Hermetically Sealed Case

Abstract: Provided is a hermetically sealed case having a highly reliable hermetically sealed structure with a simple configuration. A hermetically sealed case 1 comprises a case body 7 in which an opening portion 9 is formed, a cover portion 8 that closes the opening portion 9, a gasket 10 sandwiched between the case body 7 and the cover portion 8, and a fastening member 13 that fixes the cover portion 8 to the case body. Either one of the case body 7 and the cover portion 8 is provided with a stopper 14 that defines a compression amount of the gasket 10. When the internal pressure in the hermetically sealed case 1 is high, the fastening member 13 allows the cover portion 8 to separate from the case body 7 and enables the abutment of the stopper 14 to be released.
