Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to ready to drink homogenous solution of the unique combination of the bioactive botanical/herbal extracts with Creatine and water. Particularly the aqueous composition of bioactive botanical extracts with Creatine enhances the efficacy of an individual as well as gives dual health benefit to the person consuming the composition and enhances the health benefits. Over prolonged use such as mental and physical fatigue recovery, increase focus, concentration and energy level, improves cardiovascular health, enhance immunity and reduces cancer incidence.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Proteins are biological amino acids which are found in all cells of human. Protein in the human organism performs a variety of functions such as they act as antibodies to the defense of infection used for the production of muscles lead to manufacture hormones, enzymes cellular messenger’s nucleic acids and immune system components. Without adequate protein our bodies cannot put together the structures that make up easy cell, tissue and organ nor can it regenerate the biochemical substances needed for cardiovascular function muscle contraction, growth and healing. Overexerting of muscles could lead to injury and hence adequate supplement of protein is needed to heal up quickly.

A variety of nutritional drinks are currently available in the market and are consumed for variety of purposes, ranging in weight loss to supporting muscle growth to enhancing general athletic performance, A section of the consumers purchase the nutritional drink and consume the same with no specific purpose or knowledge regarding their specific benefit to health and body. Most of the protein drinks are formulated with certain and specific purposes so as to benefit the consumer. Majority of the health drinks are animal and milk based drinks.

The major problem with the intake of animals or milk based drinks is that it increases risk of cardiovascular diseases. The other major disadvantages is most of the animal or milk based drinks are allergic in nature. Moreover milk based drinks are not suitable to people who are lactose intolerant.

It has been observed in the last few decades that the stress of modern life reduces physical activity and consumption of processed and junk food with the chemical preservatives including and unwanted use of modern drug are responsible for the decrease in the resistance to disease. As our personal and professional lives become more and more hectic day by day, our body runs low on Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP), which is not being generated fast enough because of lack of proper nutrition, addition of junk food in our lifestyles and lack of proper exercise to improve metabolism. However the currently available vegetable or plant drinks in markets do not fulfill the nutritional requirements and the digestibility issues.

One nutritional and dietary supplement such as creatine have grown in popularity as evidenced by the tremendous growth in the industry involved in their manufacture production and distribution. Such creatine supplements can be consumed in a variety of ways the most common being in powder or capsule form.

Creatine supplementation offers a variety of health benefits. Creatine enhances athletic performance in strength power sports, promotes gain in lean body mass and muscle fibre hypertrophy growth improves neuromuscular function, specially in patients with metabolic diseases and decreased muscular fitness and improves neural function and cognitive abilities. Despite its significance health benefits Creatine supplementation can be offered in powder, pill or capsule form. Currently no aqueous based formulation containing bioactive botanical; extracts combined with creatine is available in the marketplace.

US2008206430 discloses a vegetarian nutritional supplement comprising a blend of soy protein, rice protein and pea protein. The nutritional supplement is provided in the aforesaid prior art to have effective relative digestibility comparable to whey and flavours and texture comparable to isolated soy protein. However the said nutritional supplement does not fulfill the requirements of vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates required by the human body. Moreover, many reports suggest that the soy protein causes hormonal imbalances in men depriving testosterone and promoting the production of oestrogen produces abnormal enlargement of mammary gland in men, can also alleviate hot flashes in some menopausal women. Further soy contains isoflavones which act as like estrogen in the body. Since many breast cancers need estrogen to grow, consumption of soy protein could increase breast cancer risk in certain women.

US20120128832 relates to organic vegan proteins sports drinks and shakes formulated from 100 percent organic and natural plant based ingredients with proteins, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients. The organic plant proteins used in the drinks and shakes are predominantly organic hemp powder, organic pea powder and organic soy milk and organic almond milk.

WO2003026438A1 relates to a carbohydrate based delivery system for creatine and other bioactive ingredients. The present invention provides an oral delivery system for creatine. The creatine delivery system may additionally contain other bioactive ingredients such as nutraceauticals, botanicals and vitamins. The delivery system comprises an ingestible matrix within which a creatine formulation and optionally one or more bioactive are substantially uniformly and completely dispersed and in which degradation of the creatine and other bioactives is minimized or eliminated. The invention also provides methods of preparing and using the delivery system.

Thus the much needed health solution having creatine with bioactive botanical/herbal extracts still exists in the prior arts to provide the ready to drink aqueous composition of the combination of creatine with bioactive botanical extracts which enhance the efficacy of the individual and gives dual benefit to the person consuming the product substantially free from harmful chemicals, hormones antibodies and any undesirable artificial products that overcomes the above mentioned drawbacks.

OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION

Some of the objects of the present disclosure, which at least one embodiment herein satisfies, are as follows:
It is an objective of the present disclosure to ameliorate one or more problems of the prior art or to at least provide a useful alternative.
Another objective of the present disclosure is to provide a ready to drink herbal nutritional supplement which is available in liquid form which is helpful in giving immediate recovery and energy.
Another objective of the present disclosure is that the Creatine nutrition will help the body with regeneration of Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) from Adenosine Diphosphate (ADP) in muscle tissue, which is a major carrier of energy within our human body.
Another objective of the present disclosure is that when the nutritional supplement consumes with bioactive botanical and herbal extracts like Ginseng, BacopaMonnieri, Ashwagandha, RhodiolaRosea, CantellaAsiatica andMaca Root have been known to enhance the cognitive function and alleviating the deleterious effects of sleep deprivation, improving Central Nervous System (CNS) functions which help recover mental exertion.
Yet another objective of the present disclosure is to provide a ready to drink nutritional herbal supplements full of herbal extracts which are free from toxins, harmful chemicals and undesired artificial products.
Another objective of the present disclosure is to provide bioactive constituents of botanical extract which are known to have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties along with anxiolytic effects that is ready to use.
Other objects and advantages of the present disclosure will be more apparent from the following description, which is not intended to limit the scope of the present disclose.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention provides the unique combination of the stable aqueous composition of the Creatine with the bioactive botanical extracts like Ginseng, BacopaMonnieri, Ashwagandha, RhodiolaRosea, CantellaAsiatica and/or Maca Root into herbal nutritional supplements. The main part of this invention is the combination of bioactive botanical extracts such as Ginseng, BacopaMonnieri, Ashwagandha, RhodiolaRosea, CantellaAsiatica and/or Maca Root and Creatine which enhances the efficacy of an individual and wide range of dual health benefits to the person consuming the herbal nutritional supplement. Creatine nutrition will help the body with regeneration of ATP from ADP in muscle tissue, which is a major carrier of energy within our human body, and when consumed with bioactive botanical and herbal extracts like Ginseng, BacopaMonnieri, Ashwagandha, RhodiolaRosea, CantellaAsiatica andMaca Root have been known to enhance the cognitive function and alleviating the deleterious effects of sleep deprivation, improving CNS functions which help recover mental exertion. Bioactive constituents of these botanical extracts have been known to have anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties along with anxiolytic effects. The way Creatine helps the body recover from physical exertion, the bioactive constituent Bacosides in BacopaMonniei helps in rebuilding damaged brain tissues and been known to enhance cognitive functioning and also have properties like antispasmodic and cholinesterase, near protective branchovasodilatory, anti ulcerogenic and anti caner etc. Thus giving the person consuming the product the said dual health benefits, such as recovery from physical as well as mental fatigue.

The preferred form of the present invention is ready to drink oral composition of the combination of the Creatine with the bioactive botanical extracts. Aqueous composition has a pH of about 3 to 6.5 and is substantially stable at room temperature of normal warehousing conditions stable at 40 degree centigrade for shipping in hot weather trucks and/or overseas containers and stable at 4 degree centigrade in coolers that it can be stored under refrigeration conditions. The total concentration of the combination species in an aqueous solution provided hereby may be any amount between 0.01% and about 25% by weight based on the total volume of the aqueous solution including all percentages and ranges of percentages thereby between.

Advantageously the combination is stable across a wide range of pH and temperatures. The combination of the present invention may further comprises of one or more additional material selected from e.g. flavouring agents, colourants, viscosity modifiers, preservatives, fragrances, aminoacids and their salt, vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, enzymes, co- enzymes, glyceride ester oils emulsifiers, hydrolysed proteins, whey protein, stabilizers, flow modifiers, viscosity improvers, chelating agents, anti-oxidants, anti-microbials, benzoates, alcohols esters of parahydroxy benzoic acid, propionates, preservatives and surfactants.

The present invention further provides methods for preparation and using these combinations which can be formulated in to herbal nutritional supplement.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention provides the unique combination of the aqueous composition of the Creatine with the bioactive botanical extracts like Ginseng, BacopaMonnieri, Ashwagandha, RhodiolaRosea, CantellaAsiatica and/or Maca Root into herbal nutritional supplements. And these combination are combined collectively and separately like Creatine-Ginseng, Creatine-bacopaMonnieri, Creatine-Ashwagandha, Creatine-RhodiolaRosea, Creatine-CantellaAsiatica and Creatine-Maca root. The present invention will now be described in its various preferred as well as optional embodiments so that the various aspects therein will be more clearly understood and appreciated.

The present invention discloses the unique combination of the stable aqueous composition of the Creatine with bioactive botanical extract like Ginseng, BacopaMonnieri, Ashwagandha, RhodiolaRosea, CantellaAsiatica and/or Maca Root as the main ingredients.

The ready to drink stable aqueous composition contain so many beneficial constituent i.eCreatine and bioactive botanical extracts with water and also contain green coffee extract, glycerin, natural caffeine, vitamin C, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, Citric acid monohydrate, malic acid, trisodium citrate, Benzoic acid, green apple flavour, flavour dessert improver, sucralose, and permitted synthetic colours etc.

Benefits of the main ingredients:-

CREATINE - Creatine is an amino acid located mostly in our body’s muscle as well as in brain. And it helps to maintain in a continuous supply of energy to working muscles by keeping production up in working muscles.

The present invention mainly constituted Creatinemonohydrtate whose chemical formula is C4H11N3O3.

Creatine monohydrate is the monohydrate form of Creatine and it facilitates regeneration of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) primarily in muscle and brain tissue. ATP is a molecule that carries energy within cells and is the main fuel source for high intensity exercise. When cells use ATP for energy, this molecule is converted into adenosine diphosphate (ADP) and then adenosine monophosphate (AMP). Creatine exists in the cells in the form of creatine phosphate (phosphocreatine) which donates high energy phosphate group to ADP and thus turning this molecule back into ATP. Creatine also acts as buffer and the primary energy carrier in the body. By increasing the overall pool of cellular phosphocreatine, Creatine supplementation can accelerate the recycling of ADP into ATP, thereby making more energy available for high intensity exercise. This increased availability of energy can promote improvements in strength and power output.

In the present invention the range of the Creatine Monohydrate is 0.600% which is based on the total weight of the composition including all percentage and ranges of percentages there between.

BIOACTIVE BOTANICAL EXTRACTS:-

GINSENG - Ginseng plants are perennial herbs with sturdy taproot and has been used for improving overall health and strengthen the immune system. It may fight tiredness, fatigue and increase energy levels and also help in fighting off stress and disease.

In the present invention the range of the Ginseng is 0.021% which is based on the total weight of the composition including all percentage and ranges of percentages there between.

BACOPA MONNIERI - It is a perennial creeping herb and is commonly known as water hyssops, brahmi, thyme leafed gratiola, herb of grace.

It contains powerful antioxidants and may boost brain function. It is very helpful in preventing anxiety and stress and helps in lowering blood pressure levels. This herb is specially taken for the purpose of cognitive function, stress relief and general enhancement of vitality.

It is an incredible rejuvenating herb traditionally used to support the brain and nervous system. The bioactive constituent Bacosides in BacopaMonnieri aids in rebuilding damaged brain tissues and been known to enhance cognitive functioning and also have properties like antispasmodic, anti cholinesterase, near protective, branchovasodilatory, antiulcerogenic and anticancer.

ASHWAGANDHA - Ashwagandha is also known as the king of Ayurvedic herbs. Its botanical name is WitheniaSomnifera and is commonly known as winter cherry. It is an evergreen shrub in the Solanaceae or night shade family.

It helps in relieving stress and anxiety, and is best known for its stress relieving properties. It helps lowering blood sugar and fat and increases muscle strength and sharpen focus and memory and also supports heart health.

In the present invention the range of the Ashwagandha is 0.029% which is based on the total weight of the composition including all percentage and ranges of percentages there between.

RHODIOLA ROSEA - It is a perennial flowering plant in the family Crassulaceae. It is commonly known as Arctic roots and golden root. It has been known as an adaptogen a natural substance that increase our body’s resistance to stress and used as dietary supplement which may help with fatigue. This herb has been shown to increase mental performance during mentally stressful and physically strenuous times.

It is very helpful exercise performance by reducing physical and mental fatigue and increasing antioxidant activity.

In the present invention the range of the RhodiolaRosea is 0.010% which is based on the total weight of the composition including all percentage and ranges of percentages there between.

CANTELLA ASIATICA - It is a herbaceous, perennial plant in the flowering plant Apiaceae. It is commonly known as gotu kola, Kodavan, Indian pennywort. It may help in boosting cognitive function, reduce anxiety and stress and also improve circulation and reduces swelling. It is widely used as a blood purifier as well as for treating high blood pressure. It is known tore vitalize the brain and nervous system, increase attention span and concentration.

In the present invention the range of the CantellaAsiatica is 0.014% which is based on the total weight of the composition including all percentage and ranges of percentages there between.

MACA ROOT - It is an edible herbaceous biennial plant of the family Brassicaceae. It is commonly known as macamaca, maino, ayakchichira and Peruvian ginseng. Maca is a root vegetable that is high in antioxidants and nutrients, such as vitamin C, copper and iron. It is helpful to enhance sexual health and lipido and improve energy, mood and memory and helps in balancing the hormone levels.

In the present invention the range of the Maca Root is 0.012% which is based on the total weight of the composition including all percentage and ranges of percentages there between.

In preferred embodiment the present invention ready to drink herbal nutritional supplement contain natural herbal benefits and delight the senses. The botanical/herbal nutritional supplement enriched with easy digestion and improves immune system. The combination of the present invention may further comprises of one or more additional materials selected from e.g. flavouring agents, colourants, viscosity modifiers, preservatives, fragrances, amino acids and their salt, vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, enzymes, co- enzymes, glyceride ester oils emulsifiers, hydrolyzed proteins, whey protein, stablizers, flow modifiers, viscosity improvers, chelating agents, anti-oxidants, anti-microbial, benzoates, alcohols esters of parahydroxy benzoic acid, propionates, preservatives and surfactants. Natural Caffeine extract - It is extracted from tea using natural organic solvent ethyl acetate derived from sugarcane molasses and is naturally found in the fruit leaves and beans of coffee, cacao which are added as the powder form in the botanical/ herbal nutritional supplement and in the range 0.020%;

Green Coffee extract - It is enriching the botanical/herbal nutritional supplement which is an effective weight loss aid. It may promote blood sugar regulation and health makers such as blood pressure and cholesterol and provide antioxidants which is using in the percentage of 0.010%;

Glycerin - It is used as an ingredient in this nutritional supplement as thickening agent and as preservative and helps this beverages products to help retain moisture, prevent sugar crystallization and add bulk smoothness, softness, sweetness and texture. It is added in the range of 1.067%;

Trisodium Citrate - It has a role as an anticoagulant. It contains sodium citrate. Sodium salt of citric acid that are used as buffers and food preservative which is added in the range of 0.276%;

The acidity regulators in the present invention i.e. stable botanical/herbal drink selected from citric acid monohydrate, malic acid and benzoic acid which are in the added in the range of 0.179%, 0.104% and 0.041% respectively;

The additives used in the present invention enriched with botanical extracts, buffering agents, colors, flavouring agent and such like;

The sweetening agent may contain multisense sweet and sucralose in the present invention which are added in the range of 0.084% and 0.01% respectively.

The flavouring agents are selected from flavour green apple, apple and flavour desert improver which are in the range of 0.05%, 0.026% and 0.021% respectively.

The total concentration of the combination species in an aqueous solution provided hereby may be any amount between 0.01% and about 25% by weight based on the total volume of the aqueous solution, including all percentages and ranges of percentages there between.

Alternatively, any one or more Creatine combinations may be added to a natural beverage in any amount provided that an aqueous solution or suspension results.

Similar formulations of combinations may be obtained with Creatine- Ginseng, Creatine-BacopaMonnieri, Creatine-Ashwagandha, Creatine- RhodiolaRosea, Creatine-CantellaAsiatica and/or Creatine-Maca Root as botanical/herbal nutritional supplement.

A combination according to this invention may also contain one or more natural or synthetic beverages. For example, a natural beverage may have the pulp, juice or any other part of a naturally-occurring fruit, vegetable, or animal product whether from the wild, cultured, cultivated on a farm or otherwise.

Natural beverages include, without limitation, materials such as milk products, soy products, ice cream, yogurt, citrus fruit juices, non-citrus fruit juices, and vegetable juices, or composition of any of the foregoing, wherein said natural beverages are present in any effective amount to impart flavour to the compositions, which may be any amount between about 0.01% and about 99% by weight based on the total weight of said composition, including all percentages and ranges of percentages there between.

In general, a composition according to this invention may be provided by combining and mixing the ingredients selected, including Creatine- Ginseng, Creatine-BacopaMonnieri, Creatine-Ashwagandha, Creatine- RhodiolaRosea, Creatine-CantellaAsiatica and/or Creatine-Maca Root, and any desired quantity of any one or more other ingredients specified herein. One advantage of compositions according to this invention is that they may be packaged at pH levels as low as about pH 3, in the cold or at about room temperature or only slightly elevated temperatures.

Hence, it is clear that a combination like this invention may be made quite savoury to a mammalian subject, including a human. Serving sizes may be any size in the range of about 1 milligram to about 50 grams, in an aqueous solution that is between 20 ml to around 2500 ml in volume. The amount of Creatine combinations like Creatine-Ginseng, Creatine-BacopaMonnieri, Creatine-Ashwagandha, Creatine-RhodiolaRosea, Creatine- CantellaAsiatica and/or Creatine-Maca Root in an aqueous solution according to this invention is only limited by the solubility threshold of Creatine and Botanical Extracts, which may exceed 50 gm per litre and concentrations around the solubility threshold which is done by dissolving excess amounts of Creatine combinations like Creatine-Ginseng, Creatine- BacopaMonnieri, Creatine-Ashwagandha, Creatine-RhodiolaRosea, Creatine-CantellaAsiatica and/or Creatine-Maca Root with water or an aqueous solution to provide a saturated solution with the said combination. This saturated solution can be used as concentrate, using which other Creatine combinations may be easily created.

In another embodiment the present invention discloses a process for preparing stable aqueous composition of the combination of the nutritional supplement which comprises the steps of:

i. In a jacketed process tank with agitators, water was heated to 85° C, Glycerin and Ginseng were added to the mixture and a homogenous solution is created by mixing well in the tank;

ii. In a double cone blender with the customized ba?es, Green Coffee Extract, Ashwagandha, BacopaMonnieri, Rhodiola Roses, CantellaAsiatica, Maca Root were added and extracted by blending for 15-20 minutes;

iii. The above powder mixture was added in the solution which was prepared at Step 1 and mixed it until a homogenous solution was stable;

iv. The solution was passed through the filter and then transferred to Process tank 1;

v. In a double cone blender with the customized ba?es, Creatine Monohydrate, Natural caffeine and Vitamins Premix were added and blended for 20-25 minutes;

vi. Above premix to process tank was added and blended until the homogenous solution became stable;

vii. Citric Acid and Malic Acid were dissolved separately in water at ambient temperature;

viii. Above acid solutions were added to the process tank;

ix. Trisodium citrate was dissolved and added to the syrup and acid solutions;

x. In a clear glass beaker, Luke warm water and dissolved colour were taken and then mixed with the above solution and then flavours were added to the solution;

xi. Benzoic acid salts was crushed to fine powder and added to Luke warm water and heated with the salts until dissolved completely;

xii. Benzoic acid solution was added to process tank in appropriate quantity and mixed well;

xiii. Remaining water was added to make up the volume and mixed it well for 10 minutes;

xiv. The final Brix, acidity and pH of the solution were checked for final standardization;

xv. Brix and acidity of the solution was adjusted as per requirement.

The detailed process for the preparation of the herbal nutritional supplement is described as:

In the jacketed process tank with agitators water was taken at 85 degree Celsius, glycerin and Ginseng were added to the water and homogenized mixture was obtained by mixing the mixture well. And to the mixture the powder of green coffee extract, Ashwagandha, BacopaMonnieri, RhodiolaRosea, CantellaAsiatica and Maca Root were added to the solution and it was mixed well until the homogenous solution was obtained. The mixture/solution was further passed through the filters and collected in the first process tank. After that in a double cone blender with the customized baffles, Creatine monohydrate (0.600 %) natural caffeine extract (0.020%) and vitamins premixed were added and blended for 20- 25 minutes. After that the premixed mixture were further added to the process tank and blended to get the stable homogenous solution. In the buffer tank citric acid (0.179%) and malic acid (0.104%) were dissolved separately for creating acid solution in water at ambient temperature. And the acid solution was mixed in the process tank. The trisodium citrate (0.024%) was dissolved in the syrup and added to the acid solution. In a clear glass beaker Luke warm water was taken, colour was dissolved with the water and then added to the acid solution in the buffer tank. The flavours, sucralose were admixed in the homogenized solution. After that the benzoic acid salt was crushed for getting fine powder and was further added to the Luke warm water and heated until the desired dissolution completely. Lastly remaining water was added up to the volume for 10 minutes as per requirement and mixed well to get the desired result. And the final brix, acidity and pH were checked. The product was then homogenized and sterilized.

It will be understood that the above description is intended to be illustrative and not restrictive. The embodiment would be apparent to those in the art upon reviewing the above description. The scope of the invention should therefore be determined not with reference to the above with full scope of equivalents to which such claims are entitled.

wherein the said Creatine mainly constituted as Creatine Monohydrate and the Bioactive botanical or herbal extracts including like Ginseng, BacopaMonnieri, Ashwagandha, RhodiolaRosea, CantellaAsiatica and Maca Root are used for preparation of the stable aqueous solution;

characterized in that;-

the stable aqueous composition of the combination as the main ingredients may further comprises of one or more additional materials selected from e.g. flavouring agents, colorants, viscosity modifiers, preservatives, fragrances, amino acids and their salt, vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, enzymes, co- enzymes, glyceride ester oils emulsifiers, hydrolysed proteins, whey protein, stabilisers, flow modifiers, viscosityimprovers, chelating agents, anti-oxidants, anti-microbials, benzoates, alcohols esters of parahydroxy benzoic acid, propionates, preservatives and surfactants.

2. The herbal nutritional supplement drink as claimed in claim 1, wherein the Creatine monohydrate as dietary supplement increases the muscle performance and helps in converting the ADP back into ATP which act as molecule that carries energy within cells.

3. The herbal nutritional supplement drink claimed in claim 1, wherein the bioactive botanical extracts such as Ginseng, BacopaMonnieri, Ashwagandh, RhodiolaRosea, CantellaAsiatica and Maca Root are used as herbal supplements for boosting mental and physical health.

4. The herbal nutritional supplement drink as claimed in claim 1, wherein the clear stable composition having a pH of about 3 to 6.5.

5. The herbal nutritional supplement drink as claimed in claim 1, which is in the form of liquid composition.

The herbal nutritional supplement drink as claimed in claim 1,comprising one or more beverage selected from the group consisting of milk products, soy products, ice cream, yogurt, citrus fruit juices, non-citrus fruit juices, and vegetable juices which may be of an amount between about 0.01% and 99%.

The herbal nutritional supplement drink as claimed in claim 1, wherein the total concentration of the combination of botanical herbs with Creatine in an aqueous solution provided hereby may be any amount between 0.01% and about 25% by weight based on the total volume of the aqueous solution, including all percentages and ranges of percentages there between.

8. The process for preparing herbal nutritional supplement drink enriched with botanical herbs with Creatine as claimed in any of the preceding claim 1-7 comprising of;

i. In a jacketed process tank with agitators, take water at 85° C, add Glycerin and Ginseng and mix well until a homogenous solution is created;

ii. Add Green Coffee Extract, BacopaMinnieri, Ashwagandha, RhodiolaRosea, CantellaAsiatica and Maca Root in the same solution and mix until a homogenous solution is stable;

iii. Pass the solution through filter and collect in Process tank 1;

iv. In a double cone blender with the customized ba?es, add Creatine Monohydrate, Natural caffeine and Vitamins Premix and blend them for 20-25 minutes;

v. Add premix to process tank and blend until homogenous solution is stable;

vi. In a buffer tank, add citric acid and malic acid to create acid solutions;

vii. Add trisodium citrate to buffer tank;

viii. Transfer contents of buffer tank to Process tank and add water to make up the volume and mix it well for 10-mins.
