Abstract: The present invention provides a composite resin composition comprising 30 to 60% by weight of a urethane-modified polyester resin in which a linear type and a crosslinking type are mixed 3 to 15% by weight of at least one curing agent from among an aziridine curing agent and a melamine curing agent 0.05 to 1.5% by weight of an acid curing catalyst 0.05 to 1.5% by weight of an amine curing catalyst 0.1 to 15% by weight of a colored inorganic pigment and a remainder of a solvent. Also the present invention provides a composite resin-coated galvanized steel sheet having a composite resin coating film formed of the above composition.
