Abstract: A high-strength steel sheet according to the present invention includes prescribed chemical components wherein, in the range of 1/10 of the sheet thickness in the thickness direction from the surface thereof, the average pole density of an orientation group 1, which is an orientation group represented by Euler angles of f1=0-90°, F=50-60°, and f2=45°, is 1.5 or less, and the average pole density of an orientation group 2, which is an orientation group represented by Euler angles of f1=45-85°, F=85-90°, and f2=45°, is 1.5 or more. An S value indicating the degree of randomness in the surface texture is 7.5 or less, an E value indicating the degree of concentration in the surface texture is 0.04 or more, and the tensile strength is 590 MPa or more.
