Abstract: The present invention relates to herbal formulation for the stimulation of a sexual capacity in men and for the enlargement of penis. The formulation for enhancement of sexual capacity and enlargement of penis in men comprises a herbal base, an oil base, an aqueous base, bhasmas, shilajeet, Swarna bhasma, rajat bhasma and sendha namak (rock salt). The formulation is in the form of an oil. This oil is applied on the private parts or penis of males regularly for effects.

A) TECHNICAL FIELD OF INVENTION
[001] The present invention generally relates to health products and particularly to sexual health of men. The present invention more particularly relates to a composition and method for the enhancement of sexual capability and enlargement of penis size in men.
B) BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
[002] Failure of the erectile response is most common in men and is referred to as impotence. Impotence is the inability of a male to achieve or sustain a penile erection sufficient for vaginal penetration and intercourse. The causes of impotence may be both organic as well as psychological. Organic aspects of impotence are typically caused by underlying vascular diseases, such as those associated with hypertension or diabetes mellitus, by prescription medication and/or by psychiatric disease such as depression. Physiological factors include fear, performance anxiety and interpersonal conflict. Impotence impairs sexual performance, diminishes self-esteem and disrupts personal relationships thereby inducing personal distress.
[003] Hence there is a need to develop a composition for the treatment of impotence and other sexual related issues.
[004] The value additions and above mentioned shortcomings, disadvantages and problems are addressed herein, as detailed below.
C) OBJECT OF INVENTION
[005] Thus, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a composition for enhancement of sexual capacity and penis enlargement in men.
[006] Another object of the present invention is to provide a method of preparing a formulation used for the enhancement of sexual capacity and penis enlargement in men.

[007] Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a herbal composition for use in the treatment of sexual dysfunction or erectile dysfunction in men.
[008] These and other objects and advantages of the embodiments herein will become readily apparent from the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
D) SUMMARY OF INVENTION
[009] The various embodiments of the present invention provide an herbal formulation and method for enhancement of sexual capacity and enlargement of penis in men.
[0010] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the formulation for enhancement of sexual capacity and enlargement of penis in men comprises a herbal base, an oil base, an aqueous base, bhasmas, shilajeet, Swarna bhasma, rajat bhasma and sendha namak.
[0011] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the herbal base comprises equal quantities of atleast ten herbs. The atleast ten herbs are Nigella sativa, Mucuna pruriens, Myristica fragrans houtt, Withania somnifera, Helianthus annus, Tribulus terrestris, Anacyclus pyrethrum, Syzygium aromatica meril & perry, Prunus amygdalus batsch and Fuglans regia.
[0012] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the oil base comprises a combination of atleast four oils in equal amount. The atleast four oils are olive oil, sesame oil, flaxseed oil, and erand oil.
[0013] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the aqueous base is water.
[0014] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the bhasma comprises a combination of bang bhasma and abharak bhasm.
[0015] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the predetermined amount of the oil base is atleast 4 times of the total amount of herbal base.

[0016] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the predetermined amount of the aqueous base is three times of the predetermined amount of the oil base.
[0017] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the predetermined amount of bhasma comprises equal amount of each bhasma, wherein the equal amount is half the total amount of the herbal base.
[0018] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the shilajeet is present in a predetermined amount of half the total amount of the herbal base.
[0019] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the rajat bhasma is present in a predetermined amount of 100 mg per litre of the formulation.
[0020] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the swarna bhasma is present in a predetermined amount of 100 mg per litre of the formulation.
[0021] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the Sendha namak is present in a predetermined amount of one tablespoon per litre of the formulation.
[0022] According to another embodiment of the present invention, a method of preparing a herbal formulation for enhancement of sexual capacity and enlargement of penis in men comprises preparing an herbal base, preparing an oil base, combining the prepared oil base and the prepared herbal base to form a mixture, adding a predetermined amount of water to the mixture, adding a predetermined amount of bhasma to the mixture, adding a predetermined amount of shilajeet to the mixture, adding a predetermined amount of rajat bhasma to the mixture, adding a predetermined amount of swarna bhasma to the mixture, adding a predetermined amount of Sendha namak to the mixture, and boiling the mixture on a low flame for a predetermined time period of 35 to 50 hours at a temperature in a range of 130°C to 200°C.

[0062] Nigella sativa: Also known as black cumin, nigella or by its scientific name Nigella sativa, kalonji belongs to the buttercup family of flowering plants. Nigella sativa (black caraway, also known as black cumin, nigella, and kalonji) is an annual flowering plant in the family Ranunculaceae, native to south and southwest Asia. The seeds are used in the present invention.
[0063] Mucuna pruriens: Mucuna pruriens is a tropical legume native to Africa and tropical Asia and widely naturalized and cultivated. The different parts of plants are seen to work on different tissues in the body. Mucuna pruriens is an aphrodisiac, bolstering healthy sexual energy and libido. It also supports normal fertility, healthy sperm, proper functioning of the reproductive organs, and appropriate genital secretions.
[0064] Myristica fragrans houtt (Nutmeg): Myristica fragrans is an evergreen tree indigenous to the Moluccas (or the Spice Islands) of Indonesia. It is important as the main source of the spices nutmeg and mace. It is widely grown across the tropics including Guangdong and Yunnan in China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Grenada in the Caribbean, Kerala in India, Sri Lanka and South America.
[0065] Withania somnifera: Withania somnifera is cultivated in many of the drier regions of India. Withania somnifera, known commonly as ashwagandha, Indian ginseng, poison gooseberry, or winter cherry is a plant in the Solanaceae or nightshade family.
[0066] Helianthus annus (common sunflower): Family: Daisy Family – Compositae, subfamily Asteroideae (formerly Aster Family – Asteraceae). Common sunflower is native to the south-west of the USA, around the New

Mexico area. As a feral plant it has probably completely disappeared due to cross-breeding, but it has spread with people all around the world.
[0067] Tribulus terrestris: Tribulus terrestris is an annual plant in the caltrop family (Zygophyllaceae) widely distributed around the world, that is adapted to grow in dry climate locations in which few other plants can survive. Commonly known as Gokshur or Gokharu or puncture vine, has been used for a long time in both the Indian and Chinese systems of medicine for treatment of various kinds of diseases. Its various parts contain a variety of chemical constituents which are medicinally important, such as flavonoids, flavonol glycosides, steroidal saponins, and alkaloids. It has diuretic, aphrodisiac, antiurolithic, immunomodulatory, antidiabetic, absorption enhancing, hypolipidemic, cardiotonic, central nervous system, hepatoprotective, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antispasmodic, anticancer, antibacterial, anthelmintic, larvicidal, and anticariogenic activities.
[0068] Anacyclus pyrethrum: Akarkara, is an aphrodisiac herb in ayurveda that enhances male vitality and virility in addition to being a brain tonic. It is a profertility agent and testosterone boosting herb with some neuroprotective effects. It is found in North Africa, elsewhere in the Mediterranean region, in the Himalayas, in North India, and in Arabian countries.
[0069] Syzygium aromatica meril & perry: Cloves are the aromatic flower buds of a tree in the family Myrtaceae, Syzygium aromaticum. They are native to the Maluku Islands (or Moluccas) in Indonesia, and are commonly used as a spice. Cloves are commercially harvested primarily in Bangladesh, Indonesia, India, Madagascar, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Tanzania (Zanzibar). Cloves are available throughout the year due to different harvest seasons in different countries. Cloves are used in curbing pre-mature ejaculation of sperms in males.
[0070] Prunus amygdalus batsch: Almond is a species of tree native to Mediterranean climate regions of the Middle East, from Syria and Turkey to India and Pakistan, although it has been introduced elsewhere. Almonds provide nutrition.

[0071] Juglans regia: Common walnut belongs to the Juglandaceae family, is one of the medicinal plants which is widely grown in India. It is said to enhance the sex hormone levels in males.
[0072] Bhasma is a calcined preparation in which the gem or metal is converted into ash. Gems or metals are purified to remove impurities and treated by triturating and macerating in herbal extracts. The dough so obtained is calcinated to obtain the ashes. The Swarna bhasma (gold bhasma), the Rajat bhasma (silver bhasma) are used in the present invention. Swarna bhasma (gold bhasma) helps in treating infertility in humans.
[0073] Vang (Vanga) Bhasma (also called Bang Bhasma) is an ayurvedic medicine prepared from Tin Metal with calcination process including shodhana, mardana and marna. These processes make Tin Metal micro fine and make usable for medicinal purposes.
[0074] Abharak bhasma is prepared from mica by calcination. It is beneficial in treating fertility related disorders in humans.
[0075] Shilajit is a sticky substance found primarily in the rocks of the Himalayas. Shilajit has vital effects on body. It is used as energizer. Shilajit improves energy, memory, mood, absorption of vital nutrients, enhanced potency and effectiveness of other nutrients, sharp intelligence, balanced blood sugar, efficient detoxification, and optimal oxygenation and the body’s natural antioxidant response.
EXAMPLE 1
[0076] The herbal base was prepared by mixing all the herbs in equal quantities and mixed together. The herbs were Nigella sativa, Mucuna pruriens, Myristica fragrans houtt, Withania somnifera, Helianthus annus, Tribulus terrestris, Anacyclus pyrethrum, Syzygium aromatica meril & perry, Prunus amygdalus batsch and Fuglans regia. The total weight of the herbs was taken as 1 kg.
[0077] An oil base was prepared by mixing by mixing olive oil, sesame oil, flaxseed oil, and erand oil. The total amount of oil base is 4 kgs. Each oil was taken in 1 kg amount and mixed.

[0078] The oil base was mixed with the herbal base. Water was added to the mixture. The quantity of water was taken to be 12 litre. Bang bhasma and Abharak bhasm were taken 500 grams each and added to the mixture. Shilajit was added in a quantity of 500 grams. Swarna bhasma and Rajat bhasma was added in quantity of 100 mg per litre of the solution, each. Sendha namak or rock salt was also added in a quantity of 100 mg per litre of the solution. Finally, the mixture was kept on a low flame for 35 – 50 hours at a temperature between 130°C to 200°C.
[0079] The obtained formulation is in the form of an oil. This oil is applied on the private parts or penis of males regularly for effectiveness.
G) ADVANTAGES OF INVENTION
[0080] The present invention addresses the problem of sexual incapability in men and small size of penis.
[0081] It is to be understood that the phraseology or terminology employed herein is for the purpose of description and not of limitation. Therefore, while the embodiments herein have been described in terms of preferred embodiments, those skilled in the art will recognize that the embodiments herein can be practiced with modification within the spirit and scope of the claims presented in the complete specification or non-provisional application.

Claims:
I claim:
1. A herbal formulation for enhancement of sexual capacity and enlargement of penis in men, comprises:
a herbal base, wherein the herbal base comprises equal quantities of atleast ten herbs, wherein the atleast ten herbs are
Nigella sativa;
Mucuna pruriens;
Myristica fragrans houtt;
Withania somnifera;
Helianthus annus;
Tribulus terrestris;
Anacyclus pyrethrum;
Syzygium aromatica meril & perry;
Prunus amygdalus batsch; and
Fuglans regia; and
a predetermined amount of an oil base, wherein the oil base comprises a combination of atleast four oils, wherein the atleast four oils are olive oil, sesame oil, flaxseed oil, and erand oil;
a predetermined amount of an aqueous base;
a predetermined amount of bhasma, wherein the bhasma comprises a combination of bang bhasma and abharak bhasm;
a predetermined amount of shilajeet, wherein the predetermined amount of shilajeet is half the total amount of the herbal base;
a predetermined amount of rajat bhasma, wherein the predetermined amount of the rajat bhasma is 100 mg per litre of the formulation;
a predetermined amount of swarna bhasma, wherein the predetermined amount of the Swarna bhasma is 100 mg per litre of the formulation; and
a predetermined amount of Sendha namak, wherein the predetermined amount of sendha namak is one tablespoon per litre of the formulation.

2. The formulation as claimed in claim 1, wherein the predetermined amount of the oil base is atleast 4 times of the total amount of herbal base.
3. The formulation as claimed in claim 1, wherein the predetermined amount of the aqueous base is three times of the predetermined amount of the oil base.
4. The formulation as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wherein the predetermined amount of bhasma comprises equal amount of each bhasma, wherein the equal amount is half the total amount of the herbal base.
5. A method of preparing a herbal formulation for enhancement of sexual capacity and enlargement of penis in men, comprises:
preparing an herbal base, wherein the herbal base is prepared by mixing equal quantities of atleast ten herbs, wherein the atleast ten herbs are:
Nigella sativa;
Mucuna pruriens;
Myristica fragrans houtt;
Withania somnifera;
Helianthus annus;
Tribulus terrestris;
Anacyclus pyrethrum;
Syzygium aromatica meril & perry;
Prunus amygdalus batsch; and
Fuglans regia; and
preparing an oil base, wherein the oil base is prepared by mixing atleast four oils, wherein the atleast four oils are olive oil, sesame oil, flaxseed oil, and erand oil;
combining the prepared oil base and the prepared herbal base to form a mixture;
adding a predetermined amount of water to the mixture;
adding a predetermined amount of bhasma to the mixture, wherein the bhasma comprises a combination of bang bhasma and abharak bhasm;

adding a predetermined amount of shilajeet to the mixture, wherein the predetermined amount of shilajeet added is half the total amount of the herbal base;
adding a predetermined amount of rajat bhasma to the mixture, wherein the predetermined amount of the rajat bhasma added is 100 mg per litre of the formulation;
adding a predetermined amount of swarna bhasma to the mixture, wherein the predetermined amount of the swarna bhasma added is 100 mg per litre of the formulation; and
adding a predetermined amount of Sendha namak to the mixture, wherein the predetermined amount of sendha namak added is one tablespoon per litre of the formulation; and
boiling the mixture on a low flame for a predetermined time period of 35 to 50 hours at a temperature in a range of 130°C to 200°C.
6. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the predetermined amount of the oil base added is atleast 4 times of the total amount of the herbal base.
7. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the predetermined amount of the water added is three times of the predetermined amount of the oil base.
8. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the predetermined amount of bhasma comprises equal amount of each bhasma, wherein the equal amount is half the total amount of the herbal base prepared.
