Field of Invention
From the ancient period in India, cow's urine has been used as a medicine. In
Veda.cow's urine was compared to the nectar (Rigveda 10.15). In Susrut several
medicinalproperties of cow's urine have been mentioned (45/221). Cow's urine is
known to causeweight loss, and reverse certain cardiac and kidney problems,
indigestion, stomach ache.edema, etc. The medicinal properties of cow's urine
have also been mentioned in Charak (sloka-100) where it is considered useful in
treating renal colic, jaundice, anemia, diarrhea.gastric infection, piles and skin
diseases including vitilago. It is also considered as anappetizer and is known to
reverse inflammation, or a diuretic as well as a nephroprotectiveagent.
Ayurveda describes Gomutra as a very holy Rasayana (health tonic) that is capable
of balancing all three dosha (Vata. Pitta and Kapha). As per recent scientific
research findings it contains variety of many useful bio-active substances like
essential amino acids, enzymes, proteins, vitamins, hormones and minerals.
During various scientific studies, it has shown very strong anli bacterial, anti viral.
immuno-stimulator and adaptogenic properties. It also has an ability to enhance
properties of medicinal substance. According to researcher cow urine is a rich
source of various vitamins, minerals and acids. It contains Vitamin A. B. C. I). 1..
Carbolic acid. Uric acid. Sodium. Potassium. Urea. Nitrogen. Phosphate.
Manganese. Iron. Copper. Gold salt and other useful components that are rare
elsewhere.
The invention relates to an absolutely novel use of detoxified concentrated cow
urine in soft gel for the treatments well as prevention of a disease or condition
selected from primary hyperparathyroidism, secondary hyperparathyroidism,
kidney disease, hypophosphatemic rickets, anemia, hypercalcemia, end stage renal
disease, calcification, cardiovascular disease, nephrology. Paget's disease.

osteoporosis, hypertension, and renal osteodystrophyand activity enhancer and
availability facilitator for other bioactive molecules including anti-infective and
anti-cancer agents. The molecules of detoxified concentrated cow urine express
their activity in form of either inhibiting or promoting a biological function have
been referred in this invention as bioactive molecule e.g. herbal drugs,
nutraceuticals. cardiovascular, hepatoproteetive. neuro-tonics etc. The present

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In Ayurveda urine is suggested for improving general health. Among the all urine
cow urine was considered as beast urine for the good health. Tablet, distilled,
fermented forms of cow urine are available only in the market. Presenth the
distillate called as ark or redistilled ark is used in cow urine therapy but it was is
found in our experiments that during distillation the heat degrades the man}
essential amino acids and enzymes. These amino acids, enzvmes and non volatile
nutrients is responsible for the all observed therapeutic effect.
The applicants have developed the curiosity about the component in the all the
cow urine preparations presently available in the market. The applicants was found
great difference in the composition of raw urine and other cow urine preparations
such as, ark or redistilled ark etc.

B. Said et. al (1990) reported the analysis and heat stability of taurine in cow milk.
They developed the method based on formation of the fluorescamine derivative of
taurine and HPLC was developed for analysis of taurine in milk. Taurine in milk
ranged from 2.4 to 12.0 mg/1 . The degradation of taurine in taurine-fortified milk
and in a buffered taurine and lactose solution at pH 6.7 was determined by heating
at 80,100. and 120°C. First-order reaction kinetics was observed for taurine losses
in milk and buffered solution. Activation energies were 20.5 and 21.0 kcafmol for
milk and buffered solution, respectively the taurine loss in milk seems to proceed
through browning with the same degradation rate as lysine.

S. Ambwani et. al (2006) reported the medicinal role of the cow urine has been
known since ancient times in India. It has been used to treat various
diseases/disorders related to stomach, kidney, skin etc. It is also reported to ha\e
anti-cancer and immunomodulatory properties. Considering the immunosuressivc
effects of pesticides and immunopotentiating properties of cow urine, the present
stud> evaluated the immunomodulatory properties of cow urine on dimelhoate
induced immunotoxicity in avian lymphocytes using lymphocyte proliferation
assay. Avian lymphocytes showed marked decrease when treated with thousand
times dilution of No Observable Effect Level (NOHL/101) dose of dnnethoate
while significant increase was observed in cow urine treated cells in case of both B
and T cell histogenesis. When exposed to combination treatments of NOHL/Uf
dose of dimethoate and the cow urine, there was a significant increase in both B
and T cell histogenesis as compared with the dimethoate treated cells.
Most of the anti-cancer drugs have serious disadvantages and drawbacks too. Themay present a high degree of toxicity for cells of normal bod\ structures causing,
for example, liver and kidney damages.
The disadvantages and drawbacks may considerably limit the use of available anticancer
drugs. Indeed, often a curative effective dose of the drug can not be given
to a patient due to the too high toxicity of the drug to normal cells or to the too
high degree of discomfort caused to the patient by the drug.
The present invention was the result of planned experiments to provide a novel
method for improving activit)' and bioavailability of anti-cancer drugs, other
molecules using ' detoxified concentrated cow urine ' in different formulations.

The bioavailability of nutrients and enhancement antibiotics effect is relevant to
human, plant as well as animal health and thus the compositions and methods of
the invention are also intended to be used in agriculture and veterinarv practice.
DESCRIPTION OF RELATED ART
Cow's urine (Go-mutra) can be considered as the most effective animal origin
substance/secretion with the capacity of general health improvement but it does
need substantiation through scientific experimentation. Thus, the applicants
considered it worthwhile to scientifically look at this and define the molecular
basis of the values through various analytical experiments. The applicants in the
first instance proved that all the cow urine preparation i.e Tablet, distilled, and
fermented forms of cow urine are the onh available in the market. 1 ablet.

essential ingredient loss during concentrating the cow urine.

What is claimed is:
1. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a detoxified cow urine
concentrate in an amount effective to cure, prevent and enhancing the
quality of life in humans.
2. The composition as claimed in claim 1. wherein the one soft gel capsule is
made out by concentrating the 100 milliliter of detoxified cow urine is a
therapeutic agent.
3. The composition as claimed in claim 2. wherein the carbolic acid is one of
the bioactive principle in the soft gel of detoxified cow urine concentrate
use as germicide.
4. The composition as claimed in claim 2. wherein the Vitamin K in O.Oul

osteoporosis, hypertension, and renal osteodystrophy.

for the treatment of polymorphonuclear leukocytes with H202
andactinomycin-D along with the detoxified cow urine concentrate of
cow's urine showed 70%-80% protective effects (/><().()() 1) in
Fluorimetric Analysis of DNA Unwinding .
