claims 1 to 3, wherein the pumpkin seed extract comprises n-hexadecanoic acid having a weight percentage in a range of 7.5-15% with respect to the extract, and 9,12-octadecanoic acid having a weight percentage in a range of 50-65% with respect to the extract.
7. The composition as claimed in any one of the claims 1 to 3, wherein the grape seed extract comprises catechol having a weight percentage in a range of 15-25% with respect to the extract, and 1,2,3 benzenetriol having a weight percentage in a range of 35-45% with respect to the extract.
8. The composition as claimed in any one of the claims 1 to 7, wherein the composition further comprises at least one excipient.
9. A process for preparing the composition as claimed in claim 1, said process comprising:

a) obtaining the pumpkin seed extract
b) obtaining the grape seed extract; and

c) contacting the pumpkin seed extract and the grape seed extract to obtain the composition.
10. A process for preparing the composition as claimed in claim 8, said process
comprising:
a) obtaining the pumpkin seed extract;
b) obtaining the grape seed extract;
c) obtaining the at least one excipient; and
d) contacting the pumpkin seed extract, the grape seed extract, with the at least one excipient, to obtain the composition.

11. The composition as claimed in any one of the claims 1 to 8, wherein the composition upregulates 5’adenosine monophosphate protein kinase (AMPK) α pThr172 expression.
12. The composition as claimed in any one of the claims 1 to 8, wherein the composition upregulates citrate synthase activity.
13. The composition as claimed in any one of the claims 1 to 8, wherein the composition upregulates adenosine triphosphate (ATPase) activity.
14. The composition as claimed in any one of the claims 1 to 8, wherein the composition is an exercise mimetic composition.
